Reviews of Vets Now Hospital Glasgow
D. A.
My dog Jess was diagnosed with epitheliotropic lymphoma in January of this year. We were referred to Vets Now in Glasgow to discuss her options. The staff could not have been kinder or more understanding and helpful. Jess had six rounds of chemotherapy and to everyone’s amazement she is still happy and full of life! ( 10 months later!)She always goes in with her tail wagging, delighted to see all the staff. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough .

Brought in my dog for an emergency on the day of the dammed queen’s jubilee no less, so I couldn’t go to our regular vets but was so grateful of how well they took care of us! My dog had cut her leg open and the vets took her in almost immediately, they were really clear that she needed stitches and also explained the risks. I’m happy to say after a month or so she is fully healed and running about again! They did such an excellent job stitching her up and I believe a student did it. Such an excellent job, so grateful for kind vets who also clearly love and care for their animal patients. I kept hearing the receptionist say things like hello beautiful / lovely / darling to all the animals coming in which is also an extra lovely thing.

The male vet who treated our cat after she had had her first seizure was very professional and compassionate. He was calming in what was a very stressful situation.
The premises were immaculate and the floors were being cleaned whilst we were there. There were complimentary tea and coffee making facilities whilst we were waiting on blood tests.
A very quick and prompt service. We went around 9pm on a Friday night and did not have to wait to be seen.
Insurance and payment was dealt with by a lovely receptionist. Everyone seemed friendly which was reassuring.
W.
The staff are extremely helpfull and caring. They did their utmost to help our poor cat during her hours of need and make her last few hours comfortable.
Thank you to all concerned

Exceptional vet care - specialist vets with detailed and up to date knowledge about diagnosis and treatments. I was given lots of information about my pets illness and very upfront estimates of the costs of treatment options. The treatment was very expensive but the vet continually gave us options for cost-saving throughout and supported the decisions we made. On top of this, every member of staff has been extremely caring and my dog loves attending this vet hospital - she runs in desperate to see her friends even though she’s had dozens of invasive treatments here (and this friendliness is not usually her nature). I couldn’t recommend this vet practise enough.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention that was given to my very sick puppy when, shortly after I got him, he was found to be suffering from Parvovirus. Although I was informed that his chances of survival were slim, the interventions at the hospital were second to none and, after 3 days and nights in the Vets Now hospital, he recovered fully and is now a healthy, thriving, mischievous and delightful companion!! I was kept fully informed throughout his treatment by skilled vets who talked me through his treatments and his progress. Most importantly, I was struck by the affection and gentle kindness with which he, and I, were treated. Can’t thank the staff enough!!!

We're right in the middle of recovery for our wee dog, so we're not at all 'out of the woods', however, every single person I've interacted with at Vets Now Glasgow has been incredibly patient, kind, professional and empathetic. We've been beside ourselves with worry about our wee boy, and very anxious about his recovery. The team have taken time to explain the situation to me, and once we were home they have set my mind at ease when I've emailed in or called in with questions. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend taking a furry family member to Vets Now for treatment.

I was very worried about my boy going into vets now for a very serious operation.
I have only had him for 6 weeks and I know from the rescue that he has issues with male vets, I explained this when I called and was invited to come in with him for a meet and greet with the team that would be dealing with him.
I went in and everyone from the receptionists, nurses, vets came and met him made a huge fuss, took him away and made him familiar with everything, he came back tail wagging.
The day of the operation he wandered in was seen by a male vet without issue spent 24 hours in the hospital after operation, which as been a huge success.
I cannot thank the whole team enough for helping my boy get the pain free life he will now have.

Vets Now looked after my cat in her final hours. They made sure she was as comfortable as possible and Nicole even delayed her lunch so she could talk me through the options as I was in US at the time. She was very reassuring and I was confident we made the right decision.

Vets now saved my dogs life. I really don't know how they done it if I'm honest. They are nothing short of miracle workers.
My dog was treated with love and kindness the entirety of their stay.
The staff kept open and honest communications at all times, keeping myself updated on my dogs progress numerous times a day.
I really can't express the gratitude I have towards every single staff member but they really did give me my best friend back from a hopeless situation. I even got a photograph sent to my email which really helped my emotional state during such a difficult, upsetting and stressful time.
My dog is still in recovery at home and has a long recovery ahead but I am extremely grateful my dog ended up at vets now instead of anywhere else. The skills and expertise in this place from receptionist to surgeon are incredible.

Unfortunately we had to take our Roxy here on Saturday night but the staff and the speed in which they delt with us was amazing. I can only thank the staff for their professionalism and how well they dealt with Roxy. Thankfully she was back home for early hours on Sunday, considering they had to sedate her then stitch her bottom lip back together. 3 days later and you wouldn't k ow she had been through such a terrible experience. Thank you Vets Now Staff.

Our boy sadly didn't make it and died during surgery but I'm confident that the vets did all they could for him. I only wish our own vet had gotten him there sooner. They were caring, compassionate and their aftercare of our poor pooch after he passed was second to none. 💔❤️

Staff are so friendly and vets so gentle and kind to your little furry animals. They triaged, ran blood tests, ultrasound, gave pain relief injection, antibiotics and a prescription to take home for my puppy all within 4 hours. As soon as we got home, puppy was starting to feel better (as we were advised would happen) and had food and a little play after 24 hours of refusing anything! After care and advice also arranged with puppys usual vets and everything, good or bad news, clearly and kindly communicated. Amazing hospital for our loved animals 🐾💗 Me & Ollie are very thankful to Laura M the vet who seen to him last night
A. C.
Very happy with their emergency team. Dog eat a jelly fish and immediately started violently vomiting. Phoned up and gave the details. Their on call vet replied in 5 mins and gave calming sensible advice for free as we didn't need to bring her in, just monitor her at home. Thank you

I honestly wish I hadn't had to go to the Vets Now Hospital at all, but my 17 year old cat was very sick and sadly had to be put to sleep. There was a designated waiting area for cats which I am sure reduced my cat's distress when he was already so unwell. The visit was heartbreaking for me and I am crying as I am writing this, but the reception staff and the vet treated myself and my cat with such kindness and compassion. A service which I wish we'd never needed to receive but was so kind and empathic to us and I will always be grateful to them for this.
H. W.
I brought my cat in as she was extremely unwell and constantly being sick. Unfortunately, the vets could not figure out what was causing her illness as her tests were coming back clear. They kept her in overnight on an IV drip and that seems to have helped. Despite me being an emotional, crying mess, the vets were amazing. They care so much. Thank you so much for helping our Luna. We appreciate your help so so much 💖 not all heroes wear capes 🌺💖🌺

For out of hours consultation, total bill £353

Ps don’t drink the coffee from the machine
It’s free, that’s all it is

An ideal place for pets in emergency, open 24/7 so I know I can get in touch with them at anytime. Feels comforting only living 10 mins away. I have had to use them twice when my local vet it closed.

Had to visit Vet now hospital as my dog got unwell on Sunday .
The wait was very long and charges for médecine and admin cost were quite expensive and not reimbursed by my insurance.
However the vet was competent and reception staff friendly

Cat Gizmo was in for a couple of nights and they looked after him so well i felt he was safe well taken care of in their hands and im confident recommending them to other pet owners

My puppy broke his leg on a Saturday morning, we had to take him to the emergency vet at Kilmarnock( now vet) , where the staff were really nice, but the vet who looked at my puppy, said he was ok, saying a frenchie is a drama Queen , and nothing was wrong with him, so when Monday came and my puppy couldn’t put his leg down and was still screaming when it was touched, we took him to our own vet who took x rays and told us it was broke, they booked us into the Now vets in Glasgow, we got the top vet in GB and Europe , her name is Davinia , she told us she needed to operate, so the next day we picked we Baxter up , and he has never looked back, it cost us nearly £5,000 all in , but my little Baxter is thriving now, as though nothing has ever happened to him, I rate this hospital, but I don’t rate the vet In Kilmarnock that first diagnosed my puppy.
D. M.
I would like to personal thank each and every one that was on shift Friday back shift and night shift for the kindness, compassion and respect that you treated my Nanook with and myself you all fought so hard to save him and I will never forget what you did for my boy I wish you could have known this big gentle soul under better circumstances. Thank you forever grateful Miss D McLaren.

We had to visit this vets today and, sadly, had to say goodbye to my mums presious girl. I cannot recommend them highly enough for the care and heartfelt treatment she received. They were so genuinely caring and could not do enough to help both our Molly and us. Thanks guys you made a hard decision that bit softer. Xxx

Met withErin about my deceased cat. Erin was so caring and compassionate and helped me on my journey to day good by to my fur baby

I had to rush my Boston Terrier in as he had extreme breathing difficulties
As you can imagine I was panicking and afraid for my fur baby
He was taken in to care and assessed by Lara Brunori
Immediately diagnosed with BOAS crisis
He was placed in an oxygen tank and what seemed to be a lifetime I was asked to go but phone anytime for regular updates.
I cannot thank the receptionists enough for the reassurance and detailed account of what was happening to Buddy, also the vet that took over from Lara to tell me I could come and collect Buddy
After nearly 9 long stressful hours, Buddy was walked out by a friendly nurse, who updated me on everything that had occurred and also how to care for Buddy upon returning home.
Thank you once again to the whole team.
OUTSTANDING ❤️ 🤩 😘

A few weeks ago our dog took unwell . Sadly after poor care at our own vets that day we took our very sick dog here that night . They gave him the best care they could and when we had to come in the next day to say goodbye to him Abby the vet was outstanding . Her care and compassion to us as a family was what got us through. Thankyou Abby for looking after Monty in his last day .

