You cremated my beloved staffy lily from vets for pets after we had to put her to sleep. I thankyou for looking after her as she was very precious i had no idea where she had been taken as the vets didnt tell. Im glad ive got her back now. Thanks again

When my rat Oreo passed, they were lovely and helpful! The woman I spoke to reassured me and made my grieving process a lot easier. I would recommend them to anyone who is unsure about where their pet goes and how their pet gets treated, they are amazing and gental with every pet.

A lovely place with very kind and considerate people. I took my beloved crayfish Lapis here after she passed away on 25th September 2020. Everyone loved to see her beautiful colours and helped comfort me with my loss of her. Thank you for taking my lapis and treating her with the same love, care and respect that any other animal should have. You'll always be my girl.

After losing our beloved boxer Harvey, so suddenly to Cancer, we had a traumatic time with the vets, sending him to be cremated without our knowledge. Luckily Claire & Bernie put a stop to this and informed us. We cannot fault the service we received, they are both amazing people, even bathed Harvey before our arrival. We took our boy Henry here I was extremely distressed Bernie was so kind and understanding we were told to spend as long as we wanted in the chapel with him and we picked him up the week after . Overall would definitely use them again .

Couldn’t of asked for more, my hamster smudge was cremated 7/1/21 and I felt so at peace leaving her with the lady I was greeted with in Doncaster. She treated her with as much love and respect as any other animal. Very professional and empathetic, the price is brilliant too. I got smudges ashes in a memorial bear which is beautiful, I didn’t get the ladies name but Thankyou so much for your support and services. Would highly recommend!

My beautiful 11 year old dog, Lilly, died really unexpectedly on 8th Feb 2021 at the night-vets. I was utterly distraught. She was taken to Doncaster a few days later. A lovely lady called Claire dealt with me so kindly. She was always at the end of the phone and email to answer my questions and console me. On the day of the cremation she arranged paw-prints and photos, as due to covid, I couldnt be inside with Lilly .She sent me the photos then stayed with Lilly for me until the service began. She also arranged the casket etc and where to have it delivered for me. When it came it was all beautifully done, although so very sad. I would like to thank Claire so very much for making the most awful time of my life that tiny bit easier.

Our vets messed up and after paying for an individual cremation they sent my baby Joe for communal cremation so I never got to say goodbye. 6 days after finding out the vets had done that we lost our baby Jess at nearly 21 years old and having fought kidney failure for 4 1/2 years. We were as you can imagine worried about not getting our baby back again after the last mix up, our vets once again kept fobbing us off with this date and that date so my Mrs went straight to the crematorium and the people were absolutely wonderful, kind, respectful, caring and warm. They got us our baby back and helped us immensely during a time of epic grief and for that we thank them dearly.

I lost my beloved 17 year old dog Finnley in march. When i first lost him i didn't know i would be able to visit him at the crematorium. So when i found out a couple of days after he had passed that i could i was desperate to be there for him to say goodbye to him then be able to bring him home the same day. My husband arranged it all as i was too upset, the Doncaster branch was brilliant and arranged it all promptly and with compassion. When we arrived we was understandably upset they was very kind and understanding. They had placed Finnley in a lovely room for us to say goodbye to him, as hard as this was i was so glad i got the opportunity to see him and hold him one last time. A couple of hours later we was able to take our precious boy home with us along with a paw print impression and some of his hair clippings which i will treasure forever. Thank you for been so kind and for looking after our boy so well

The passing of my lovely dog Molly was heartbreaking & surreal. It happened on 13/06/20 & i took Molly to my vet who kept her for 4 nights for me. I phoned PCS on 15/06/20 & spoke to a very kind, helpful & caring lady called Bernie. I had numerous questions that she answered & she put me at ease straight away. I took Molly to PCS on 17/06/20 for an overnight stay as she needed to thaw out after being in the freezer at the vets. Upon arriving on 18/06/20 for Molly's cremation, i was taken into a lovely, tranquil room where i could say my goodbyes. Jody made Molly look so cosy & peaceful. I was allowed upto 30 mins in the room, no pressure to leave & PCS also did ink paw prints for me. I collected Molly's ashes the next day on 19/06/20 in a beautifully presented box with the stunning urn that i purchased placed inside with a few other nice touches. I can't recommend PCS anymore. Use this company for your pet, you will not regret it. Thank you very much Bernie & Jody. Cheers, Lee.

