The reception staff and the nurse who attended to me and my cat were brilliant. They were attentive and kind despite being quite busy. The nurse was wonderful in the way she handled my cat and I could see that my Bug was very comfortable with her. The service I received was absolutely excellent.

Our Hulk the Alexandrine parrot had a fall from his perch as we were playing and seemed to have hurt his leg.. we contacted VetsNow a&e in Glasgow and were disgusted with the hunger for money lack of advice wouldnt even offer general first aid or observations just straight up it will cost £200 to see him.. genuinely scared to take him to them, spoke to Vets4Pets Sunday morning they dont particularly specialise in Avian however Ella wanted to see him.. in 15mins from my call.. Totally put at ease checked over Hulk and reminded me that there are still vets out there that put the welfare before the money.. the level of care shown both by Ella the vet and the young receptionist my apologies I didnt catch her name but both could not have been any greater with us, between calling and the receptionist going and speaking to the vet while we were on the phone to get advice first.. I cant thank you both enough, some painkillers prescribed as possible sprain and even recommended another vet who specialises in avian to ensure I get the best care.. 5* already looking to switch our Dog and Rabbit as today was Animal care at its best 👍

My Baby Shadow (cat) was feeling poorly so as a mum I was anxious. As always got first class treatment at the vets. The lady at the reception as always so cheerful and caring. Gemma attended to Shadow and was absolutely amazing, the kindness, care and warmth towards Shadow was felt immensely. Also Shadow is feeling much better now. Gemma is a brilliant Asset to the team. Keep up the good work and Thank you 😊

I got an appointment that suited me but was still really quick, as AJ had had an accident, the reception person was friendly and engaged with me and AJ, the vet was brilliant she got down to ajs level, spoke clearly and in a way I could understand and really put me at ease at a time I was really worried! Amazing service!

Vet was professional & caring towards my pet rabbit, showed me how to apply eye ointment to her infected eye, was satisfied with treatment & staff were lovely, reception staff were professional too & explained the pet plan to me, so much so I have decided to register my chihuahua with practice and has his first health check on Sunday so he can go on the pet plan as good value for money all in all I am highly satisfied with the whole visit

Having used Vets4Pets Cumbernauld since it opened, we have always received good care and service. This was really tested in late 2021 when our cat needed an operation, we were kept informed throughout including a call during surgery as his issue was worse than expected. The vet discussed the options and implications and sadly the best thing for him was to be PTS. The vet was very professional and did not pressure our decision and only offered an opinion when asked. Yes this was expensive, especially as we lost him anyway, but I do not believe it would have been cheaper anywhere else. We opted to have Eddie cremated and I was not happy with the reviews of the company that Vet4Pets use and opted to use another company in Falkirk. Eddie was returned to us without issue and as expected had been cold stored. The biggest takeaway from this was, we were never meant to see him again, but care had been taken to curl him up in a typical sleeping position. If they take this much care of a deceased pet, that was intended to be a batch to be collected by a company, then I am sure they do their best with all pets.

Got an appt on same day that I called, which was great. We were seen promptly & the vet who administered the treatment was great. Explained everything & put us at ease. We saw a marked improvement in our cat within an hour of his treatment. Only criticism is it seemed very expensive. However, never having had to obtain vet treatment before it may be that what I was charged is standard across all practices. However, at the end of the day thanks to a same day appt & the right treatment, our cat's condition didn't deteriorate & we now have a happy healthy pet again. What more can you ask for. Having been with my previous vet for almost fifteen years I realised they were just trying to get as much money out me as possible and not interested in the health of my dog, I changed to vets for pets as I seen you had good reviews on google, having had three visits now I am happy with the service and there has been no attempt to up sell which is good business sense in my opinion. I have been recommending friends and family to take their pets to you as I think it’s disgusting what some other practitioners are doing

A fabulous vets. Highly trained staff. Always welcoming to owners and pets. Never had to wait very long. Very clean. I have my pets registered here. When it's time to administer meds I receive a text reminder each month for each pet. Highly recommended. They offer monthly care plans to pay so you can pay each month for their care.

Brian and Claire the vets are very friendly and more than happy to answer my questions as I like to ask many. Vet nurses and reception staff always greet mey warmly. They know my dog well and always express their pleasure in seeing us both. Jessy, my springer spaniel got spayed two weeks ago and is doing extremely well. I’ve had no concerns whatsoever and have not had to take her back post op. All in all they are a great team.

Brian the vet did surgery on my dog Nyla. He went above and beyond with the insurance. The vets and staff are fantastic and helpful with follow up and questions. Highley recommend them. Definitely 5 star service. 10/06/2020 My dog Nyla did not feel well. Dr Claire seen her. She is a lovely warm and friendly person. She took her time to answer any questions I had. She explained the treatment and made my feel at ease. Once again I highly recommend Dr Claire or Dr Brian. 5 star service