Myself and my partner appreciate the care that was provided to our young puppy Nova prior to her passing. I do believe you tried everything possible to save my gorgeous girl. Unfortunately I am heartbroken with the financial side of things and I do not blame the staff but the company. We were quoted £6-8k in total for a 4 day stay and was expected to pay £4.4K in 24hours - they were very rigid around this and were very unhelpful in regards to discussion around aids or payment plans. There was no offer to help us financially and essentially said that if we couldn’t pay we would have to put our puppy to sleep which is completely immoral and on discussion with other vet practices we were advised we should have been offered the rehoming process to allow her a chance of survival even if it meant we couldn’t continue her ownership. In the end Nova required to be put to sleep due to weight loss and no signs of improvement not related to financial issues. Immediately after putting our dog down we were asked for the remaining payment of £2000. This felt very cold considering the loss of our best friend. Again they offered no payment plan or support for this and also refused to take funds from a charity support stating the payment would have to come from us and the charity to then pay us and that they couldn’t deal with charity direct. This was all very upsetting and stressful on top of an already devastating situation. I feel that vets now should develop a payment scheme so that animals who have a chance of survival are not being immorally put to sleep due to financial struggles. We really hope no one else has to go through what we went through.

I cannot too highly recommend Vets-Now Glasgow . They are a centre of excellence where specialist referral is required. Two of my Hungarian Vizslas have recently been treated there. Both had complicated health issues requiring between them the services of experts in Soft Tissue Surgery, Oncology, Critical Care and Internal Medicine. Some difficult decisions had to be made and at every stage I was given excellent advice and the opportunity to consider all pros and cons. Everybody was so caring and empathetic - reception and nursing staff also. Pricing transparent and very fair – compared to other Referral Centres with similar teams of Accredited Specialists. Here is my 13.5 yo Hattie – recovering beautifully one week after tie back surgery for Laryngeal Paralysis and now able to breathe comfortably. Thanks Liz Welsh - for your care, skill and understanding

They seem to know what they're doing, Scott is an excellent communicator. On another visit William did a successful cruciate ligament operation. Expensive.

My cat had an ear hematoma on a Saturday, I called their emergency number for advice, spoke to a very nice person who invited me to email a few photos and then called back, gave advice on the call which was a to relief and very kind.

Our dog was referred here because our usual vet thought he might have something up his nose but he needed a CT scan to be sure. We dropped him off and had a consultation on the phone from the car park which we were nervous about, but we were put at ease right away, it was so thorough. Treatment and costs were explained clearly too. We got an update later in the day to say they'd found a large blade of grass and managed to remove it. The treatment notes we got afterwards were really comprehensive and when I phoned with a question about insurance the person I spoke to was really helpful. A great service at a stressful time.

We received a fantastic service and support throughout recent emergency treatment of our little dog during the New Year period. We were given detailed descriptions on the treatment options available to help inform our decisions on next steps. Frequent updates were provided on the dogs condition. The Vet and supporting staff were very professional and excellent throughout and the care and attention provided was superb 👏 Thanks everyone and I have no hesitation in recommending Vets Now services.
R. A.
I am grateful that I was able to get antibiotics for my dog. Staff were patient and kind. However not being in a car, I needed to wait outside for over an hour in the cold (and a further hour and a bit inside, as staff kindly let me in) and this exacerbated my own health condition and made me pretty unwell. I absolutely respect the need for covid restrictions but some sort of seating and heating facility for clients without cars is necessary, and communication about waiting time - had I known it would be so long I could have found somewhere warm and dry to wait.
E. O.
Our wee border collie Dash is currently under the care of the oncology team and although we know our time with him is limited, the support and care have been beyond excellent.
Massive thanks to everyone at Vets Now. Every single person we have dealt with-nurses, vets, reception- has been outstanding.
But special thanks go to the oncology team- in particular Pamela and Jenny, who have been above and beyond the call of duty within and outwith hours. As has Donald - his support in decision making, and his skill in the initial surgery gave us hope- and wee Dash with his determination to survive hasn't let him down!
Our last dog Fudge was also cared for and in fact passed there, under the compassion and care of Tobias.
I will be forever grateful to the entire team as well as to our own vets at Low Waters in Hamilton.
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The staff at Vets Now were all extremely professional, patient and compassionate during my cat’s treatment. She received the highest level of care and staff took great care to explain everything to me and to answer my questions. I can’t thank them enough for all that they did.
J. S.
My cat had bladder issues at the weekend so I was advised by Vets Now to bring him in immediately. He was seen quickly and got the treatment he needed. Just waiting to see if insurance covers it (this part is not Vets Now's problem - they did what they needed to do for my cat).
A. S.
All staff were so caring and friendly at such a difficult time for us. Took great care of our little girl and made us feel at ease. We are very grateful that our girl was so well cared for and can’t thank them enough.

We had to take our Bearded Collie in on Sunday evening. She had become very sick very quickly. The vet Natalie called us back shortly after we had left her so that we were able to say goodbye. She was so kind and caring as Holly took her last breaths. Today in the post we received a lovely card with her paw print, a lock of hair and forget me not seeds. We were just overwhelmed by their kindness and professionalism. Thank you.
D. R.
The staff are so friendly and helpful. Sadly our little cat was rushed in and passed on, the vets where so gentle and done the best they could for her and where so lovely helping us arrange what to do next and took their time with us. Can not thank the staff and vets more for everything. ☆☆☆☆☆

Not great having to wait outside in the car for 5 hours on arrival. Our wee dog was taken in but we had to wait outside and had to call after several hours for an update as they weren’t as proactive as they said they would be. Very thorough with our dog but sent away without painkillers or any other meds we were told she’d get. My own vet next day was surprised at that.
I’m still grateful they were able to see her and treat her.

Both our dogs have had extensive treatments with the vets now oncology, emergency and critical care and soft tissue surgery teams. Thanks to the team at vets now we had 10 months of quality happy times after their diagnosis before we had to sadly let them go. The care for our dogs and the support to our family was outstanding and any help in decision making or treatment options were thoroughly explained with our dogs welfare always put first. Pamela (oncology), Ana and Donald (soft tissue) exceeded our expectations and having had experience with other referral centres in Glasgow I would not have anyone else deal with our pets at such difficult times.
Vets are under extreme pressure with vet shortages/high demand with the massive increase in UK pet population just now so please remember to be kind. They genuinely have animal welfare as their top priority.
Thank you again VN Glasgow.
C. B.
Great service the surgeon and staff were all really lovely. The operation procedure was explained clearly via a diagram Davina was clear and professional highlighting any issues she had concerns over.
They kept in contact phoning after the procedure to advise that Archie was doing well, they phoned again the next day to say that he was moving about and when we could pick him up.
We felt very comfortable knowing Archie was in safe hands.
They were all fantastic

Astounding customer service, doctor Jamie helped my kitty feel much better really quickly, made sure I didn’t go over my budget, and all the staff from nurses to reception to the doctor helped me stay calm through the whole ordeal. they were also very understanding about letting me take extra time to sort out the payment. 10/10 recommend in an emergency
A. C.
Had to rush my kitten in as he was shivering and vomiting. I was seen quickly and the staff couldn't have been nicer. The vet brought my kitten back out between tests so that I wouldn't have to be away from him which was really thoughtful. It ended up being quite expensive but that was my own fault for not getting insurance sooner 🤦♀️

From our first phone call right through to the end the vets was keeping us well informed for my pets fast deterioration through the night. Then in the kindest and comforting way they gave us the news we were dreading.
I went to be with my dog in her final journey and they were so kind allowing me to be with her when passed away humanly.
H. R.
Brilliant vets, the staff are so caring. They are completely honest and upfront about any treatment your pet may need & their prices are reasonable. They were absolutely brilliant when my old cat was sick & unfortunately had to be put to sleep. They phoned the next day to check we were OK .
E. A.
I rushed my little cat Margaret to Vets now 2 weeks ago today in a very poorly state needing a blood transfusion.
Unfortunately after tests and transfusions she was diagnosed with Leukaemia Lymphoma, and we had to admit there was no more we could do.
The vet rang to tell me this and obviously there was no alternative but to let her go. I fully understood this and asked if they could call me when she had passed. I waited a while wondering if my little friend was still with us, and felt guilt that I had handed her over in such a rush and now will never see her again. No one phoned so I called back and was told by the receptionist that she had gone.
I accept that the vets did what was best for her, but I would have liked a more personal call to tell me she was gone, I have even received a card from my own vets with a forget me not on the card to say how sorry they are at my loss.
I do feel a bit cheated in a way that it all happened so quick as a month ago she seemed so healthy, and at a cost of £3000 too to Vets now.
It’s just a thought that as well as the animals that you care for, we also need just a little thought for our feelings as we have lost such precious parts of our families xxx

This vet were very responsive when my pup took unwell out of hours. Was able to take him immediately and the vet called me to keep me up to date on a regular basis. Happy to be able to bring my pup home again on the same day with the relevant medication to get him better. Thanks again.

I had contacted Vets Now yesterday regarding my Cat Pops, who was struggling to eat due having an ulcerated mouth.
They were quick to response and their lovely Vet called Nicole called me back and was very kind and empathetic and advised me to bring him over.
We didn't have to wait long until he was seen and the lovely Male Vet who saw him, did a thorough examination and gave him further pain medication.
I can't thank the Vets enough for the love and care they had shown to Pops.
When we got him home he started eating and has been since.
Thank you very much Vets Now. You and your team are great. :)

Expensive for an out of hours visit, but I was informed from the outset of the cost, thus it was my decision to proceed with the consultation.
From my dealings with the veterinary nurses to the vet herself, they were compassionate, professional and considerate to my pets needs. I felt my dog was in caring hands throughout. Vets now really are the Granny and Grandad of veterinary care when you can't get to your own vet. Totally happy to recommend.

