Dragon Vets at Kingsway Gloucester is a very helpful practice and always makes me and my pet feel special. Takes time to put you and your pet at ease before starting any treatment. Explains everything that is happening and the staff are especially great as they are very friendly and always in hand for any questions etc.

Really happy we chose this vets when we moved to the area as we have had nothing but positive experience in taking our dogs in to be seen they are very accommodating with trying to get you seen asap too. Highly reccommend.

Moved to this vets from my previous one. Do not regret the decision. Staff are excellent, they are not trying to rip me off like my previous vets. It feels like they genuinely want the best for the pet. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Always a friendly face to greet you and the vets are always accommodating and knowledgeable. Been a family vet for many years and not had any issues. Shame you’re not remaining independent though!

Staff are great but have found that the vets just do the job. It's almost like they have no love for the job. Also have found out since moving away that they use the cheapest meds going (according to different sets of vets since). If we moved back to this area we certainly would not use them again.
