The staff are amazing. I had an emergency with my cat who was seizing. He wasn't registered at the vets but that was no problem. Sadly he didn't respond to the treatment, so was put to sleep. The vet had explained all the options and gave me total autonomy. I was then allowed to spend time with him to say my goodbyes. The aftercare was 5*, from arranging his cremation to the lovely card I received a few days later. I highly recommend Vets 4 Pets for their outstanding customer care and kind and caring staff.

the best vets in Gloucestershire! highly recommended! very kind caring staff, human beings not money minded business people, pets come first, kindness is secondary, understanding and helpfulness is offered and explained in the saddest moments of pet care, financial situations in times of crisis are accepted and strict, but understandable, agreements made, so glad I took my elderly cat to them, she was euthanised, and I got to have her ashes back when the vet explained I didn't have to pay all in one go, that was all I wanted, my pet at peace and to have her cremated! my most heartfelt thanx to these wonderful people at vets4pets!

Although there was a short wait in the car park before the vet collected my dog the whole experience was much better than I anticipated (because if the covid regulations). The vet was lovely and the receptionists are always mega helpful. My dog was totally relaxed, best practice I've ever used. Thank you.

Took my cat to get neutered here, she's registered with them has been chipped and jab by them and on both visits was treated awful by the vet nurse asking when I was getting her chipped and question about jabs when this is on their records and her vet book was in the cat carrier with logs of the vaccines, very rude and judgemental

I would like to publicly thank Vets4pets , the staff are always lovely and have been so kind to us and our dogs. My Dog was euthanized yesterday and Susan and her Nurse made a difficult process so much easier with their kindness and compassion. The receptionist is also lovely and helpful.

Renee on Reception is so welcoming and polite. She puts you at ease and is so kind. The vet I saw today (Ina) has seen my cat since he was a kitten and she genuinely shows an interest and explained about the worming and flea treatment plan which I'll be taking up next month.

Very pleasant staff, I called as I was concerned with my puppy’s heath. Was offered an over the phone consultation (due to covid-19) and was given really useful advice and support and later an appointment for treatment. So far so great! We've recently got a puppy and have proceeded with the best start in life pack, which is great value. And are more than likely going to continue with the vac for life. Extremely happy with the service, friendly staff which show lots of care and attention to your pet, which you thought would without saying but that's not always the case. Short wait time, smallish car park but never had a problem, easily accessible.

Good customer service with excellent expert care. The only reason I have given 3 stars is because of the lack of communication in the waiting room. It's particularly frustrating when you turn up early for an appointment and fifteen minutes later the receptionist informs you that things are running a little behind! Whilst going to the vets is never something you want to do, if Renee is on reception she treats you and your animal as part of the family. Considering the covid 19 Social distancing rules eg waiting out in the carpark, it went well. The et came and collected Jake then came back to explain what she wished to do next, fully explained plus the cost before she went ahead with it. She went back in to do some tests then brought him back out to me. She took the time to thoroughly explain the situation, helped me with queries and questions and where we go from here ..
