I understand and fully support local business that is why I continue to be a customer of your practice. But in these present difficult economic times I feel the total bill was excessive. My father was a breeder of working dogs and would have removed these troublesome claws himself thereby I think £371 excessive. But I could not perform such a task and pass that responsibility on. Please take this feedback on in the spirit in which it is meant.

The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant from my 1st call till we were seen by tge vet. When we arrived we where taken straight away no waiting about. The vet was very pleasant and explained everything and more. I would definitely recommend Vets4pets in Bearsden

Usually courteous. They read on the notes that my cat was stressed last time and so they already had a plan of action when we entered. This put me at ease and I assume my cat as well as she wasn’t stressed this time. It’s sometimes a wait when getting routine appointments but always accommodating when it’s something serious or worrying.

Great place, vets & staff are wonderful. Separate areas for dogs🐕, cats🐈 &🐇 small🐀🐁 pets making them feel safer, secure & not too agitated. My nervous cat only went to the nurse for this visit, she spoke to him while he was in carry box, let him out to wander & sniff around before she lifted him onto table to start checking him over. This put the cat at complete ease, making it a lovely visit for all of us!

Attended practice with my pet,Happy enough with diagnosis and treatment plan, however shocked at price of treatment, antibiotics and shampoo 4times more expensive than could have been purchased from reputable on line supplier, when queried price was told their overheads were a lot more than on line companies, which I appreciate and would expect a certain mark up but not almost 4 times as much, had I known price would have requested and paid for a prescription only and filled it online.

Have been visiting the clinic for a over 6 years now with my 2 dogs and 2 cats also 2 rabbits . The staff always show genuine concern for my pets well being my dogs have had some major operations at the clinic over the years and they have always been taken care of . Great staff very clean clinic and very competitively priced would not go any where else.

After taken our puppy to another vet closer to home in the west end and experiencing what seemed like a business not interested in much about the pet but focused more on how much you could give to fund someone else's bank account. The practice here in Bearsden is unfortunately listed in the vets4pets circle but we tried this one out (pet No,2) after a recommendation and surprisingly found the service far better and more about our pet than sales. Staff are organised and relaxed. This is noticed soon as you walk through the door. The reception staff welcome you with a smile including the times they are on the phone rather than ignoring you by looking down or staring at a screen in front of them. Vet's are confident and again friendly toward both pet and owner. When they talk you experiance a vet and their qualification in their job rather than a vet who could still be at uni and trying to sell you products from the reception area outside the room. Experience here is what I expected a vet to give to my pet. Expense isn't high. Pup and kitten packages are fair, additional treatments after this are reasonable. Pets choice........ we now have both pets going here. Our pup runs upto the door and the kitten purrrrrrs happily in the waiting area. *Recommended VET's not the Vets4pets franchise*

They were great cos we is on a low budget ,,but we don't want the cat to get pregnant after speaking with several other vet's bearsden booked us in within the month she already loves her new cat carrier..we will add some photos her name is Sox and she's roughly close to being a year old we reckon,we know the vet will keep us up to odate and get chipped we both are overwhelmed at times but we are engaged n we pray Sox has many a happy year can't wait to see her out she is fussy with her food only Felix good as it gets shreddef we tryd many ended up fox fed better we're looking forward to the years ahead...

Reception staff were friendly. This was our first visit with Wallace and Joan, the vet, had obviously read his notes thoroughly. She took her time and explained everything well. She also phoned after the appointment and sent everything we discussed via email.
