We’ve been taking our 9 month old Labrador puppy here since she came home at 8 weeks old. They’ve always been amazing. She had a little accident with her baby canine tooth when she was about 4 or 5 months old and she was in for consultation the next day and an extraction surgery was scheduled for the Monday (as she was seen on a Friday). We were so grateful for such a quick turn around - despite the challenges of the pandemic her being in pain was the most important thing for the vets. Recently she was in to be neutered which went really well. Unfortunately, having had these ops, she’s now quite nervous of the vets but even that is absolutely no problem. Each of the vets we’ve seen tells us not to worry about her nerves and will work with us or will ask for assistance from their nurses as required, keeping us, and by extension our dog, as at ease as possible. Cannot recommend enough. We’ve also had nothing but great experiences when it comes to them working with our insurance company - nothing seems to be too much hassle. We’ve now moved 35 minutes away but still travel up to Bishopbriggs vets because we have been so impressed with their care. We know our pup is in good hands with them!

Competitive prices. Very caring vets and staff. My dog ended up with a bad infection after being spayed and they looked after her brilliantly. Had to take her in every day for a few weeks and they didn't charge me so saved a fortune. Always have and always will tske my pets here and would recommend to anyone looking for a new vet.

I have used this practice for years and Henry Has been in there since he was young teenager He gives great advice and detailed information on the next step for your pets. I feel confident that advice given is always in the best interest of your pet there is no pressure To buy things from them. I would not go by this practice there are a number of vets in the practice you would be mad not to give this practice a go if you value your pet then that’s the practice for you to go to.

My dog is a nervous, reactive Staffy, who was neglected and not socialised when he was a puppy and the practice makes arrangements to make him more comfortable. We wait in the car till the vet comes to collect us and if he needs sedation for specific investigations / treatment, they will even administer that in the car . I never feel judged as the owner of a nervous reactive dog and that gives me confidence in using the practice.

Good practice. Listen to my concerns and offer advice. They are good with both my cats. Particularly the older one who becomes very stressed and aggressive. On their suggestion I now wait outside until it’s time for him to be seen which is helping him be a little calmer. They understand the animals snd offer great service.

Called today for an appointment for my cat. Who wasnt registered with this practice I was given appointment at 3PM my main reason for the visit was for a second opinion. I arrived and the vet came to talk to me in the car park so pleasant I forgot his name. After having my cat to another well known vet all over the weekend to be firstly told it was kidney failure put her to sleep I refused she was placed on fluids blood tests done still awaiting the results over the weekend I was told to pts 5 times without any idea of a diagnosis just guess work and slacking on finding out what was actually wrong despite taking payment after payment for basically telling me the same pts! I'm so glad a neighbour recommended this practice, my pet recieved more care and compassion in less than an hour compared to a weekend at another vets, I was told she had suspected stomach cancer and this sounded more accurate to.the previous vets guesswork, sadly as she had deteriorated so much I had to think about the fact to keep her I would be making her suffer. I've had pets put to sleep before and never felt warmth and compassion that was given today my pet had a dignified ending the vet was amazing. Nothing was to much trouble for these people its bern such a sad day but you made it a little better with you're caring manner, I cant thank you enough and will be registering our other pets with yourselfes definitely worth more than a 5 star review,

Our 2 cats being typical outdoor cats means we have had several trips to Bishopbrigs Vet Centre over the years with one thing or another. We've always had a great experience; friendly and helpful reception staff, always able to get an appointment when we needed, knowledgeable vets who take time to explain treatment options and costs and who clearly have a passion to ensure your pet receives the best treatment for their needs. Plus you have the added bonus that they are an independent centre rather part of a corporate chain who may have other competing priorities in the service they provide. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.

Busy lots of vaccinations being done on puppies, so glad I wasn't there with a puppy Great Dane or Newfoundland coz your not ment to put them on the ground and standing holding one of them would've been a nightmare

I love the way they handled covid restrictions. Instead of not allowing owners to enter the vet room with their pets, like so many other veterinaries do, they instead placed a separation in the room so that owners can be with their pets, thus calming the pets anxiety, whilst protecting everyone from Covid. Absolutely brilliant.

This was our first trip to Bishopbriggs Vet and due to the current situation with covid 19 I was apprehensive as I knew I wouldn’t be allowed in with him. I have an 8 week old puppy and it was for his 1st round of injections. The practice have implemented social distancing pet handover which was very seamless and didn’t upset my dog at all it. The vet we spoke to was very professional and explained everything she was going to do before hand and how Everything went afterwards. I Would recommend this practice.