Had to take my border terrier Pedro into vets now last weekend after becoming ill. He has very sensitive tummy and had bad reaction to pills he had been prescribed for arthritis.I cannot thank vets now enough for the care he received.

I could not have asked for a better team to look after my cat Lou. From him being dropped off to collection the nurses were amazing. Nora the vet was wonderful and very informative and she explained everything clearly and spent a lot of time speaking to me to make a plan for my boy.
Thank you so much everyone.
Further to this, Louie was back again for surgery and kept in for 2 days. The staff were amazing again. Kept me updated and informed of how he was doing.
THANK YOU AGAIN!

The staff at vets now are fab and so gentle and careful with your fur babies. I’d highly recommend and feel fully comfortable if (and I hope I don’t!) my pet had to go back. The staff are heroes

Lost my 2 year old cat quite suddenly. Vets Now were amazing at explaining my options and were very empathetic. We were reassured she was in good hands which was comforting. Ashes were delivered the next week and we got pawprints and keyrings with her fur in it free of charge.
H. L.
Very supportive on initial phone call regarding my dog they sent instructions on how to get there and when arrive. Did not have to wait long before my dog called and taken into hospital told someone would be in touch soon but very busy. Three hours later after thinking the worst they made contact and due to pain he was in on his leg could not give proper diagnoses and take him to own vet tomorrow. They gave him an injection for pain help.
D. S.
My dog is extremely nervous at the vets. Literally shaking from the minute we pull into the car park, and they are so patient with her.
She had TPLO surgery and her recovery has been brilliant. The scar was very neat, so much so she didn’t need the cone as she never bothered with it. Kept me up to date while she was with them, really friendly staff,
H. M.
The vet who dealt with myself & my wee dog, was absolutely lovely & really put me at ease. It’s always stressful when your animal is unwell & she couldn’t have been nicer, despite the fact it was 3am by the time we left! Lovely lady indeed.
The wait time I thought was crazy (roughly 9pm - 3am in total) I’m glad I had a car to wait in, some people were standing in the freezing cold. I think perhaps if your animal has no hope of even being taken in for at least 2-3hours, you should be made aware of that before being told to come in.
J. C.
I attended Vets Now with my cat as an emergency. The response from point of contact to leaving was exemplary under these covid times. The vet Ashley (I think) showed the care, compassion and empathy towards my Matilda as well as myself. Also a big thank you to all the nursing, admin and animal care team as well as personal thanks to the Vet. As an ex Veterinary nurse I understand the demands of a emergency veterinary hospital. They really do put the animal first despite the busy nature of the service.

Thanks for helping my dog Enzo really good job from Leo.
Thank you very much for making my doggy feel a bit better and thank you very much from Lola.xx

I contacted Vets Now on Saturday night as my dog was in pain due to what we know now was an abscess. I found the service excellent from start to finish. Quick to respond to my initial call, gave detailed instructions about what we had to do and where to go ensuring adherence to COVID safe guidelines, quick response on arrival at the hospital to getting my dog seen, great communication from the reception and vet about what the issue was, how they were going to treat the problem and the follow up required, lots of compassion and care towards my furry friend and finally a smooth payment process. Great service and my little buddy seems to be on the mend. Thank you, can’t ask for anymore than that! 😀

We unfortunately had to take our beautiful dog Lucy to the vet as she was having seizures and struggling to breathe as it was a weekend we went to this out of hours 24hr vet and they couldn't jave been more professional and caring they helped is say goodbye to Lucy as there was nothing that could be done and they also helped us with the aftermath of cremation . I would recommend them to anyone they know what they are doing thank you so much for all the extra touches you did that you didn't have to so much appreciated

The Vet had quick and easy access at short notice and I'm greatful they were able to see my degu while our vet was closed. However, they is a lack if knowledge on exotic animal which isn't ideal, all animals should be able to get a reasonable diagnosis. I also understand there is measures in place due to covid but even after being told my animal would need put to sleep, there wasn't even an option to see goodbye or anything.

Took my rabbit to them and they were very professional and understanding, unfortunately my rabbit had to get put to sleep but they were incredibly caring throughout the process. A few days later I received an envelope with a heart shaped key ring in it with some of her fur in it, and some forget me not plant seeds so that I could have something to remember her by, such an incredibly kind gesture that meant so much, thank you very much all of you for taking care of my bunny ❤️

My 11 week old Vizsla puppy called Diego was brought in after getting into a store cupboard and ate several days worth of dog food (!!). From start to finish the team of vets were unbelievable. Quick to take him in and start treatment whilst keeping in touch with me the full way. I was naturally beside myself however puppy Diego stayed two nights in fantastic care and each member of staff I was in contact with was kind, patient and completely understanding of my concerns whilst putting puppy Diego’s health first. Was told also he was getting cuddles and regular outings for toilet which again was so reassuring/comforting. Thank you to all the staff who helped my pup recover back to full health!

The staff at VetsNow provided amazing life saving supportive treatment to give my puppy Poppy the chance to fight off a very critical case of Acute Hemorrhagic Diarrhoea.
My heartfelt thanks goes to the incredible Vets, Nurses and receptionists that worked round the clock to care for and nurse Poppy back from the brink. Their humanity and kindness made the difficult times more bearable. They communicated excellently, taking the time to give regular updates and talking me through every procedure.
After a long week in ICU Poppy is back home enjoying endless cuddles and lots of food. I will be keeping a very close eye as she still has some way to go.
Thanks,
Olwyn and Poppy

My dog was hit by a car and was helped by the vets at the hospital. 24 hrs later he's home. The service was fantastic. They were in constant contact and kept me well informed.

Thank you for the care and attention you provided for my beautiful dog Molly. You kept us informed and provided us with a very detailed and informative report. Our beautiful girl didn’t make it and is now over the rainbow bridge - her fight would have been too long and painful. We loved her too much to put her through at least 18 months of gruelling treatments. Thank you again! 🐶🌈🐾💔

What a great service. My poor wee cat came home limping and in pain and I assumed the absolute worse. 3am in the morning and I managed to get seen by a vet within half an hour. Eilidh who organised my appointment was calm, professional and polite and clearly deals amazingly with frantic upset owners and it was very reassuring to speak to her. The on call vet gave a thorough consultation and called me after with all my options and his advice which was very much appreciated. He made it a priority to make sure my cat was comfortable and not in pain. Thankfully my cat will make a full recovery but it's great to know that a 24 hour service like this exists within the city centre.
Thank you team.

When I had to rush my wee guinea pig in. Vets now was great. They did everything they could for guinea. But in the end he had to be put to sleep. They letter me see guinea one last time to say goodbye and to get one last cuddle of him. They are really caring. I can't thank them enough for everything they done.
D. M.
Amazing professional and empathetic service. They really done everything they could when our beautiful Labrador went into cardiac arrest after arriving on site. The whole team done everything in their power to save him, however it was an impossible battle and I really know that he was in the best hands possible . The team were amazing and they could not have been more supportive in what was a heartbreaking situation. Thank you for the collective effort. 💖

I took my cat there with respiratory failure - dropped her off at midnight and within 2 hours had been scanned and commenced on oxygen, the next day had an x-ray and heart scan with antibiotics bloods and diuretics trailled and a miraculous recovery. Very grateful for the care
L. F.
The girls I met at vets now we're very professional and compassionate and helped me through the heart breaking decision to let my wonderful girl Saffie go over the rainbow bridge. They allowed me time with Saffie and made our goodbye very calm and peaceful. The aftercare I received was very special. Days after I lost Saffie I received a phone call from the vets to see how myself and family were coping. I also received a paw print in a beautiful card and a keyring with Saffie's hair inside. The work these vets and nurses do is absolutely amazing and I can't thank them all enough for the care they gave Saffie and myself.

We waited for more than 3 hours to see a Vet and decided to leave without a consultation. Also bought the video consult for £24 (great idea) but couldn’t get it to work. No refund yet.
Despite this most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
L. C.
Our dog was severely ill and they immediately put is at ease. They have the animals wellbeing at heart and keep you up to date regularly with wellbeing updates and test results. They may seem expensive but the treatment and care they provide is invaluable. The staff are all amazing and we got back our dog when we had a fear we potentially could lose him.
Thanks vetsnow for giving us back our family member fit and relatively back to normal
L. R.
Vets now is very professional and all the vets i have delt with have been very reassuring and confident.
My only issue i have is that £180 consultation fee is far to much. I do not understand how that amount is justified ontop of any other treatment or medication that needs paid for.
This in my opinion is a cause for some people to let there pets suffer and alot of people can not afford this care.
I seriously think these charges should be looked at and lowerd to a more affordable rate.
I have two dogs and one of my dogs had a life saving operation at vets now and saved my precious dogs life. I can not thank them enough for this. This operation cost me £5000 and once again I do not understand the costing.
But I paid it in order to keep my dog alive.
S. K.
I would give this place 100 stars if I could. They were extremely fast on diagnosing my dog and getting him on the operating table. The vet who treated him absolutely saved his life and not even 72 hours after he first took ill he is back to his happy normal self. I will forever be thankful for Vets Now for keeping our boy with us for longer. Diesel was my Grampas dog who passed away this year and our house took him on, he is so important to us. I honestly cannot thank Vets Now enough and would recommend them to anyone 💜
S. S.
I believe the vets name was John that was looking after our cat Lola on Sunday night, I just want to say thank you for being so amazing caring for her, ruling out potential causes and keeping her comfortable before her transfer in the morning, and for calling me with updates! she is doing well so far on strict cage rest with her fractured pelvis that was discovered the next morning when she had her x-ray! Thankyou 🙏

I have had to visit 2 tines in the last 6 month's, unfortunately both times was to say goodbye to a beloved pet.
Very difficult situation during covid but handled professionally and caring.
The vets, nurses and reception staff were amazing as obviously it was a sad time all round,
The after thought was so heart warming and thoughtful, I really cannot thank the staff for the they took to do what they did ( received card with paw prints and a heart keyring with a little bit of their fur , both occasion ) this really meant so much to myself and my family . So I honestly would recommend this hospital to anyone , amazing staff and thoughtfulness all round.
G. M.
Very professional but loving company who always put your pet first.
We were always kept up to date with numerous phone calls regarding our pets health. Just a caring organisation which you felt your pet was safe in their hands.
A big thank you to all the staff at Vets Now for all their help and support.

