S.I find the staff approachable with my questions and they are very informative with their answers. They also handle my cats very well, minimising any distress. Easy to get appointments during the week. Have used out of hours clinic at Loanhead, also a good practice, would recommend this group. Car park nearby is very handy too.

Car parking right beside it. Plus you can take your pet and you for a lovely walk in nature in Balerno. Highly recommended.
