My cat is my best and only friend really and as an 88 year old male I was very nervous she is rather old. The atmosphere in the Vets Waiting Room was. Nothing was too much trouble. I am grateful to all those who attended to me. Since she came home which shows her appreciation of her treatment. This shows mine.

I would highly recommend Hedon Haven vets the staff are very welcoming, warm, and friendly. They make your pets feel at ease as the atmosphere is very warm and calming. I no longer live in Hedon but travel there even tho there is vets closer to me. Thank you to everyone there for making this practice a delightful place to bring your pets 😘😘😘xxx

I've been taking my dogs to Haven Vets since we moved to the area in 2012. I've always been highly satisfied with the treatment my dogs have received when they've needed it. The vets are excellent and the reception staff are friendly and efficient.

Been with Haven in Hedon 26 years, even when we moved further away we wanted to stay with them, I rang yesterday morning wanted my Dog to see a vet before the weekend, reception looked to see what vet we had been seeing recently and got us in before dinner, very happy and also seeing Laura & not having to explain previous appointments, we have never had a problem

I have been extremely satisfied with the care and treatment my pets have received since joining Haven Vets. l can ring anytime with questions or enquiries and the reception staff are always very helpful. The costs have been cheaper than l've previously paid at other vet practices in the area, for example l was charged over £800 to remove 4 teeth from one of my dogs, l later found out that the same treatment at Haven Vets was around half the price! I have recommended Haven vets to friends and family, and those asking for recommendations on social media.

After having called to say my dog needed treatment they allowed us to take him straight away. Unfortunately, he was that poorly and due to his age we made the decision to put him to sleep. It was a really tough decision but the support, the gentle care and love towards my pooch the staff gave helped tremendously. 10 out of 10 thank you.