My 16 week old kitten managed to eat a large chunk of tin foil through the night. (I'd made burgers and went to bed without doing the dishes so grease a la foil was her midnight snack🙈) The staff at vets now were so lovely. they took her for 2 days, keeping an eye incase she needed surgery. I felt at ease the whole time knowing she was in great hands. Even just now with covid and no visiting, they kept in touch regularly via phone with me. You could tell that even though they were busy, they really did get to know her, as the things they were saying were exactly her personality. No hidden costs either as every call was followed by the current bill estimate by email and text. (thank god for insurance, but shes worth every penny) No more expensive than everywhere else though. i would absolutely use them again in future.

With our very sad, sudden, devastating incident with our precious boy, cocker spaniel Seve, we felt he was in the best of hands and received the best of care. He was in intensive care. The conversations we had with the vets were like those I have had with my patients' relatives, being an icu nurse. The staff were sincere, caring, understanding, empathic, keeping us very well informed. They showed so much respect to us and our beautiful boy. He sadly did not survive. We have been treated with nothing but kindness. The beautiful keepsakes and kind gestures made a very difficult time a little bit easier. Thankyou.

Our dog took I’ll quite suddenly and our own vet was closed. Contacted vets now in Glasgow and was advised to bring our pet in. Due to Covid we had to wait outside and a member of staff came out to collect the dog. However I was quite shocked that the dog run that we handed over in was covered in blood as was the area just outside the run. Obviously there had been an injured pet but surely it should been cleaned. Our dog was given anti sickness & strong pain relief injections , total cost £224 .... not value for money. Sad to say our little dog died next day :((

Vets Now is the emergency contact by our local vet for out of hours. It was reassuring being able to have the video consultation with the Vet on call. My spaniel was very unwell (with a life threatening condition). We were referred to the Vets Now in Glasgow, admission went smoothly and she was on a drip in no time. We were able to call at any time to get an update on her progress. Highly recommended.
C. K.
Vets Now gave my dog the most fantastic care. They were fast acting and kept me updated through each stage of my dogs treatment. Special thanks to Gemma for all her time and expertise. I felt really comfortable leaving Alfie with her. She had a very kind and caring manner, and her passion and professionalism came across throughout my dogs time there. Thank you again.
R. E.
Couldn't have asked for more. I was seen to straight away and they helped my girl really quickly too. Cause of covid I had to get a call regarding her treatment. The vet was super helpful and explained what they did to help her and what to look out for if any other issues happen. If you little treasure is in need I would definitely so take them to vets now in Glasgow. Lovely people and service. On top of that the way they handled my girl was lovely like they loved her as much as I do.
C. M.
I honestly can't thank Vets Now enough. My rat was old and had to be pts after a lot of follow on ailments. It was a late night trip and the girls I dealt with where so helpful and thoughtful. I was worried about going somewhere new especially to get a pet pts it's daunting, but I can't recommend these guys enough. They talked me through everything and gave me the option to be there even with covid guidelines. I got a beautiful card through today with paw prints too. I was initially worried about the cost. The initial consultation was higher due to it being a "walk in" and late at night but the procedure itself wasn't anymore expensive than I paid previously. I would have been happy regardless. So slightly more expensive than a normal vets but they took a lot of time to help and explain the process. Thank you so much
L. P.
Marco the orthopaedic surgeon is marvellous. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else for surgery. He listens, he is empathetic and so knowledgeable. He has a really passion for what he does and was excellent with my dog Ollie. The reception staff go the extra mile and are so caring and nothing is a problem. Any questions you have if they can't answer they will find out. At a difficult time when your dog is in pain the service and professionalism helps a lot. Well done to the full team. LYNNE

Unfortunately we had to take our big boy to Vets Now due to a complication. The reception staff, nurses, and vets were so kind to him and us as we waited to get the results of testing. Sadly, we had to make the decision to put our dog down. The vet we dealt with was amazing and gently let us know we were making the right decision. We were able to spend a short time with him and be by his side throughout the whole process. The staff were so kind to us and even gave my sister a stamp of his paw print and a keyring with a little bit of his fur inside. It made a truly awful experience much more manageable thanks to the wonderful staff and facilities.
N. K.
My cat Lily was in a lot of pain with damage to her pelvis after a car accident. I felt better knowing she was being well looked after while in the care of vets now and I had regular updates on how comfortable she was being kept and the level of care being provided to her. Thank you to the veterinary nurses for taking care of her over the weekend and doing what they could.
J. E.
Couldn’t ask for better care or support; my dog is having chemotherapy here and I’ve been kept so informed and supported, given choices and options with costs up front and clear ahead of time, although it has been expensive. I would wholeheartedly recommend this vet for specialist or emergency care; I can’t comment on regular pet check ups and vaccinations etc.
M. C.
All staff were excellent, friendly and provided an exceptionally professional service
E. D.
Vets now are amazing. They done everything in their power to help our dogs when they have both been on. They always want to find the root cause of an issue to make sure our dogs are unwell again. Trust them 1000%.
P. R.
We had to bring our wee Buster in on his Birthday today. Not feeling well and not walking or eating. Everyone was very professional, and I would personally like to thank Lara the vet for her professionalism and explaining everything to us and coming outside to talk to us and answer any questions we had.
L. S.
I have had to use the Vets Now service three times with two different Labradors. Once without Covid restrictions and twice with. Knowing how kind and attentive they were without restrictions made it a bit easier to leave my dog the second and third time.
I am sure nothing more could have been done for her.
I am especially grateful to all the staff for continuing to work over Covid, for always being willing to update me on the phone so regularly and allowing us to see her and be with her when she died - and for trying so hard to save her. Thank you Leigh and Carolyne Smith
Z. B.
My wee chihuahua, Buttons, had to be admitted to Vets Now due to breathing issues. He was so well looked after by the kind vets at the hospital and we felt comfortable knowing he was in good hands. It was a tough day knowing our baby was in the hospital but the vets kept our minds at rest when we phoned for an update! (Inpatient!!) the vets are wonderful and staff so friendly. Highly recommend this team. Xxx

I have mixed feelings about them.
I am very grateful to the first vet that got to see Connal since he was lovely and caring, diagnosed him correctly and developed and started a plan of treatment involving me and always being kind and honest.
I was less than happy that when I arrived to the hospital they did not pass me onto a clinical member of staff to collect clinical history, leading to us waiting 2 hours for him to be triaged (which I am assuming he expent in a kennel since I know how these things work) because he looked less sick than he actually was -he is a very stressed dog-. They took in people after us that got immediately triaged and discharged because the pet was not actually sick, while we waited. And I had to get angry at them for him to be checked.
Thanks for discharging him with the fluids as I requested with me being a vet, but it would have been amazing you had checked the IV was patent before you gave him back, since the IVTF was not running and when I checked, his whole leg was bloated because the catheter was not in. I dont even know how many fluids he has actually had. So in general disappointed except for the first vet.
B. L.
The Vets and reception staff were great. I was very emotional as my dog was whelping and in distress. They advised me of what was happening and were able to provide an emergency C Section. A few hours later my dog was doing great and all her 6 pups survived and are thriving. The cost was pricey but worth it. Thank you all for taking care of my girl and her babies
l. D.
Took fantastic care of my special friend. Great communication throughout exceptional circumstances (covid 19). Dealt with direct insurance claim which a lot of vets won't do which made the whole process much less stressful. Davina has a great manner with owners and couldn't recommend higher. Thank you vets now
R. M.
Our pet spent two nights in this hospital and we were very happy with the care he received, we were kept up to date regularly with his progress and would like to say a big thank you to all the team involved
k. g.
We found Vets now to be very professional, discreet, respectful and sympathetic at our difficult time.
They took care of our beloved cat Oakley and on collecting her a couple of days later, they had had made us a beautiful keyring with some of her fur in it and a beautiful card with her paw print on it.
This was a lovely gesture and has left us with something of her.
We cannot rate them highly enough for treating us and our beautiful cat with dignity and respect.
Would highly recommend.
L. H.
Was very grateful for the help from the vets and assistants at vets now. They worked exceptionally well under the pressure they were under and made my dog all better and kept me up to date on the phone as I was waiting in the carpark due to covid restrictions

Our dog Jura was transferred from the local vet to
Vets now on a Saturday afternoon. The reason we agreed to Vets now was if required they could call upon the services of an abdominal surgeon over 24hrs .Jura The was assessed immediately . We were contacted and the vet explained options and risks. Jura was operated on at 10.00pm that day and we received a call at 4.30am on the Sunday morning from the surgeon with a comprehensive report on the operation and progress. They could not have done a better job.
A. M.
Yes they seen my dog quickly but the consultation fee is ridiculous. £180 before you get the dog in the door and then the treatments cost are on top of that. then having to stand outside worried sick waiting on a phone call to tell you what’s wrong. Then I still had to take my dog to my own vet next day.
Yes I read your reply but sorry I don’t agree because some vets are opened at the weekend and they don’t charge £180 consultation fee! My vet was opened on a Saturday and Sunday and only charged £31 consultation fee but because of this covid it’s closed. So sorry I don’t agree with your reply and your costing pie chart that you sent the link for! I still think your consultation fee is ridiculous.

