I received very good service from the staff and vets at the Kilsyth branch of the practice. However, that branch has been closed down for months now, as Ashbank doesn't have enough vets to cover all their branches. When the Kilsyth branch was open, it was only open for a few hours each day.

I would like to say what an amazing vets surgery this is. Wonderful veterinary service from sincere, kind and genuine staff with a passion for animals. Vanessa, Tim and Laura I have the upmost respect for you and the fantastic job you all do, Peeka and Phoenix are forever grateful. The wonderful receptionist Susan whom goes beyond her call of duty to ensure there wellbeing. Communication skills are phenomenal keeping me up-to-date, always returning my calls and is an absolute pleasure to talk to, genuine and kind. I personally wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else Highly recommend😊
