Lovy but very sad that now any out of hours is not direct with yourselves..but via a call centre in Scotland at exploited prices. We used you for a very long tome . And still will..however disappointed at this

My 2 year old French bull dog has been with the practice since we got him at 12 weeks. He's always in the wars - most recently with the removal of a cyst on his stomach. The surgery, and aftercare was brilliant. All the staff are very friendly and thoroughly explain everything giving all the options and explaining prices. They are very caring and patient with Rosco (who will now even enter the surgery of his own accord)! Would absolutely recommend this surgery.

Absolutely no one else we would trust with our babies!! from our 19 yr old pooch who we lost sadly to our new baby now. They were so caring considerate and helpful with our old boy and did everything they could to make his life more comfortable and easy for him to the end. Even came out to our home to send him peacefully to the rainbow bridge!!! Would never go anywhere else. Thank you <3

Lovely people. Very helpful and polite. Talked me through everything they were doing or prescribing to our pup. My two cats are registered here and I've been many times. They are a hard-working and competent group of professionals. Current restrictions obviously make things a little difficult; we can't really hear the vet from the distance he stays at. However the staff are all doing their best under the circumstances. This practice has my trust and respect.

The vets are very nice, great advise, not the cheapest, but none are. Problem for us, was the lack of parking. Having to cross the VERY BUSY RD, my dog was petrified b4 we even get through the door.

I'm new to the area and took my elderly cat in, she was 20 years old and had started suffering so wanted their opinion on whether I should have her put to sleep. The vet and nurse were fantastic and decided that yes it would be kinder this way. The level of care was amazing, for Sooty and myself. This is the best vets I have ever used and I highly recommend them.

Really can’t fault any of the team members at this vets. Welcoming, friendly and importantly very good at their jobs. From reception to surgery all make you feel your pet is the most important. What ever happens in the lifetime of my precious cat Cleo, I know that I bought her to the best place I could. Fantastic practice, was previously with vets4pets wheatley, what a big difference, friendly, professional, caring, I can't say enough, this is the best by a long way, the way they have looked after my baby since her leg opp on Friday is amazing , nothing is too much trouble, it has never been in and out in a flash and still not knowing what was wrong. All the staff are great, would not go anywhere else now my dogs love them to bits, keep up the good work, the team is the best 😁

They have fantastic staff who are very friendly, caring and helpful. They have always treated my dogs like their own, always putting themselves out to provide professional care. They are very helpful and compassionate. I have taken my dogs to this vetenary practice for major surgery and the surgeons have not just carried out the treatment's that have been required in a highly professional way but have also provided me with plenty of after care and valuable advice. They use good quality products in comparison to other surgeries that I have used previously. I would not consider taking my dogs to any other practice. Well done to a fantastic team!

Well new to this vets and Just had my second visit. Lovely head vet and staff I have met so far. Seems very caring and knowledgeable. Even though early days yet but a big improvement in my boy in just one week Who has suffered with complaint for 3 years. So hopefully onwards and upwards at this Vets

On every occasion which we took our Springer Spaniel to this Surgery the treatment and care given by the staff was 100% and our minds were put at ease whatever the problem and as our dog got older there were quite a few problems When eventually at 14 years of age our dog had to be put to sleep this was carried out with care, compassion and dignity making a very sad day for us bearable. I would recommend anyone to use this Surgery and cannot rate all of their staff highly enough

My 91years old mother's dog somehow got out of her garden and got onto Bentley Road. A very kind man took her to Bentley Road Vets. They kept her there overnight as they couldn't contact us due to her chip not being up to date. They were so kind and wouldn't accept a payment. It's not often you find such kindness so it's refreshing to know there are still people around who are not all about making money. Thank you so much to them for keeping the dog safe. First time I have used this vets and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Requested a home visit to have my beloved cat pts. Cannot fault the 2 gents who came out. They fully explained what was about to happen and gave me the time I needed. Its not a nice experience having a pet pts but they made it alot easier. Would highly recommend.