Love this vet hospital. Our dog Ace was in a very bad way with a leg injury and they couldn't have been more caring for him and us. They have explained every perfectly each time we have been in with how he is doing and the paperwork/insurance. Leo one of the surgeons is incredible, very good at her job. The reception staff are very helpful. And they have been very reasonable with pricing and kept us up to date with costs. Can't thank them enough for all they are doing for our pup. He even loves coming here.
J. M.
We took our dog to Vets Now Glasgow as an emergency and from start to finish ( he was admitted for 3 days) the staff were very helpful and considerate towards us, explaining all aspects of what was wrong with our dog and potential treatments and costs. Have used this hospital before and would not hesitate to go again.
P. B.
Fantastic service & great professional vets! I wasn't sure what was wrong with our cat so I just turn up at their doorstep after 5 am on Valentine's Day. There was no problem at all with taking our cat in and assessing her condition. Vets Now staff members took care and quickly managed to bring our kitty back to normal :) I highly recommend Vets Now Hospital Glasgow to anyone who have found themselves in some emergency situation with their beloved pets. Thank you again!

5 star service and care. Our French bulldog was in their care for 8 days. The team were fantastic, professional, understanding and provided regular updates on our dogs progress. Can't thank you enough for all of the support and the clear aftercare plan to allow us to nurse him back to full health at home.
D. R.
A first class and hugely caring group of people. At what was a very emotional time for our family, every aspect of their time was focused on looking after our beagle Harley. They ensured i was afforded time with him at the end of his life. Furthermore, on cremation of harley, the way his ashes were returned to us in a well presented, well protected package, pays testament to care extended from start to finish. Thank you to all staff in your business.
i. s.
Everything was fully explained at each stage of the treatment and updates were given on a regular basis. Our Puppy was given every chance to survive that was humanely possible. The staff and Vets were courteous and sympathetic at all times and I felt that they shared our grief at the end. Thank you.
j. r.
The service received has been nothing short of exceptional. Aimee Hope our vet has taken the most wonderful care of our senior Labrador Lyla. The nursing team and the front of house team are amazing too.
S. F.
Had to take my cat here as an emergency. The person on the phone when I first called was great and let the people at the hospital know I was coming. She also texted the location to my phone which was a nice touch.
People at reception were incredibly nice and understanding of my emotions. They helped out with the insurance forms and everything was made out to be no bother at all to them which helped calm me down.
The vet was great. She explained what was wrong, what would need to happen and what would happen afterwards. Everything was laid out in common sense language and I could follow along. We stuck around until my cat was out of surgery and the vet talked us through the process afterwards.
Overall a positive experience in an incredibly stressful and emotional time.
L. J.
After our dog took a seizure, we rushed to Vets Now and the staff were so kind and considerate. We were in a complete panic and the reception staff, nurse and vet herself were really calming and supportive. What was one of the worst nights was made a little easier by the care and compassion shown by the staff and we're truly grateful.
U. W.
I can't thank vets now hospital enough for looking after my cat. The vet Innis (hope her name is spelt right) was so informative and comforting during a very stressful time. I couldn't speak higher of the service delivered and how well looked after my pet was.
M. S.
All of the staff were excellent with my cat who was very sick. Tobias kept me informed with what was happening. We thank you for looking after our cat Millie. I would highly recommend Vets Now Glasgow

My dog had a ccl surgery at vets now in Glasgow. The process itself was good, appointment within 10 days and the staff were good with the dog come examination time. The operation itself has gone fine and the process has been smooth and professional.
My review would have been 5* but I have one observation/point for improvement.
The only point for improvement which is a let down is that after the operation the dog is brought out without any form of walking aid sling to take the weight off the back legs - which is something that needs addressed. Given the £3000+ costs involved in the operation allowing the dog to hop on his good hind leg with no support is a recipe for more problems. An £8 sling will solve the problem which I've had to purchase since.
Fortunately I was able to carry the dog from the hospital so he wasn't hopping but not everyone is able to do that.. Comparably you wouldn't see a person with a knee surgery released with no crutches. Something for future improvement for the good of the patients

My Bobby (a dog) is scared of the vets and I can't even get him to have his injections without causing a fuss, but when I came here the staff were amazing with both of us. It was 12am ish when we arrived and was busy but we were seen quickly (within 10mins of calling to say we were outside) and then suggested to wait till it calmed down as Bobby was excited/scared ect with everyone around. So at about 1.30am we were seen, which I thought was still pretty quick. The vet managed to do a full examination of Bobby with little fuss and even managed to check his heartbeat and took him into the building on his own to have an injection, which has never happened in 6 years. He conducted the examination outside in the pouring rain and cold and was brilliant. I cant fault any of the staff here vets and nurses I would defiantly highly recommend to anyone and use again if Bobby hurts himself or isn't well.
H. H.
The staff were fantastic, caring and very efficient. They reacted very supportively at a difficult time. From reception staff through to nurses and vets everyone was empathetic and professional. Our telephone consultations with the vet were clear and in depth.

When I brought my pup Oliver in aka radiator pup, I was a mess never had anything like this happen to me. the staff at Vets now were amazing talked me through everything quickly made Oliver comfortable he was in for a couple of nights I got lots of updates on how he was. When I came back a couple of days later with Oliver because he was sore they didn't make me feel silly very understanding and sorted Oliver with more pain killers. I would highly recommend Vets now the care I received was second to none. It's nice to have a company that care for you and not just your animal. If you are ever unlucky enough to need emergency vets this is place to go to.
W. L.
Our wee dog woke up suddenly in pain and we took her to Vets Now. From the first phone call to pet care we definitely felt like Lilo was in good hands. The vet nurses took her in and the vets phoned us when she had been seen and answered all our questions and were clear with what we had to do to care for Lilo at home. The entire teams kind and gentle demeanour helped us feel more relaxed and calm. Thank you to the Vets Now team!
J. W.
Our puppy was seen immediately after ingesting sultanas. Clear directions to find practice. Clearly explained treatment options available. Kept us updated on his progress throughout his 2 day stay. Professional friendly staff.
E. W.
I cannot put into words. The genuine compassion. I was shown by this company. They made one of the worst hardest days ever . That bit easier with the compassion. They gave to my dog at the end of her life.
L.
Was referred to Vets Now as an emergency when my vet was closed. The staff were so friendly and helpful. My beloved 16 year old staffie girl sadly had to be put to sleep. The vet was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. They gave me as much time as I needed and the chance for my daughter to come to the hospital too. They were very professional and I can't fault the aftercare service either.
G. M.
Everyone was very helpful and pleasant made the visit easier .
J. &. D.
Although I found them to be responsive, I believe the vet nurse who took my 2 week old puppy to be uncaring and harsh, I understand that because of COVID there are rules, but making me put my 2 week old very poorly tiny puppy down on the wet, hard and cold concrete cruel, my poor wee pup squealed with the cold on her!!
Yet when I went to fetch her the next day it was the actual vet who brought her to me and she handed her to me in my arms and DID’NT put her on the wet cold concrete.
L. W.
All the staff are very friendly and take great care of your pets. Staff treat pets as if they are there own. Communication is excellent. Give regular updates and clear instructions/guidance of the best steps to take for pets treatment/ recovery
G. C.
Generally experience was positive. Easy to find. Reception statt helpful. Vet gave our puppy a thorough checkuo after she had swallowed a large chicken bone. Gave us appropriate information and was reassuring. However, she presented as very tired, and perhaps not as interested as i might have liked. The waiting area had free tea and coffee available.
On the down side, parking was pretty hard even tho we went late in the evening. Waiting times were very long, tho i understand that the vets would prioritise more seriously ill pets. Waiting area needed a few more chairs as seating was pretty tight.
R. M.
I was referred to Vets now recently, for diagnosis and treatment of one of my cats, which turned out to be cancer.
The process was excellent, the two vets I saw (Alastair and Pamela) were very good and knowledgeable, and took great care to provide good treatment. The rest of the staff were also great.
The only thing to be aware of is that the parking that's mentioned in the documentation isn't really enough for the hospital (the first time I went it was double parked all the way and the second time it was full but not double parked). the Charing cross multi-storey is about a 5 minute walk away.
N. A.
I called as my 5 month collie had eaten a balloon.
They advised me to come in straight away.
Waited 10 mins outside due to covid restrictions. Staff were amazing. Called us with updates while I waited in the car
P. K.
So glad they could help us out with our dog, they were very thorough and asked lots of questions plus they kept in regular contact via texts and phonecards on her progress.
Keep up the fantastic work
C. F. P.
Yesterday my new puppy had a seizure and Vets Now saved her life.
I had initially been redirected by my vets to Glasgow Small Animal Hospital. However their number only led to an automated voicemail telling me to phone back and then hung up!
If it wasn't for Vets Now I am certain I would have lost her. They took her the moment I arrived and knew exactly what to do. I collected her this morning and she is full of life and back to being a healthy, happy puppy. Could not recommend them more highly!
J. H.
My wee dog Tilly needed an op and I was referred to vets now, staff friendly and helpful. Everything was explained to me before hand. During Tilly's time in the hospital, she had to stay for 2 nights, I was kept up to date with regular phone calls and called them atleast twice a day, never a bother getting information. After care was great also. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend vets now to any one needing treatment for their pets.
L. M.
The staff are very friendly but I feel like there is a serious lack of communication and trying to get information from them on your pet. My cat would have had his operation a day sooner if they hadn't said they would transport him to his own vets for me. It wasn't until I phoned them as I hadn't heard anything that I was told he needed to be collected. It's over an hour for me to get there. And then another hour and a bit with a cat in pain was not ideal. He's on the mend now which wouldn't have been possible without their help but I feel the animals are being let down with the communication causing unnecessary delay. I understand they are dealing with alot of animals but when you are worried it's better to be kept up to date.
L. B.
I cannot recommend the vets here more highly - we were provided with an excellent service by the out of hours vets at Vets Now. I’ve called in the past for advice and they’ve provided that over the phone, but this time I needed to take my dog in with an eye ulcer. As my own vet was closed (it was on a Sunday) I was so grateful that the vets here were able to treat her quickly. They were also so helpful when it came to filling in and sending the claim form back to my insurance company. A fabulous service!

