What an absolutely fabulous place; a well kept and spacious cattery looking out onto open grassland, the henhouse and the river. No kennels so nice and peaceful. Carol is absolutely wonderful with the cats and they always come back groomed, relaxed and happy - sometimes I think they have better holidays than we do!

This Cattery is by far the nicest I’ve let my cat stay in. When I booked Ginger into stay, I went to look first and thought what a lovely setting and how nice the outlook for the cats is. My cat has recently lost his brother and soul mate and had never been in the Cattery on his own before and I was upset about leaving him but Carol put my mind at ease and promised photos and updates while I was away and not to worry he would be fine. True to her word I had pictures and updates and if I messaged to ask how he was she would always take the time to reply. When I went to pick Ginger up he ignored me and fussed Carol ! She even got him to like being brushed as he wouldn’t let me do it and now he loves being brushed! I would not hesitate to recommend this Cattery and I wouldn’t hesitate to let Ginger stay again (even though it breaks my heart to leave him!!) Carol is wonderful with the cats and gives them lots of attention and caters for all their dietary quirks ! Thank you Carol - next time Ginger stays I won’t worry about him in your loving and caring hands 😘😘😘 xxx

We were looking for another cattery for our rescue cat Luna after she had a traumatic experience at another local cattery. We had looked at several other places but after visiting Bridgehouse we were more than happy to leave our cat for a weeks stay. After picking her up she was relaxed chilled and back in her routine very quickly so we knew she had not been stressed or mistreated during her stay. Definitely recommend Bridgehouse, it’s such a peaceful place and the cats are definitely looked after and treated the way our precious pets should be. Simon Bailey -(stayed 21st October 22)

Cannot express what an amazing place this is for your cat I took my cat last week,& i straight away felt at ease with this lovely kind lady you can see she genuinely cares for cats Not only are they in lovely surroundings so clean & the cats have everything in their environment if I could rate this higher I would .
