Absolutely all you need in 1 place for pet lovers. There is a vet. Amazing staff and a team driven towards the best care for our pets. Wonderful shop. Day care has saved my life they are amazing with my puppy. Training, foraging, feeding, nap time and people who give undivided attention to out pets. Truly a lovely place.

I would like to thank all the staff who were involved in helping us with our lily. Thing just got too much for her in the end. When it came lily's end of life I cant put into words how heart broken we were as a family to make that decision but I can thank the staff at the natural vet for there compassion and sincerity. I have never been in that situation with a pet that became more of a member of the family. I was greated with kindness and understanding. I was so caught up in the moment I couldn't even think straight but the vet understood what I needed and gave me the time I required with lily afterwards. To receive the gift today of a lock of lily's hair and her paw print. something I never thought about Shows you how much the staff at the natural vet put you and your friend first and ill always be grateful for that. Great experience here today, the vet spent plenty time going through my concerns, gave me multiple options to choose from and she was very thorough. I drove 50 minutes to go to this vet as it had been recommended and I’ll definitely be returning :).

We can’t say enough great things about this vet . It’s worth the 30min drive! We have been to 2 other vets before when our dogs were puppies, and this place is above and beyond with our dogs when compared to them! The care and attention is amazing . You will not regret

I cannot recommend this veterinary practice highly enough...in my 40 years of having used one particular practice I had been let down terribly and was advised to try this practice when my cat became unwell. Their treatment of him was outstanding and well considered. Unfortunately he was too unwell but even the process of putting him to sleep was dealt with sensitively and could not have gone better considering the circumstances. I asked for a paw print and they did that and a wee nose print as well as putting a cutting of his fur in a wee key ring ( I had asked for a paw print and cutting of fur but this was a lovely wee touch) so thank you. Can I also add they are very fair in cost.

Every member of staff here has been nothing but lovely and supportive toward me and my rats’ needs. Despite rats being an unusual pet, the vets, nurses and reception team have all been an amazing help. Claire, who has taken a particular interest in my rats, is especially lovely and helpful!

Best vets around. Can't recommend them enough. My wee dog passed before bringing him in as they where one off the few vets allowing someone in at a very difficult time. But took him here to get him cremated. The girl dealing with us was so nice and empathetic. Even sent us a wee sympathy card with his wee paw prints. Been recommending this place to everyone.

Adele kindly agreed to see my sick dog dog after he was unsuccessfully treated for an infection by my usual vet. The staff at Vet Creche were a breath of fresh air. They were friendly, welcoming, and kind. Dogs are allowed to sit beside their humans on the chairs in the waiting area. This seems to put them at ease. Through in the consultation room, the staff were gentle and thorough and took things at my dog's pace. The vet provided me with a treatment plan, and asked me to call her in a week so she could assess how my dog was doing. I felt reassured that my dog had been correctly diagnosed and would get the treatment he needed. He is now fully recovered. I am very thankful to the staff for their excellent and holistic care and can enthusiastically recommend this practice.

Teddy loves the team at The Natural Vet, I think he loves them more than he loves us. Teddy sees the vet and has day care days regularly. All staff are so kind and helpful each visit. The Natural Vet definitely go above and beyond for our pets. We do have some staff favorites but all staff are amazing. Stacey at daycare your fantastic, Clare on reception you rock and Mel the vet your our fave :) Thanks Adele and team for looking after Teddy & Bella (sometimes) without you we would be stuck. I forgot to mention Penelope's Pet Spa - Lauren - best dog groomer in Glasgow. The Natural vet has everything under the one roof to suit all your pets needs, grooming, daycare, vet and food.

Our french bulldog Sunday has being going to The Natural Vet for around 3 years now. She recently had an emergency and the quick care and attention she received ( and is still receiving) from the team is nothing short of incredible. Every single person you come in contact with from the reception staff to the vets are amazing and help put you and your pet at ease. Adele, Melanie, Charis and the rest of the team we can't thank you enough for fantastic work you do. The fact that Sunday runs up to the door desperate to get in speaks volumes. Cannot recommend enough!

2nd operation for my French bulldog today by the wonderful staff at the natural vet . Her spay was January 2020 Her rhinoplasty today and she was in the most trust worthy capable hands with the team here . I refuse to use any other vet practice . Pre op was detailed and everything was explained in great depth . On the day of the operation she was so well cared for and looked after as If she was one of there own . After care was explained and 3 day post op booked and 7 day post op booked. Brilliant vet and team 👏

We buy raw food for our pets. The quality is excellent. Price is reasonable. Staff are friendly. Not too difficult to make the order. Would be good to have a weekly repeat order system.

I would deffo recommend the natural vet, I had a very sick puppy and within half hr of them seeing the puppy they had explained everything, potential treatments, costs and what was puppy's chances. I did have puppy at another vets practice on 4 or 5 occasions which was costly but I didn't grudge if was helpful. But now I feel was just a rip of, they never told me anything that helped really, just sort of blamed me for feeding raw I will be taking any of my pets to the natural vet in future and would recommend them 100%, you wont be disappointed if you want the best for your furbaby.

Fantastic place all under one roof everything you would want for a vet service . Staff are very welcoming and you can see the love for animals from every one off them . My wee dog was unwell and the vets put me at ease and advised me on a way forward for my girl within a couple of days she was so much better after treatment . I moved from my previous vets and I'm so glad I did .they really do know their stuff .i have used the grooming for my dog also and day care , lauren is fantastic with the dogs and always asks what you would like done first .

Brilliant day care with staff who really care about your dog’s wellbeing. Grooming appointments can be arranged for during daycare hours and there is a large selection of raw food for sale here too. Knowing that there is a vet on site is an added bonus! Although it’s priced at the higher end of doggie daycare, I have no doubt that it’s worth every penny!

I toyed with the idea of changing vets for about a year then finally did when my Frenchie had tumours in her mouth that required surgery. I have a very nervous little dog who absolutely hates the vets but since we changed to vet creche it's like having a different dog - I couldn't believe how calm she was when I picked her up or again when she went back for her routine check up after the operation! Thank you to Adele and all the team for looking after Rio so well, I have never seen her look so bright after surgery, she wasn't drowsy at all! The day after Rio's op I was delighted to see a little video on Instagram and there she was looking quite happy and settled which was huge peace of mind when I couldn't be with her! I have no hesitation in recommending Vet Creche - they offer bundles of TLC for our beloved pooches, I just wish I had joined sooner.

You can easily tell Adele and her team at Vet Creche are some of the most passionate, ambitious, and hard-working individuals in their field. Welcoming, kind, and sensitive to everyone's needs. I can certainly say that they seem to be some of the hardest-working and considerate animal carers I've ever met while being a pet owner. After switching to Vet Creche from our first vet in Dennistoun, we shortly thereafter got into the process of moving house ... and I kid thee not, how close we could live to the Vet Creche facility actually became a factor when looking for our next home. They have SO much to offer pet owners, and are ever improving and ever evolving. We're really excited to take part in some things once we're situated, like their birthday parties, training classes and doggy day care. A++ facility and staff, we dont foresee ourselves going anywhere else while living in Glasgow.