My wee cat Cheeky was not well, vets now done everything they could, but she was dying. When she passed they cut a lock of her hair and put it in a keyring and took a paw print and put it in a card.
They where really nice.

Didn't wait long at all and had a nice cosy cat area. Staff were friendly and welcoming. They were very sympathetic towards Nala my cat while being examined, nothing was rushed and they showed affection towards her. Treated her more like family than a patient. When I phoned later on after Nala settled, they were more than happy to go and get an update and check on her which completely put my mind at ease. Couldn't fault them, the service was excellent.

The vets and nurses are so kind to the owners and fully understand the stress and distress caused by their pet being ill. 2nd visit to the hospital with my cat O'Malley in the 10 yrs he's been part of our family. Sadly, he's no longer with us as he passed away today, but when he was well, he surely was a happy boy. 💔❤️💔

My small dog 7 months, a cross bred Japanese Chin x King Charles cavalier she swallowed a whole Acorn (operation may be required to remove acorn) and was in severe distress, anyway phoned local vet ‘vets for pets’ Bearsden Glasgow for an urgent visit with her (she is registered there) was given a whole lot of platitudes which basically meant no we are not going to see her. NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE. So phoned Vets Now, north street Glasgow, a few questions asked response bring her in soon as which I did. People on duty from beginning to end could not have been more accommodating nothing was an issue, consents given for any treatments required the pup eventually passed out the seed naturally with the aid of some relaxants and stomach manipulation. She is now back home being a puppy once more none the worse for her mishap. This is the second time my registered vet has let one of my dogs down (different vets) and both on a Friday afternoon/night, both times Vets Now Glasgow have stepped up to the mark and provided a brilliant service. 10 out of 10, got an issue Vets Now are the ones To go too.

Always a friendly face greeting you at the door or in the consultation room.
Been quite a few times just before xmas 2019.
Our wee dog (Ellie) was nearing end of life time and had been bothered by stroke and seizures, among other things. The vets tried absolutely everything they could to maintain a quality of life. Unfortunately Boxing Day 1.15 am we had to put her to sleep. Lhasa apso breed of dog, she managed 13 and 3/4 yrs. Staff were very compassionate and understanding at this difficult time. Can’t rate highly enough, we would like to give thanks to all the staff at Glasgow emergency vet centre.
Kind regards, Amanda, Paul and family.

I took my cat here on Thursday evening. After a supposedly full physical check up and £200 pounds later they told me he was fine. Had to take him to another vet as he was still in pain only to discover he had sprained his back legs. I definitely would not recommend this place at all. Very upset and angry at this service.
D. M.
I come here quite often in the summer as one of my neighbours have a cat is always bringing wild birds home with him.
Staff here have always been very helpful and taken care of anything that I've bought in.
I've never been charged for the use of their services.

I phoned at 1am last night as I was worried my cat may have come into contact with a cleaning product. The person who answered the phone helped bring me out of my panic and I am so grateful for her calming nature. She gave me advice and told me what to look out for. I want to commend this member of staff for dealing with my frantic phone call. She did a great job of reassuring me and thanks to her advice my cat is fine and well.

Our 14 week old pup had a slight injury to his eye (on a Sunday night) which at first thoughts could have been treated by our own vet on the Monday. The vet then contacted us back asking us to bring him in as she was concerned. Pup was ok after some dye in the eye and tlc... Absolute brilliant service.

I have been meaning to write this post for a while. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the quick and efficient team that did everything they could to try and save my cat the night she was brought in. Although there was unfortunately nothing that could be done to save our beloved Baby, we could not praise the staff’s efforts high enough . From phoning reception to arriving at the vets late at night, the staff were incredibly helpful and caring. Thank you for everything.
L. C.
Wonderful, caring staff who kept our wee bichon overnight when she’d gotten at some xylitol gum. Listened attentively to our explanation and worries and gave us information and choices on how to proceed. Were open and willing to adhere to the pups strict dietary requirements.
Gave a good breakdown of the procedures and care she had received as well as a breakdown of the bill and seemed to have given her a lot of love and care while she was with them.
An absolutely great team to rely on when your pet has a late night emergency.
j. s.
I would just like to say vets now are amazing so caring and keep you well informed of the progress of you pet, thank god my wee dog is on the mend,i thank you for your great help day/night,don't hesitate to take your pets to vets now if your pet is ever unwell cheers everyone.

Cleo (cat) was taken in severely dehydrated after being sick for a two/three days. I really didn’t want to leave Cleo behind but she needed overnight IV fluids and an anti sickness injection. Collected her the following morning and could see a huge difference she was so much better! The staff at vets now were incredible so warm and friendly and caring. I couldn’t imagine a better place for my furbaby to get better. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart!
J. T.
They saved my dogs life and I will be forever grateful. The care, patience and understanding shown to both myself and my dog was exceptional. I can't rate them highly enough.

Had to take our beloved Springer Charlie to hospital on Sunday afternoon. I had only a few minutes to be seen by a lovely vet named Natalie. She was most informative and explained in great detail as well as a king me many questions. This pleased me. I knew Charlie would be in skilled hands. Natalie called me few hours later and explained what procedures she was carrying out and blood results. Only a very slight criticism. Following morning with change over of staff when I arrived to pick up Charlie a different vet was not véry forthcoming with information. Cost quite a lot but without this hospital my dog May not have made it through the night. He was diagnosed with severe pancreatitis

Reception staff are all lovely and the medical staff appear genuinely concerned regards the welfare of your pet AND you, a sick pet can be quite emotional time for the owners.
Free parking to rear gets busy however double parking is permitted just let reception aware you have done this so car can be moved if need be.
Coffee vouchers for bar diner next door are issued so you can wait for your pets treatment to be completed. Please make sure your pet insurance is up to date and does not have 'treatment caps'
R. D.
Very kind and sympathetic, carried roxy from the car, asked if we wanted paw prints a cutting of his hair and if we wanted his ashes, we said yes to paw prints, they came back to us with an envelope inside was a lovely card, roxy paw prints a lovely heart shaped key ring with his hair in it ( I’m so glad they didn’t listen to us) it is beautiful, forget me knot seeds, so thoughtful thank you so much

My wee pal, after suffering an illness took a turn for the worse and was very ill early hours of sunday and had to be put to rest. The Vet, Simon, was fantastic! Caring, understanding and sympathetic. Everything was explained. My dog was made very comfortable while I got to say goodbye. THANK YOU Vet Simon and staff at Vets Now Referrals!!! You made a very bad time as comfortable as possible.
E. A.
Excellent service reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Ana Marques who treated our dog Max was wonderful she took her time to explain all aspects of the surgery which was so helpful. Can’t thank everyone enough for the care they gave Max. Thank you.

The staff were great when my dog died suddenly. I was able to go up the next day & spend as long as I needed to say goodbye. It wasn't just a job to them, we were treated with compassion. Thank you.

Had to attend local vets (valley vets Kilmarnock) after my dog started limping. Staff were great. Took him down the following day to learn that he was to be referred to Vets now Glasgow. Cruciate ligament rupture.
Received phone call from them few days later and appointment for 23 December.
Staff were fantastic from the initial call from Michelle, to Marko explaining the procedure. Thanks to all staff involved he's recovering. They even took over the insurance claim which made it easier.
D. M.
Vets now could not have been more helpful and there care was outstanding! Our puppy was seen and treated very quickly . All the staff where friendly and polite and made our little fur babies experience a positive one.
M. S.
The staff at the Charing Cross branch are invaluable, they are so caring and dedicated to helping our much loved pets. They gave my much loved pet a new lease of life, when I thought I might lose her!. I will always be eternally grateful for their dedicated care. She is now back to her old energetic self. A huge thanks to Scott, Pamela, Liz and all other staff involved in my much loved pets care x
S. M.
Great people! My dog broke her lead near the Clydeside Expressway and bolted. Two kind people took the time to catch her (no easy feat) and brought her to the care of Vets Now, they scanned her microchip and promptly gave me a call that thankfully put an end to 4 hours of searching/driving around in circles. Thanks so much to Vets Now and to the two kind passers-by who took the time to catch her and take her in, you gave our nightmare a happy ending.
s. g.
My pet had an urgent blood disorder that required specialist intervention. This was dealt with promptly and treatment started immediately. The Covid issue meant l couldn't visit. I was delighted to get a video of my pet interacting with the staff and a message with an update on my pets progress. Thankyou for saving my best friend. X

As upset as I was the vetinary nurse was professionals personified. The lady vet was lovely and competent in her explanation of my old cat's condition. Between them they gave me all the time I needed for goodbyes. I could not have been treated any more professional or with more kindness. 5 stars for the staff and 5 stars for cleanliness and comfort. I have one eight year old Ragdoll at home. I would not hesitate to bring my little Mac to this vetinary surgery. Sincerely Anne Ernst.
K. M.
Very informative, very kind and professional staff. Can tell they genuinely care, put me at total ease with phone calls. Took great care of my marley and cleaned him up and got him home to me quick as possible.
M. M.
Unfortunately my beautiful cat had to be put to sleep but the compassionate service and thoughtful keepsakes provided by VetsNow during and when picking up my beloved Xena’s ashes made such a difficult time a little bit easier, which my family and I are incredibly grateful for. We will treasure her fur clippings and paw prints forever! I would definitely recommend VetsNow.
C. R.
Fiona the vet was an absolute delight in caring for my dog. Sadly, he had to be put to sleep but the kindness and compassion she showed to not only him, but to us, made the world of difference. It's very appreciated! Thanks for doing your best for him.
R. W.
I can not recommend and thank vets now enough, everything they done for my dog enzo was just above and beyond ! They saved his life and ours !! Everyone involved was just so lovely and helpful through the full process. I really can’t sing their praises enough !!

