Excellent service and incredible staff. Having nipped in for an emergency appointment, we were greeted promptly and a thorough examination was carried out. The staff are very knowledgable and informative, no part of the appointment was rushed. The prices are also very good.

We’ve taken our dog to Inglis for 7 years now and he has always been so well looked after. They’re very helpful in keeping all his information up to date and send out reminders when his next vaccination/check up is due. We also had our German shepherd use their aqua therapy and they were so good with him and let us be included.

Took Loki my Greyhound in for his 1st check up, he's a retired racer who we adopted earlier this year. He is timid and nervous in new environments. The staff were great with him. Both the receptionist and the vet were very warm and welcoming which was great.

Such lovely and professional staff. The building was very calming and my dog felt very at ease being there and being with the staff even though it was our first time at that branch. Staff seemed genuinely interested in my dog and the progress she has made in her weight loss journey and was nice for people to notice how hard we’ve worked to get my dog to a healthy weight in her life. Thank you so much, made having to get vaccinations nice and easy especially during these strange coronavirus times.

Great friendly service each time I have needed them! My pup has now got as he won't just walk past the local practice without trying to go in and say hello! 😂 Doesn't quite understand that it's not that easy given current restrictions!! Not a bad word to say about them, they've kept our furry family members safe and healthy during this pandemic, with every visit being COVID safe with measures in place at each practice!

They are so welcoming and always put you at ease even at your lowest times with your pets, the genuine care is superb. They listen to all your concerns and explain everything fully. Best of all they all really care for your pets like they would their own. Wouldn't take my babies anywhere else.

We have been using Inglis vets since we got our first pet. They have always been extremely supportive.... I'm an emotional mum when things go wrong. Nothing is too much bother for them. I ask the weirdest questions but have never been made to feel like a nuisance. I won't say our dog loves going for a visit but she certainly doesn't mind going. Highly recommended them

Great service from Inglis. Vet and veterinary nurse at Hospital Hill today were excellent. Clear adherence to COVID guidance, phoned on arrival and though I'd an issue with my own phone connecting Halbeath Inglis sorted it all out by phone! Didn't think my dog would be comfortable alone but he bounced out quite happily as did the dog after mine! Vet managed to understand my concerns through the glass and reassured me v efficiently and professionally. I'd have no hesitation in recommending vet to anyone.

I have always taken my pets to Inglis & wouldn’t go anywhere else unless I had no choice. My pets love their Vets & usually always see their A.Megan either in the Dunfermline main hospital or the Healthy Care Centre at Hospital Hill, Dunfermline. These are some of the finest Vets around, especially A.Megan, A.Jeni, U.Graeme, U.Ken and they ALL have the care, compassion & a true passion to help you & your fur baby/ies & allay any worries you may have. It would be nice if they were to reduce their costs a bit or reward long term customers in some way for investing in their company & helping aid advances in the technology they have available to help our furballs as a lot of people have said to me over the years that they’re too expensive but I’m on their Care Plan with my 2 cats & my dog when he was still with us as this does help towards some of the expensive treatment our animals need monthly like flea & worming as well as full health checks but I will continue to have them as my fur ball advocate’s for my pets. Even ALL of the reception staff & Nurses, call handlers etc have the same outlook & the same goal as you. They are ALL part of a very special team 💜🕊💜

As owner of a small Lhasa Apso dog and telephoning for advice on signs of it having tummy upset and "air licking,", Penny was seen by a vet half an hour later. Examination and appropriate medication has solved the problem and quickly covered the worry factor.

Staff are very caring and a few weeks ago I lost my cat Blue toa horrible desease Pancreatitis they tried their best to treat him but as I myself suffer from the pain of this horrible disease I decided the best thing was to let him go a hard decision but I was thinking of him not myself all I can say is thank you to the staff now my Kitten is grieving and once again they arr helping me with her she's five but she was the baby of the two

The veterany nurses here are wonderful. It's useful if your pet doesn't need to see a vet, you can always get faster appointments for flee and worm treatment, nail clipping etc.
