D. B.On holiday in Straythe and one of our dogs got a tick. As we’d never seen one before we were unsure how to remove it safely so rang the vets. They were due to be closing soon but the lovely vet said we could pop straight along. She removed the tick and was so kind we wanted to write a thank you to her on here. Brock says thank you 🐶

So, two years ago our dog (who was just a puppy at the time) needed unexpected veterinary treatment whilst we were on holiday in Killin. Although it was getting near to closing time, we called the Riverside Veterinary Clinic. We were told to bring her down, as they open until 18:30. We know that the road from Killin to Callander is pretty twisty, but drove it as quickly as we dared. (Volvo estates don't make good rally cars...) Apologies to Police Scotland.
We arrived more or less at closing time, but we were met with a brilliant young vet who reassured us that all was fine and that she'd see our dog.
The service was beyond excellent. Very calm, professional and caring.
We cannot praise this place enough. At a stressful time for you and your dog, this is the kind of vet you need.

P.Whilst holidaying in Scotland in our motor home our cocker spaniel unfortunately hurt his eye, we called in here on the off chance they could see him, within 3/4 of am hour he was seen, they had his history thanks to quick response of our vets, he was given meds and we were on our way, cant thank all the staff enough, fabulous service and so helpful 😍

J. T.We had to take our dog to the vet while on holiday due to an injury to her leg. They were excellent. Although unable to establish exactly what caused the injury (initially thought it was a snake bite although it wasn't) she was given appropriate medication and we were given good advice. Thanks for your help and good service.
G. B.This morning (19/11/18) we had to take our beloved Eddie, a 14 year old Irish Terrier, to a vet to be put to sleep. We were on holiday in Scotland and had to take a chance. We came across this practice in Callendar. We were so lucky. The vet, Marslaide Smith, was so compassionate to both Eddie and the two of us that she made a very sad occasion bearable. We cannot praise her enough, thank you so much.