My beloved dog Jinky was cared for by a lovely Irish gentleman (sorry I forget his name). He was kind, patient and very personable. I'd like to thank him as my little lamb seems better now. 💕👍🐶
K. G.
I really wish I shared the positive experiences of so many of the people who have posted reviews about this place, unfortunately that's not the case. I can't fault the care and expertise of the staff when I had to take my dog, Missy, here after she took ill in the middle of the night. Unfortunately their efforts were in vain and Missy died however, I took some comfort in knowing that she'd received the best possible care. Sadly, their accounts department's communication has been appalling. Losing my wee dog so suddenly has been hard enough, but the farce that has unfolded over the payment for her treatment has turned this experience into a nightmare that continues to drag on and on because of this establishment's very poor communication. I've resorted to writing this review in the hope that someone from Vets Now will contact me as I have lost all faith in getting any helpful response to phonecalls or emails that have been sent regarding my case.
L. O.
Seen promptly, and recieved great care and attention.
W. R.
Our little Pomerian Missy had to have an emergency operation during the lockdown which was very stressful. However we can't thank the staff enough for taking such good care of our little girl. We would especially like to thank Leo for all her hard work and returning our little girl home to us safe and well. All of the Reid family want to thank you for your help during such stressful times and hope you are all safe and well. Missy has made a full recovery many thanks.

Thank you so much for looking after Snowy in his last few hours of his life. I brought him to you late at night as I couldn't watch him struggle to breathe with his heart failure. You immediately took him from me and put him on oxygen, gave him an ultrasound and started a frusemide infusion. You called me after a couple of hours to say that sadly he wasn't responding to treatment so we came back in. The vet explained everything to us and we decided it was best to end his suffering. You gave us time alone with Snowy and showed great empathy towards us. I was so glad you were there in the middle of the night for us. Thank you. We miss him so much but we know you did everything you could for us and he didn't suffer at the end.
A. S.
Took my beloved Cat here early Sunday morning as his hind legs went limp. And unfortunately he had to be put to sleep, the staff where very understanding and great to explain what was wrong most vets would try and force an expensive treatment or solution working on your emotions but not this place, with the professionalism and fairness given was exceptional. Highly recommended
A. R.
Can't praise them enough. The care and attention my wee Harry received was top class. I was kept up-to-date with regular phone calls and I have no doubt they genuinely care for each and every pet that comes through their doors. Thank you for making a scary and worrying time that much easier.
A. M.
Excellent service. A little pricey but you can’t put a price on your dogs health. All staff I communicated with were professional and really helpful.

I attended the hospital with mybwee dog. Got seen very quickly. Vet was fantastic, on first examination she couldn't see any obvious sign of why my pooch was in pain. She took her into the examination room in the back I stayed in reception. OMG!! The yelps my furbaby let go of never heard before. She had found the cause, gave him medication and also some pain relief and he was allowed home with instruction to see own vet next day. Not sure what she done but it done the trick. I even got bonus next day, he was back to his own happy pain free self. I would definitely highly recommend this hospital. I'm a very happy customer and So is my furbaby. Thank you x🐾
I. S.
I had to phone for an appointment as it was a sunday. My own vet was closed. The lady on the phone was so polite and helpful. She sent me a map of how to get to the pdsa premises.
On arriving i was taking quickly and the vet gave my dog a very good examination. Everyone was very helpful and put me and my dog at ease.
I even had to phone them again to deal with a insurance claim. Which was proving difficult. Again staff were really helpful. Especially an employee called Dom. I highly recommend vets now.
A. A.
Excellent service the vet went into detail on what was wrong with my dog, who sadly had to be put to sleep. There was no rush to put us out her compassion for us was heart felt, will never forget her brilliant bedside manner. Thank you so much!
L. L.
We've been here for two of our cats and both times the care has been second to none.
Of course it's expensive, especially at 2am, but you can't put a price on your pets life. They'll direct claim from your insurer to save you the hassle of doing so when an insurer will be asking lots of questions relating to illness, cause and treatment that I have no clue about.
The veterinary surgeon caring for your pet keeps you up to date with their progress and answer all your questions in layman's terms leaving out all the complicated medical jargon so that you understand what's going on with your furbaby.

Great service from these guys when my dog passed away. However I choose to have her individually cremated and her ashes returned. Went to collect them and they had given me another pets ashes, thankfully they still had hers there and it was corrected. I know they can be very busy but please check before u give someone the wrong pet as this time is very hard for any pet lover
S. M.
I was amazed at how great they wer with treating my dog. Absolutely fantastic work done.. So thanks fir the vets at pdsa Glasgow
C. M.
My almost 12 year old Labrador ruptured her cruciate ligament early April. Due to Covid 19 she wasn't scheduled for a repair till this week . I found the service to be first rate and extremely efficient and friendly. Holly is now recovering at home and foing well.
K. A.
We can't thank the staff at Vets Now enough for a fantastic experience for Rosy. She has anxiety and so did I when I realised she would be spending the night in hospital to treat a wound but I need not worried because Rosy is on the mend and the staff kept me informed throughout the process. 5 star plus thanks everyone.
O. A.
Last Friday my rabbit Molly are around 10-15 leaves of focus tree and a part of a branch. I googled that most house plants are poisonous for rabbits and called the vets now to ask. They promised to call in 30 min and never did, I called again and was told to wait for another 20 min for them to come back to me which they never did and I came by taxi, spent 15 pounds, waited for an hour to be seen, all anxious that my rabbit is during. The vet looked disoriented and started googling just infront of me about this plant than left for a while and said that they have information on fig trees only and the rabbit suppose to be fine and be taken home to be monitored. That's it and for this I was charged 150 pounds!!!! Next time I will think twice about visiting this hospital! Poor organisation for such money.
C. M.
My wee Stormii was very unwell and as a 8 week old pup i was so scared there was a bigger issue but vets now gave me peace of mind they took her in straight away and got to the bottom of her sickness quickly thankyou❤️.

My fur baby recently had a ruptured pyometra which is classes as life threatening after being operated on in the pdsa tollcross she spent a night in vets now care . . I cant fault the staff on their care she was well looked after. However i would say the woman i spoke to on the phone was rather rude when i explained i had 4 children to take to school and wouldnt make it in as early as 8.30am baring in mind i live 35 minutes away other than that service was amazing.
D. M.
They were professional, however when collecting my pet I would have liked the handover from a vet to allow me to ask any question I had, also any medication that had to be administered until I got to see my own vet, this resulted in my dog missing out on one days medication, which could have had consequences.
K. O.
My dog was seen to very quickly after arriving with a broken nail. He is normally a very nervous dog but the vet was so great with him and he seemed to feel at ease very quickly with her.
K. K.
Just took my wee dog in today for an overnight stay! Catherine the receptionist was a joy as was Joep, an absolute pleasure and made to feel better in a challenging time, update!! Neus has been and continues to be amazing!!!! That good that my dog Presley MITCHELL wants to stay with her sometimes!!! Excellent!
C. B.
The care we got for our cockapoo when she was accidentally overdosed on medication following an attack by another dog was amazing, swift action seen right away and they kept us informed and we were home quickly with Bella. She is recovering very well thanks to the Glasgow team.
M. M.
The response to my emergency was excellent. I was kept advised about every stage of my pet's treatment and no decision was taken without reference to me.
D. H.
From welcoming receptionists to communication with Alison Robertson, the Vet, the whole experience was excellent. Diagnosis of the issue was quick, communicated to us timeously, and treatment commenced immediately. The whole experience was first class.
S. H.
Everyone was really friendly and helpful and gave the best care for my cat. The vet explained everything to me so I could understand what he was dealing. I hope I won’t be back again but I know where I’ll be going if I do need an out of hours vet!
J. C.
I feel you all did your best for scamp. I am still so upset losing him. The only thing I wasn't to keen about was going from pdsa to vets now back and forward. I would have liked him to have been kept in at vets now the whole time . Also I know this is nothing to do with vets now but I took him to pdsa on the 6th February as I was worried about the swelling in his stomach and they said it was just fat. Maybe if this was investigated he could have been put on medication sooner. We will never know The staff at vets now were very good and thank you again.
J. H.
My wee dog was transferred to Vets Now as an emergency as he was going into heart failure he is 14 years of age and without their professional care during an overnight stay I doubt he would have survived They kept me well informed and called me when they said they would .He is now at home and on heart meds and I deeply grateful to Vets Now and would highly recommend them for outstanding care .
K. M.
Thank you so much for the support you given myself while my little guy Columbo was laid to rest❤️Lovely touch of his paw print being posted out to me lovely
The vet was professional and you could tell he had a real passion for pets and he did care for them
Thanks
O. F.
Staff are amazingly helpful, they have the best manners and way of approaching delicate situations. Very glad that this was the vet I called and ended up at for my cat. 10/10.
M. M.
Our wee dog had an operation and the care and support we received was excellent. Every step of the procedure was explained to us and could not have asked for a better surgeon dealing with our precious dog.
Thank all the staff for all their care. Well done 🌟

My 9 year old poodle just has had cruciate ligament surgery. Great support, explanation by Marko. Also, dealt smoothly with my pet insurance. Can highly recommend.
G. E.
I could not thank the vets enough for everything they done for my wee cat. They updated me on his progress and the aftercare and follow ups. I would highly recommend this veterinarian practice.
W. S.
Took fantastic care of my dog, very helpful, kind and spoke me through what was going to happen to my dog and the care they give to the animals in there is amazing.
E. P.
My service was outstanding. Despite the bad news they were caring and helped us out as much as possible. Great service and amazing caring people.

