Very caring, thoughtful, and attentive staff. My family experienced the loss of our dog Dexter at this Veterinary Surgery and are still grateful for the kind experience provided. We were provided expert advice and care throughout Dexter's treatment and for his final visit. I'm thankful he, and my family, were looked after. Sharing a little picture of him at his happiest. Please know your pet(s) will be looked after here.

Excellent. You go in and with in five minutes your seen. Mrs Jackson is a very pleasant woman and the other vet Emma is also very pleasant.The girls who make the the practice work are lovely and pleasant. All I can say it's the best move we ever made changing vets. Love Henrybasset 😘🤗♥️

Best vet in the cumbernauld area, they genuinely care about your pets and don't try to rush you out the door. Realistic with pricing and don't recommend unnecessary procedures. Compassionate and professional service from all staff.

My pets have been registered here since they were babies, all have attended, one still goes regularly, and they've all had procedures. The staff are not only great with the animals but also very patient and understanding with the owners. We had to have one of our older pets put to sleep here and everyone at the practice went above and beyond to make her comfortable and make this devasting experience as peaceful as possible for us. We werent rushed, we were given time with our girl and the support afterwards was very much appreciated. I cannot recommend this practice enough, your fur babies are well looked after here.

Lovely vets and staff have been with Mrs Jackson for over 16 years on off with moving out of area and back again. My wee pug was put to sleep the other day and they couldn't have been nicer.

These guys are amazing I lost my dog of 16 years then 2 months later my rabbit due to the pandemic they were there every step of the way and stayed with them both when they passed because we weren't allowed love these guys xx

Have used condorrat vet since we got our dog in 2008, she sadly passed away in 2020, and the team at condorrat vet where fantastic with us, so sympathetic and did everything to make sure our girl was at peace, they arranged her cremation for us too and made sure we received her ashes within 10 days! Have been back recently with our kitten to get spayed and still the same great service, they genuinely are so caring and attentive...would highly recommend

I have used this vet for many years. The staff are helpful and friendly and the vets are great. Always accommodating for a same day appointment, if needed in an emergency. Mrs Jackson who own the practice is very caring and knowledgeable

The vets are very friendly however as you are not allowed entry with your pet, they ask you to sit in your car and they will call you when they are done. I was charged £65 on phone and then told to come and get my dog. The dog had been limping earlier that day, but appeared fine when I took her, but thought best to get her checked. Vet said they couldn't find anything causing her any pain but gave her an anti-inflammatory injection, just in case!! And gave me pain killers, to give her daily. For a non existing pain?? Best to ask them to call and discuss with you before they decide on treatment.
