I always receive good service from booking the appointment until completion of the appointment. Reception staff are always very friendly and courteous. The vet is very caring and respectful with my cats. A couple of years ago I had to say goodbye to my beloved Lucy and the staff were amazing and gave me a condolence card with her paw prints on it that was such a lovely thought in my distress. I was given time to be with Lucy and to cuddle her while she was being transported to the Rainbow Bridge. What can I say but staff at Drumchapel are amazing.

From start to finish the service was great. This is the first time that I have registered with a vet as I am a new pet owner. I called up in advance for some advice on when would be best to come in as I had recently adopted a cat. Yvonne (I think?) in reception was super helpful and really put my mind at ease about coming in to the practice. Once I was there all of the staff members that I spoke to were extremely helpful and were so good with my cat, Layla. I was very pleasantly surprised with how well she handled the visit and I believe that this was all down to how good the vet was with her. Thanks so much!

Nice calm environment, pleasant staff who apologised twice for a v small delay, not crowded, felt covid safe. Once inside, vet was so nice and explained everything well including about one payment across two sets of vaccinations.

Staff are very friendly. Surgical procedure was very neat and dog recovered well. I was kept informed of his progress and received a follow up call the next day. Oliver my dog is always very happy to attend the vet despite the fact that vaccinations / surgery /anal gland emptying are unpleasant procedures. He gets and gives a big welcome on each visit .

I was so glad in being able to get an appointment for my cat due to Covid and the receptionist that arranged my appointment was very helpful and understanding. My cat is very overweight, which is all my fault, but the vet explained the new food and the required quantity of the food that I have to give my cat very thoroughly and I have to bring my cat back to Vets4Pets to check his weight again. I can't thank Vets4Pets enough for their professionalism and for taking the time to see my cat.

My pets have been seeing the same vet for 10 yrs, I struggled to even reach them on the phone during this current pandemic. I called Vets4pets and got through straight away and spoke to a very helpful person who gave me an appointment for the same evening after I explained the situation with my dog. My dog has always been very nervous and scared when visiting the vet but when I came for my appointment with vets4pets she was so at ease the whole time, even when being examined by the vet. I didnt feel like I was being talked into buying anything or pushed into medications for my dog, everything was explained clearly and it was very obvious that the best interest of my dog was what was important. I will absolutely now be changing from my regular vet to vets4pets, im so happy with the service and happy that my dog is being cared for in the best way for her. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for working through these challenging times to look after our best friends.

The reception team are so friendly and go out their way to help, the nuses cant do enough to help, and well the vets are fabulous very gentle and kind with your pet. We would never go anywhere else. My greyhound required urgent surgery after a freak accident. Despite it being a busy Bank Holiday Monday, staff worked on late to ensure the procedure was completed. I was satified that my dog was able to see my dog,however my dog had the exact same infection as a previous visit a few months ago he had the same 2 injections as before on the last visit i was also prescribed medication & 3 can of Royal Canine at his last visit for my dog due 2 him not eating & to help his digestive system for some reason with the medication & dog food not being required this time my vets bill has increased by a sizeable amount from my last visit without any explanation or breakdown of my costs.