The staff at Vets Now Hospital Glasgow were wonderful during my difficult visit. Although I was not able to be present during the consultation, they kept me up to date over the phone which I was grateful for.
S. C.
Really caring service from all staff. We were kept informed of all the treatments needed to return our pet to full health.
A. D.
Cannot fault this vet hospital at all. I got great service and my pet recieved great care. I can't thank the staff enough. They do an amazing job. I just wish i could have left a donation but i will do at PDSA.
Thanks so much for everything.

My 9yr old Yorkshire terrier was very ill on Friday morning 1st August and we rushed him to vets Now as his breathing was not good,he actually had a heart attack right outside as we arrived, nurse scooped him up and ran off with him,we were told that he was dead and they were trying to resuscitate him,vet came and told us that he had flatlined for 10 minutes and he had a heart beat and it was touch and go not to get our hopes up,they put him on oxygen and updated us every hour,I got him home at6.30pm that evening preparing myself for his passing, but a miracle happened and after a good nights rest he woke up Saturday morning behaving so normal eating, drinking, and asking to go out to toilet, today is Monday 3rd August and he is still doing good. just taking each day at a time,so a very big thank you to all the team at Vets Now for saving my wee Barney boy.XXXXX Mrs Anne Mcadam
C. M.
Fantastic treatment of my big greyhound Trevor. Lovely caring staff! All staff went above and beyond to give him a comfortable stay despite the current circumstances. Thankyou. Xx
S. C.
I took my wee dog who had an infection on her paw just at the outside claw/toe , the vet who treated her had to slightly lance the wound and I left with meds for my dog and a much happier wee dog . Excellent work Briony .👍🤗
J. L.
Couldn’t fault them for their care for my wee dog poppy even though we eventually lost her they done everything they could for her and to make her comfortable .
C. S.
Although responsive and professional theres without doubt a definite need for a Vet who will take on a pay plan option, as although they have "A DUTY OF CARE " the prices are ridiculous, also the follow up medication given are house hold medications human use every day why doesn't the practise ask do you have for example paracetamol or omeprazole in the house ! Simple things like that x Definitely scoop in the market for some kind of practice that can let you pay up ur bill . My worry is not everyone has £300 in the moment for an emergency vet before they will even see you , which without doubt could have a knock on effect as to weather your dog lives or dies.
K. N.
Took my little mini yorkie there in an emergency at 3-30am, after we gave full history from 6 mths to 9yrs old with in 5 mins she was diagnosed and full explanation given of what was wrong with her and treatment. The staff were very kind and explained what was the outlook. Wish Had we taken her there in first place.they knew exactly what was wrong, she might have came home. Her health had gone down hill too much to come back from the problem. She had been miss diagnosed at another vets, with 2 different things in 3days. Sadly she was put to sleep. 5 may 2016.
a. g.
Had to rush my wee cat into the vets,Vets kept me up to date as due to covid I wasn't allowed in but I knew he was in good hands, unfortunately my wee simba didn't make it,today I got recorded delivery and inside was his collar,a piece of his fur and paw print, also forget me not seeds,I was so blown away with this kind gesture
A.
Thank you for the sincere consideration shown to myself and children at such a traumatic time. Most of all I cannot thank you enough for the care and attention given to our dog Rielly who couldnt have been in better hands in the last hours of his life. Thank you ever so much for making sure he wasnt suffering in pain, that is a big comfort to myself and children.
A. K.
Could possibly have to wait in carpark behind vets for hours with no one allowed in, very busy at weekend at night, not their fault, it's due to covid, so better if you have a car as no seating only plant pots and wee shelters are provided that are similar to bus shelters to stand under, although they could be full.
K. S.
Took my dog down because she had a fall and didn’t have to wait long. I was extremely happy with the care my dog got. She is still suffering from her fall but hopefully my dog will get back to normal soon.
n. b.
Have just received a call to advise us that our pet Sophie is being returned to us from the crematorium, the representative of vets now was Laura who has taken care of every detail and. to her we are very grateful.
K. J.
I can't really share anything as I wasn't allowed in due to COVID19. However, my cat is better than she was when I visited. I would question why I haven't received my invoice by email though...
M. H.
To all the staff I would like to say a GREAT BIG THANK YOU for all you have done for my sister's Ragdoll cat Melody, she is such a beautiful little girl and has had two big operations on her ears ,as my sister has no way to leave a review I am doing it on her behalf ,so from Mrs Gillies thanks for looking after her little girl. Thanks to Dr Liz Welsh and Leonora .

Unfortunately I had to take ollie (My Bichon frise dog) here as he took a unwell. The staff were really lovely & helpful during the telephone conversation and inside. Even tho I couldn't get into the building due to Covid 19 Pandemic.
I would definitely recommend them for emergency vet treatment for ppl's pets

The staff especially the young vet were fabulous. My pet passed away but the staff were.caring and professional they also had empathy for me and I would recommend them to anyone.
K. B.
Brilliant vet. My dog took suddenly ill at 9pm one evening and this place checked her over for me and reassured me. All staff were lovely.Very happy with the service.
M. S.
The staff at Vets Now were fantastic at such a sad time for me. My wee dog had to be put to sleep and the vet was professional and caring at such short notice.
L. G.
I had to take my pet cat here for an overnight stay when he wasn't well. It's extremely expensive but luckily my insurance covered most of it. The staff were helpful, compassionate and knowledgeable.
T. W.
Youse looked after my bonny who died off heat exhaustion I just wish I made the decision to come be with her she was a wee fat American bully so nice nature so gentle but loved to run chase the kids on there bike was just not thinking bout the sunshine that day I'll regret forever xo I'm so sorry bonny xo

Great team at Glasgow kept me informed when madam lexi ate shrubbery that she shouldnt have! Overnight stay for fluids, bloods and charcoal and home following day no worse for wear! Everything was explained in full to me prior to treatment. The girls on the front desk were fab at helping with my insurance claim as well. A relatively stressful night made better by a fan team. Lexi is still singing thank yous for everyone that listens!!!
m. i.
I nearly lost my puppy. Her sister my partner and i are so happy that she lived. I cannot say thank you enough for everything that you did for her. P.S. they are also good at looking after 60 year old men who are crying their eyes out!

This place is amazing.
Very clean and tidy.
Staff were very helpful and sympathetic.
After our dog was seen to we asked if we could make a donation but the wouldn't take it however did say we could make one in another place not sure think it was PDSA she was talking about but my partner dealt with that. I am very greatful for this place being here and at all hours.
Thanks for your great service and great staff.
A. B.
Hard to get in building 2 am and unfortunately comforted a person because couldn’t afford pet care :( a cap on treatment for low income should be something to consider.

The people working in this place are so kind and helpful. My poor wee cat was so poorly. Ended up having to put her to sleep. But with this place and tollcross vets. They couldn't have been more helpful. Please give donations to these places. They so deserve it.

This place was so helpful don’t know what I would have done without them the lady at the front desk on Sunday afternoon who was on her own was a pleasure to be around she made me feel calm and at ease while my little man was being treated even on the phone she was so polite and so so kind I can’t begin to thank her enough, the lady made me feel so at ease and that it wasn’t my fault she was overall a pleasure to be around and workplaces need more staff like that lady, the vet that I seen was lovely too she helped straight away and explained everything to me couldn’t have been more helpful I just want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart that my Lille man is all healthy and happy now and I won’t be leaving anything around he can eat haha but I would recommend this place to anyone

I cant thank Vetsnow in Glasgow enough for the care and professionalism of all the staff, from the minute my fur baby arrived until he left the following day they kept me updated on his care and treatment in a worrying time for us, the service they provide is out of this world, you can tell straight away they are there for the love of animals not like some vets who are there for how much money they can get off you, highly recommend.
B. L.

I now know that in a pet emergency not only will my pet have the best care I will have peace of mind of that care . 10/10

Gunner is a 3 year old german shepherd who could barely walk. We were referred for CT scans which showed he had bi lateral elbow dysplasia he was operated on in Dec by AIDEN and now gunner is walking about fine and he went for his first swim in the loch since last year
Cannot THANK Aiden enough for giving my boy a new lease of life The reception staff are friendly and welcoming and I would like to thank one especially as she made a fuss of gunner although I can't remember her name she has long blonde hair and she will know who she is gunner is a bit of a wimp 😂😂

Vets hospital is a very important place for our beloved animals, I have had many pleasant experiences there with my animals, a few weeks ago our kitten was seriously ILL and we were made to wait an hour even though he was deteriorating rapidly!!, that hour could have possibly made a difference, the vet wasnt very informative and felt she was ushering us out and not bothered by the minor details that could help with diagnosis and treatment, I had never felt like that before at any time with my pets, however on this occasion I was upset and disappointed, and left feeling the worst,it was at that point we knew he wasnt coming home ever again, he lost his fight in the early hours of the morning,we miss him terribly and still look for him every day, the work vets now do is beyond meaningful and they deserve extreme praise and positive attention at the job they complete each and every day!!, I understand it is stressful and time consuming and believe me I am not degrading them in any shape or form, but would like our vet to be abit more sympathetic and understanding and willing to answer our questions instead of being made to feel like a nuisance!!, other than that keep up the great work that you do,bless you and all the pets you care for !!!
