Our dog Spot picked up a load of ticks while on holiday this week so we rang Jackson’s and they were able to see us that afternoon. Superb service, warm and welcoming. Bill was £90 which was the emergency appointment (which I suppose it was) removal of all the nasty’s, medication, and dog treats as he was good. If you ever in the southern part of Loch Lomond and need a vet, this is the one. Excellent

Registered here when we moved to the area last year and have visited for a booster jab and when one of our cats was unwell. Staff are professional but also really warm and caring towards your pet and to you, listening to all your concerns and talking you through their assessment of your pet. Would recommend!

I took my Taz dawg to see Jackson vets for the first time since moving to the area. All five of our fur-babies are now signed up to the Health plan too. Lovely people and I feel super happy that my doggos and cats are in good hands. Highly recommend.

Have always managed to get a quick appointment when my dog has been in pain. To my surprise I have had follow up calls to check on his well being as I had not reported back to the surgery that he was ok after treatment. Lorna consulted with specialist for advice regarding further investigations and took their advice. I feel very confident that Rocky receives good health care.

Not a place I planned to go but needs must. After a phone call that was quickly answered an appointment was made for my cat to be seen. Covid regulations are observed here and it's a case of knocking on the door and waiting for the vet to come out to see you and get information on the symptoms, the animal is then taken in for examination while you wait outside. Tip. Park in the car park opposite so you can see the door as they'll give you a wave once the examination is complete. The vets were really nice people and explained possible causes and remedies. The cat didn't seem too traumatised either. The service is really efficient given the current restrictions.
