If you want a first-class caring vet or nurse I highly recommend Glenbrae. Not only do they look after your pets.... They look after you too. Sadly 2 of my cats died and the vet and nurse looked after me too. They were so kind, comforting and they genuinely care us as well as our pets. Simply the best ever team.

The vet and receptionist where absolutely fantastic. The clinic was absolutely spotless and both workers took time to address my concerns and the needs of my pet. The turn around on the care we need for my pet and the approximate bill was done the same day. The monthly care plan they offered us was excellent value for money. I didn't feel like I was being ripped off or taken advantage of. The vet outlined very clearly what care my pet needed and recommended appropriate tests with a good price. I would highly recommend this vet practice. Very professional and it was obvious from the moment I walked into the practice they genuinely care for the animals that come through the door.

I have just a new puppy and due to passing the surgery every morning I called to arrange appointment. The girl on the phone was really friendly and helpful. When attending for my appointment I had to call when I arrived and wait for the vet to come out and collect Bella. (Due to COVID-19) they were really friendly and advised me of different options available to me with regards to vaccinations and treatment. Would definitely recommend.

My first visit and I was really impressed with the approach of the vets compared to others (talking about the importance of diet and certain supplements instead of just handing out painkillers). I brought my 15 year old jack russell in specifically for laser therapy as she has arthritis but I think I will switch my other 2 to come to this vet as well. Staff were all really friendly as well, would highly recommend.

Used the 'groom room' for the hosing down of one scruffy pup. The bath allows our Cockapoo to get in and out easily due to the removable door. The shower is great, and shampoo provided. He hates the hair dryer noise, so Katie provided two towels. He even got a squirt of doggy cologne, which made him sneeze! For a tenner, good value to pamper your pooch yourself without getting your bathroom soaked or muddy.
