Buddy needed his claws trimmed. He also has chronic tummy problems and had not been using his litter tray or eating. The girls managed, unlike previous vets, to subdue him long enough for the nail cutting and examined him and found he had no problems. Next day, of course, he was eating heartily and the results produced. lol. The staff are friendly, patient and kind. Not the trauma we feared for our rescue boy.

Fantastic vets! They've were amazing with our two kittens, especially when one wasn't well (and the packages are insanely good value). We have also started using them for our french bulldog and they've been amazing with him especially considering his phobia of him getting his nails cut. The emergency service at the roundhouse is also something we have had to use and cannot fault them either. Every member of staff we've come across at this practice and the other practice in the same chain have been great would highly recommend.

A fantastic locally run vet practice. Great service, parking is not an issue, prices are good and the access to more specialist procedures is amazing. We as a family are more than delighted to be using this vet practice for the care of our two dogs.

Good vets. Friendly, welcoming reception. The girl vet in on a Saturday is brilliant and natural with animals and shows affection aswell as treatment. My Molly cat really cooperates with her. Reasonable price for jags for cats and £27 for 3 month pippets of Advocate worming/flea treatments.

I went to vets in the Murray who were just giving us the run around and so changed to Pets & Vets. I find there service really good and they have been very helpful in getting to the bottom of our dog, Alfie's allergy issues. Ivor is Alfie's vet and I would recommend them to anyone, very helpful reception staff and nurses sometimes what people don't appreciate is that they can't wave a magic wand for animals the same as humans, sometimes it is process of elimination where skin conditions are concerned as there are so many reason behind them and they need to make sure the animal gets the right treatment for the specific Allergy so if one doesn't work, they need to try another until they find what does work for that animal and its skin conditions, yes it consts, that's to be expected, I don't know why people get animals and then if something goes wrong with them complain about the price of treatment!! I am really happy with the service here and would recommend them so far so good and much better than the other vets who did not have a clue.. - thanks

Great team very friendly and explain things really well . Ruth the vet was superb with my 14 year old bunny . I have a vet closer to me but prefer to use Hairmyres Vets. New vet Lee is excellent as well . So understanding and helpful . I would highly recommend them.

Great work from the group sorted out my two Springer Spaniel's One of them had cancer and got a Kidney removed and we were told not hold our breath as it my only give her some more months . 2 years later she's still plodding along. Great work

Vet Erin and her assistant Jules were so attentive to Parker b4 during and after getting his booster jag and annual check. He he even let Jules take a pic for social media page. So Parker left with his tail wagging and a smile on his face 😊
