Friendly, helpful and very reasonably priced. They've looked after our (difficult) Schnauzer since he was a pup and always handled him with care and attention. Most importantly, I've never felt as though they oversold or provided unnecessary items after treatment. Thoroughly recommended.

Absolutely amazing vets .. as a breeder they have been nothing but helpful polite and extremely professional.. they always have the best interests of my dogs at heart and I will always use them !! Its not about the money like it is with every other vet i have used its about the service and the professionalism.. their pricing is very competitive and not over the top .. Can't praise Gillian & staff enough. I used to see her when she worked at another surgery. I couldn't believe my luck when I found out she was in Adwick. Excellent service. My girl is 16 & 3 months. She was having many seizures....she isn't now. 😁

My Dog was very poorly and had lost a lot a weight. The staff were great, after tests, it was found she was diabetic. Within days she was a lot better with the right dose of insulin. She's like a puppy again full of energy. Thank you.

Was the only vets we could get for my neighbours cat as an unregistered emergancy. Unfortunately poor Petal died. The vets and all staff here made the whole ordeal much more bareable for my neighbour and was kind throughout. I would recommend to anyone, lovely people and reasonable price. Will be registering my own cats

I have a career in hospital work and plastic surgery, the care Petra has has is equal to that, excellent surgery, very neat minimal scar, hugely impressed. Use pet medic to sadly let go of my cat of 14 years due to cancer. This vets will do the best for you and Will not attempt to get any extra money out of you and will give the honest answers to your visit. The staff are brilliant and I would like to thank Sam especially for what she has done to help. The vets and assistants here have been absolutely amazing with us and our dog during his last few months. The kindness they have shown, the allowing for us to decide on treatments with no pressure, giving us the option of home euthanasia and the aftercare have all been excellent. We wouldn't go anywhere else and if we get another pet in the future this would be our first choice of veterinary surgery.

I would recommend this place to every one and I have always recommended to friends and family. There might be cheaper places but wouldn't say it's expensive and really can't put a price on some one you love having the best care possible. Gillian gave my two babies the best life. One of my dogs had epilepsy and daily seizures for years. Couldn't leave him alone went to different vets.. With the right treatment he had less and less till maybe once a month. Can't thank her enough. We changed to this vets after an awful experience with another unnamed vets and never looked back! She took care of my girl right through having to have her put to sleep due to cancer. The level of care is amazing

Every member of staff care about you and the well being of your pet. I have unfortunately had to use their services to say goodbye to our beloved pets but they made it as easy as a situation like that could be, making our pooches feel safe and comfortable- there was no distress or upset and I felt comforted by all the staff there. I would like to thank the vets for the care and compassion they showed to my pet cat and myself when we had to have Smokey put to sleep because of ill health. I was distraught but Gillian the vet showed such care and attention that she took care of everything. Gillian & het staff have turned my 16year old Springer spaniels life around. Everything from his immune system to his leg muscles was failing because of his age & 2 visits to the vets later & a regular course of medication has given my loyal dog a quality of life like you wouldn't believe. He can go for short walks, he can climb the stairs again & his dry eyes have got sparkle back in them. Thank you to Gill & her team for caring.

I have taken all my cats and dogs here for years. They are super amazing and always answer even the smallest of questions. My only gripe is that if you pay for something to be done eg worming to operations they only offer a card receipt but no seperate itemised billing receipt so you can't keep a clear recorded file for your pets.

I found an injured owl at the side of the road in which u rang the rspca to see if they could help. My answer was we are jot open till 11. So I rang petmedic and they said to bring them straight to them and they would help the owl. Within 2 hours of delivering the owl I was told it was gaining strength and eating and drinking well and was on the way to a bird sanctuary were it would be released once checked for other injuries. Just like to say thank you to petmedic for dealing with the owl and helping it get better.
