The team at the vets were so helpful and friendly and I’m so grateful for them looking after my unwell cat. As soon as I phoned with concern they made an appointment available to him straight away. The same happened the next day where he took a turn and I had to bring him back in. He stayed in all day on a drip & came back out a new cat thankfully. The vet we had was so sweet and caring for our boy Thor. The receptionists were also very helpful and welcoming so I can’t fault the team, they were great.

We phoned up on the Saturday morning and booked an appointment Saturday afternoon. We were worried about our dog's injury, the vet calmly re-assured us of how he planned to carry out the procedure. Then with the help of the nurse completed the task. The vet took the time trim my dogs nails, then explained the things we had to do for aftercare. I own various businesses and understand the added value this personal service creates for customers. I would recommend Vets4pets to anyone who will listen.

When my 7 year-old cat fell poorly and became lethargic with rapid breathing, I took her to this Vets4Pets (the one I am registered at for all 3 of my cats) and I had the joy of receiving the most amazing treatment from the vet Maria. Her care, professionalism and the time that she took to ensure that not only my cat but I was reassured and looked after was outstanding. After a full chest x-ray and her recommendation to send the scans to a specialist for a full second opinion, I felt so confident in her treatment recommendation and within a couple of days, our little cat is now back to her loving, happy and contented self. Thank you Maria and Vets4Pets for making this stressful and worrying time as comfortable for us all as possible!

We have been very pleased with Vets4pets in Glasgow Forge. Our dog had his booster vaccinations there today. It’s the second time we visited the branch and Struan, the head vet, is very helpful, thorough and friendly. He also helped us last summer getting an animal health certificate for travel in Europe which is a time consuming process and not all vets are able or willing to do it. We would definitely recommend the team there for anyone looking for veterinary services.

Receptionists were very welcoming and cheery. My dog loves visiting because she always gets a biscuit (permission ALWAYS asked first) and the vets were honest, very knowledgeable and explained the situation very clearly and explained how only a test could confirm what her lump was but they were almost sure it would come back as just a fatty lipoma. I wasn't pressured to make the choice to take a sample from the lump which I took for peace of mind. Overall, another great visit and my dog still walks into the surgery tail wagging as happy as ever over 6 years later. Fantastic service/pricing from day one and staff supports that I feed raw and do not try and change that which is important to me and why I have remained with the practice for so long.

The lady with the blonde hair also deserves some credit. I feel like they're animal crazy like myself and feel safe and content that they are involved in my furbabies care

The staff is amazing, they care about pets like their own, and care about the owners too, always giving some words of comfort. I needed some advice after neutering my kitten cause I was a bit concerned about the wound, they asked me to send an email with pictures, checked them and gave me (positive fortunately) feedback reassuring me. My puppy was hit by a car - there was no hesitation when I called, and they were able to see her within a few minutes of arriving. Everyone was so helpful and patient with me during the highly stressful situation, and the vet was so patient with my anxiety and questions. He even humoured my concerns about an unrelated ear issue and checked/cleaned/treated her ear which turned out to have mites. Everyone was so helpful and so understanding and I felt confident she was checked thoroughly and treated.

Lovely staff and great service as always. Greeted at reception by the friendly team. Struan the Vet was great with Sidney Cat, who is not a fan of vet visits*! He looked over him thoroughly, quickly and painlessly administered vaccination, worming tablet and flea treatment, and explained fully information about the checkup, vaccination information and details about dental care and hygiene. *Sidney does not like being at the Vet, but that's nothing to do with the service or treatment here - he is just not fond of different environments.

Great service from everyone as always! When I booked my appointment online and was sent an email confirmation, my Christmas out of office email reply was on and the gentleman booking my appointment called my mobile my just to confirm that I had received the email as he had got the out of office, which was great. Nice to know it's a person you are dealing with from start to finish and not just an automated system. Reception staff very helpful and friendly and vet Nadia was lovely, really great with Sidney Cat! He's terrified of being at the vet but she was really good with him and explained everything really well to me and my husband. Thanks everyone!

What a great team at Vets4Pets Glasgow Forge. I visited during lockdown and was nervous about this due to the different rules and restrictions in place. The receptionist was very welcoming and the care each member of staff shows for one another, their customers and their pets is truly heartwarming. The staff here are fantastic, and very welcoming, always a prompt service when i arrive. recently had to take my autistic daughter to collect a dog after surgery, the receptionist was fantastic and could see my daughter was struggling with the wait and she wanted her popcorn, he took the packet and went and made it for her !!!!! The vet that I saw with Pickkes was very nice and helpful. I was extremely worried about Pickles and the vet understood this and helped to put me and her at ease. All treatment options were explained. Only downside is that I wish the XGA could be done this week as Pickles is in a lot of pain rather than having to wait 7 days for appointment.

My partner and I have been bringing our 3 cats here since Autumn of 2015, for both well and sick visits, and we've had nothing but friendly and attentive care from all of the staff. We've seen both vets in that time. Eilidh is kind, friendly and attentive, and all of the cats like her. Struan's calm, no-nonsense manner is exactly what you need when dealing with a serious condition. All of our cats are coming up on 12 years old now and the associated age related problems have started cropping up. Most seriously one of the cats was diagnosed with diabetes earlier this year. It's not been a cheap condition to diagnose and treat, but compared with both our previous vet and others our friends have attended, their prices have been extremely reasonable. They've answered all of our questions, and our moggy is doing so much better, back to his active and chatty self. We can't thank the Vets4Pets Glasgow Forge team enough.

what was expected to be a routine yearly trip to the vets for her booster, we met a new vet Marta,, and after an examination our dog Chantel it was discovered that our fur baby had a small mammary lump growing Marta explained all the negative elements of leaving the lump and went through all the details of spaying which came highly recommended due to said lump being hormonal and possibly a big cause for concern regarding cancers in dogs fast forward to today and we met Eilidh who was set to perform Chantels surgery, Eilidh really knows her stuff and in seconds could reassure me (almost) that all would be fine. Lynsey the vet nurse was part off Chantels care team and i honestly would give 10 stars to all even Coleen and David on reception. Chantel is recovering albeit a bit uncomfortable but hopefully her health is prolonged. Big big thank you to Marta for spotting the lump and Eilidh for her surgery skills.
