As always, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable staff. Took our previous rabbit to the practice for the 5 years she was with us. When we got 2 more rabbits after she died, we had absolutely no hesitation in registering them with the Dunfermline practice. Excellent care, thank you.

All the staff at Vets4pets have been amazing over the last couple of days, from reception to nursing staff and both vets. I felt so reassured that my dog was in good hands as staff were so clear about the procedure, follow up and patient at answering all my questions. They were brilliant with my dog, so gentle and caring and they made me feel so relaxed during a stressful time. They all appeared to have great knowledge of veterinary care and every member of staff was aware of my dogs situation and were so caring while we were in the practice. The vet was able to see us immediately when I had concerns following my dogs procedure and additionally, the out of hours vets service were fantastic at answering questions and being available for support. The vet was also able to give helpful advice around claiming on my pet insurance.

Have been going to that practice for years and always get an amazing service from all the team. The staff are always polite and friendly with a willingness to go that little bit extra. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It’s not the cheapest vets around but it’s definitely the best. My only down side is that it’s not 24hrs.

I would like to thank Vets4Pets - Dunfermline. The service and care they provided for Willow and ourselves were outstanding. Unfortunately Willow is no longer with us due to her severe condition. But the before and after thought and care everyone provided was amazing even checking to see how Bella, Willows sister was doing after and advising help. We had a cremation for Willow that Vets4Pets - Dunfermline provided from the after care to the Sympathy Card to the Paw prints and presentation " Gone from our sight, but never our memories Gone from our touch, but never our hearts." All of the staff are excellent and seem fully up to date and aware of my cats ridiculous health needs. They know me and him by name, and are so friendly and kind. Even when I’m in with my other cat they always ask after the difficult one. It feels like such a personal service which is lovely from what must be a large vets practise.

Only registered Patch a few months ago and was initially concerned as he is a rabbit and we were first time rabbit owners, and I wasn’t sure if going to a specialist practice would be the best option due to our minimal knowledge of rabbit care at the time. However, the nurse/vet I have met with on both occasions has been fantastic, and we are more than happy with the obvious level of knowledge and professionalism provided at Vets4Pets. The complete care is also a great service, I love that you can choose various services such as nail clipping for Patch as we do get nervous about hurting him. All together, a great service ☺️!

The team at vets for pets Dunfermline were outstanding, it was our first visit to them with a poorly nervous dog and they were brilliant with her. She is usually very wary of strangers, and due to social distancing, we had to have her over and stay outside, but she happily went inside with them. They were really thorough and found out very quickly what was wrong with her and gave her treatment. I was so impressed with the service they provided and delighted with how happy my dog seemed to be with them all. I would thoroughly recommend vets for pets Dunfermline, thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dunfermline branch are always great with my pets with planned visits and emergencies. my dog was seen as an emergency with kennel cough, they were great and treated her outside. Lots of care and cuddles given to her as always.

I can’t thank the team enough for all they did for me and my dog. I had to go in every 4 days to have a bandage changed, and every time I went in they were so helpful. Forbes and all of his team are fantastic. I couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Cannot fault the practice and Forbes is an absolutely wonderful vet. Always has the best outlook for my cat and provides excellent dietary advice allowing him to stay healthy. All the receptionists are lovely to and always happy to help - can’t recommend the plan enough either, to be able to get nails cut, regular treatment etc all for £10 - great value for money.

This was my first visit as a new member with my two older cats and a new kitten, to get everykitty up to date with vaccines and flea treatments. Previously my one older cat with a mystery skin/ear issue was with a private practice, they were very nice as people but it wasn't the best experience treatment-wise and had left me very nervous about going to the vet in general and his treatment specifically. I phoned first and spoke to Chloe and Larissa, they are both so pleasant and really put me at ease and made me feel very optimistic straight away, for our appointments we saw Vet Rebecca and right from the hello, she couldn't have been more reassuring and lovely, I felt completely unstressed about her seeing my boys and new girls, and really that I could trust her. She was great with them, they showed no signs of stress or fear at all, even without me being with them, I felt really happy with how she was wanting to address exactly the same issues I had been worried about and had been left previously unanswered so that was really fantastic to hear as I've never felt it was approved of to ask or question about my concerns or thoughts on my poor boy before so have just been confused and frustrated, which I've always felt makes his issues worse as he can sense that and won't understand why I'm not 'fixing' things! Rebecca got right to the answers, all potential avenues and levels of treatment were very clearly laid out, even the different costs of each, with advice on what she would prefer and would personally do if it were her - she didnt just go direct to the most extreme (and most expensive) which really reassured me that she has my cats welfare first in mind before profit or upselling. I have never went to a vet desk after an appointment with not only knowing clear answers to my concerns with my cats health, an explained choice of future actions that all make sense, and also what the cost of everything was, and this having been clearly explained, but to then be told I actually had a credit as the vet had decided against doing one of the booked in treatments, that she could have potentially gone ahead with, because she had my cats welfare at mind, instead of just keeping the money and doing it anyway with the risks having been informed of, is just so transparent and honest and amazing! My boys are very calm and trusting in nature, whereas I have been made more nervous and wary by our past experiences, but Rebecca, Chloe and Larissa have quickly reversed all that, and I cannot thank or praise them enough - it feels great to be able to now take my boys somewhere that they feel securely handled and I can fully trust to have their health firstmost in mind. 10 stars if possible, fully recommend!

I'm really impressed by the vets and staff in this surgery. All four of my dogs go here. One of the dogs is very nervous of having his vaccinations but the vet handled it very well and it was the easiest, most calm visit we have ever had at any vet. I'll definitely be staying at this practice :)

He can be tricky to handle when it comes to medicine and inspection but the guys and gals at this vets make it look so easy and in two seconds he's back sat with me again. I have recommended them to family, who regularly bring one of their pets in (even though they have another Vets 4 Pets closer to them! I called around 5:15pm on Friday to ask if they had any appointments as my cat had an abscess and I thought he may have been bitten, saw vet at 6:15pm, abscess drained after full explanation of cost of treatment, was home with cat and all medication required before 7pm, excellent service and great staff, many thanks. cat doing very well.

My dog, Odin, has been registered with Vets4Pets Dunfermline since he was 8 weeks old. Friendly staff members, with a clean and dog-friendly environment all allow visits to be efficient, and welcoming. Odin loves going to the vets (thankfully), and I am glad that he does. The quality of service is excellent, and all staff are caring and courteous for the animals (and their owners). Definitely recommended.

Personalised service at Its best! My cat Simone was really poorly. Forbes and his team at vets4pets Dunfermline quickly diagnosed her issue on a Friday afternoon and had her straight into surgery.
