I have been here on multiple occasions with my girls. Particularly the one below. She has been spayed here, chipped and fixed up when she's been feeling sore or sick. The vet care is undeniable. Such care and attention, happy to take as much information and give back as much as they can to get the full picture for each pet. Always super helpful receptionist staff (who even check in after a visit!) Very reasonable prices. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you for helping my girls. X

Very helpful vets. My regular vets had no on call vet and I needed advice for my pet. Called this branch, receptionist was very helpful. Explained they had no slots for the day but got a vet to quickly help over the phone. Would highly recommend this branch, they clearly put animal health first

Brilliant and friendly day staff. Front desk girls are great and welcoming. Genuinely like pets. The vets have always been great with my staffy and explain treatment, side affects and condition of pets clearly. Highly recommend them to take care of your beloved pets

I continue to be impressed by the service at Vets 4 pets. The care and compassion shown to our pets in second to none. Every member of staff from the receptionists to the vets are always so kind to our nervous little dog and cats. Pricing is also much more reasonable than I have experienced from other vets. Keep up the good work!

Got my puppy netured was great with him 2/3 days bouncing about as normal great vet and very helpfull friendly staff glad i took my 2 dogs here just to get my girly netured now would recomend 100%

Always very helpful. Thorough checkup of our dog after she sustained an injury. Delivered clear care instructions and medication to aid her recovery. Squeezed the appointment in for us which was appreciated. Staff obviously love animals. Situated within pets-at-home store so dog gets some new treats after a visit to the vet. 😁

I have a 10 year old Romanian rescue. She has been with me for almost a month, I registered her with the practice and after a full health check she was given a clean bill of health. I made an appointment with the Vet yesterday as I was a little concerned about my dog. She was seen by SAM who thankfully reassured me that all was well. Just a little separation anxiety, to be expected in any rescued animal. Sam came to meet me, listened to my concerns and was absolutely wonderful 👍⭐ Far too many people are very quick to complain..sadly not enough show their gratitude. Thank you SAM and the entire team for your professional yet personal support and care ⭐🐾🐾

I brought my kitten, Kasha, in last week as she was quite unwell. We were given an appointment for the same day and was diagnosed there and then and given all the proper aftercare! The receptionists and the vets we have seen have all been amazing with her. I'm super happy I chose vets 4 pets for Kasha.

Based on our hamster Baby Girl's experience, the staff have been excellent. Also it is extremely handy regarding parking. Unfortunately our much loved hamster passed away last Friday. I had phoned in the afternoon and spoke to Gayle. She was so lovely and understanding, despite me crying down the phone. In the end our much loved girl, fell asleep in my arms. Today we received a lovely card from Vets4pets. Inside was a copy of Rainbow Bridge and a packet of Forget-me-not seeds. Just when I thought we had cried all our tears 😢 😭. Thanks so much for the care and understanding, you have all shown, especially Gayle. It has been much appreciated xx

Really friendly and helpful staff, from the receptionist to the vets. Looked after my Guinea pig really well and managed to save her eye when she got some hay stuck in it. Very thorough examination and follow up appointments, Hazel's eye is as good as new!

I visited the vet in the store I was not registered but they allowed me to see them and I must say they were great warm and friendly and helpful but unfortunately my wee dog was to old and was humanly put to sleep

Understandably, vets can always be quite expensive, but they are willing to see your pets on an emergency basis (so long as they aren't already attending to other appointments). Friendly staff at reception and the vets themselves are very friendly and helpful. More suited to cats and dogs, but training to help with exotic animals which is ideal as they are becoming more popular.

Fantastic service and Kali was so at ease with the super vet who took time to find out all information as it was our first visit. No crazy prices either which other vets are guilty off charging for similar visit. Thank You Kali 🐾🐾

I would like to say a massive thank you to all the wonderful staff at Vets4pets. They managed to get our dog Wallace in for an emergency appointment, and spotted a potentially life threatening condition. He's had surgery, and is hopefully over the worst. But without them i don't think he'd be here. We can't thank you enough.❤🐶❤