Amazing service, visited on Wednesday to say our goodbyes to our labrador, as heartbreaking as it was he truly looked beautiful and im so grateful we had the opportunity to see him one last time, Thank you so much for taking care of our boy. Rip Harry xx

The loss of our beloved cat moose was sudden, and unexpected. We had had him from a kitten for less than a year, and it's amazing how attached we became with him after such a short space of time. But when you love something so much, it's really easy to become attached. From start to finish the staff at pcs, especially jody, acted with such compassion and understanding to our loss that a 5 star rating just doesn't do it justice. I can't recommend them enough. Please, don't go anywhere else.

Lovely place, I saw my rabbit here that had passed away. The lady we spoke to was so helpful and kind. We did a moulding of her foot whilst she was in the chapel of rest. The place was so quiet and we was aloud to spend as much time with her as we wanted. Thank you to the lady that helped us at this sad time in our lives. The book that they had in the chapel too was a lovely idea what we was able to write in. Thank you so much.

PCS Doncaster are the only pet cremation service that I will use. They have a beautiful range of Urns and caskets, which means there is something for all tastes. I love the pewter hearts with paw prints on a stand, they are really lovely! Plus you can get the rest of the ashes in a cardboard box or if there are family members that would like their own casket they will actually arrange that too :The staff are amazing, they are kind and genuinely empathise with you, and they never try to rush you. This means you can say goodbye to your furbaby in private one last time. Jody in particular is wonderful she has helped me many times over the years having lost so many fur babies. she always goes above and beyond.

Thoroughly recommend I rang the crematorium to inquire about having my dog cremated. It was the hardest discussion I have ever had to make as I loved my dog Bracken so much and knew when I took him to the vets latter that afternoon he wouldn't be coming home with me.. The lady I spoke to was absolutely amazing and really did put my mind at rest. He was taken to the crematorium from the vets . When I went to pick Brackens ashes up I was really surprised what a lovely peaceful place it was. I can't thank these people enough, they made one of hardest things I've ever had to do in my life feel so special xx I've ever vlathheafterafternoon he wouldn't be coming

My young kitty was sadly found passed away after a traffic accident. A kind soul brought him here so they could help find his way home for the last time. Claire from PCS scanned my kitty for a chip and spent time trying to locate the microchip company to trace my details and eventually was able to get in touch. I decided on a burial at home for him rather than a cremation, and although I didn't use their services, I want to thank Claire and the team for their time and for taking good care of him

It's been a very distressing time losing our little fluff ball Dexter, but the staff at P.C.S Doncaster have been fabulous, they are in tune with your emotions, they are very kind, thoughtful and patient. We lost our wonderful dog Giggsy in December and wanted to get him cremated. The lady at PCS was lovely and so caring, she told us I could bring our boy straightaway and that if he had any favourite toys or blankets I could bring them. When we arrived at PCS, the lovely lady took us and Giggs into the chapel of rest, where we got time to put all Giggsy's things out and spend quality time together. When we were ready, we left Giggsy to be cremated and came back a few hours later to collect his ashes. It was such a warm and caring experience, I felt happy that our boy had been treated with respect and dignity. I can't recommend this company enough.

I had to have my beloved dog Keiko put to sleep on Tuesday 29th May 2018: Heartbroken doesn’t come anywhere near I brought this little man into this world and watch him take his first breath as I was helping with delivering as mum can give them hernias if she breaks there sacks ,I didn’t know my husband was going to get one for me it was a complete surprise but he was my soulmate, Hence the reason we were with him when he took his last I had missed pcs that day which I didn’t know till he was put to sleep that he wouldn’t be picked up till the next Tuesday, but after not eating for three days and getting more upset I decided to try and find out where he would go, which I did and they have been absolutely fantastic very professional and caring and completely understanding which really helps they let me bring him to them they were very welcoming when we arrived and after a chat she laid him in the chapel of rest so I could say my final farewell which meant the world to me ,and any animal lover would understand this I can not praise the team at PCS Doncaster enough thank you I would definitely recommend them Sleep well little man till we meet again 🐾🐾xoxoxo
