Wonderful practice, the team always do their absolute best to get us seen to as quickly as possible, very friendly and accommodating. The reception team are fantastic, they really listen and are so knowledgeable, I always feel that they have our pet’s best interest at heart. All of the vets have been amazing, through some really difficult times as well as just routine check ups, we always feel that we are getting all the options available and they really take the time to listen to us and explain the diagnosis and treatment thoroughly. We have never been rushed during an appointment and always feel so well taken care of. They have cared for our pets through old age, during serious terminal illness, allergies, and just routine checks and scrapes and we are very grateful to have had such an incredible team of people behind us through everything.

This was the first visit for my kitten Murray, and me; we thought the two ladies at reception were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The lady vet was very caring, attentive and efficient and she listened to and answered my concerns with reassurance and clarity. We are happy to have subscribed to the pet care plan with Haven in the confidence that we will always be well looked after. Thank you for the excellent service and for Murray’s free gift of catnip fish toy - he loves it!

Have used this vets for many years as have my extended family. All the staff are very polite and welcoming. Recently signed up with new puppy who is quite happy visiting for all her vaccinations. Would highly recommend for all your pets needs, even at the end of life they have helped with all the arrangements to get my pets remains back to me with dignity and care.

Excellent vets, i took my dog for a 2nd opinion as i knew my dog was very poorly, hes been a little fighter and saw Stefan , he gave me the options and he was so sympathetic and considerate, it wasnt about money it was for the best for my dog. I decided to have him put to sleep and not suffer anymore. The reception team were excellent aswell, giving me advice about having him cremated and his little wooden box with his ashes in it and the hair tube, little poem and printed paw picture in my living room. I also got a sympathy card from them which was a nice touch. So the team there are excellent and a big thankyou to them from me and my family. If I decide to get another companion i will not hesitate to register with them.

The vets are so lovely and take time with your pet to find out whats going on and also listen. Receptionists are also very nice. Could not fault one thing, its the best vets that my dog has seen. Thanks haven.

I love haven as a vet practice, the vets are no nonsense but are kind and loving towards my pets I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. I have never had a bad experience there, they show great compassion and care towards all animals I think the pet plan they offer is perfect value for money even if you just use it for the vaccinations. Maximus my young cat fell very ill when he was a kitten, and the level of care he received from them was fantastic and the calls after to check up on him once he was home was amazing fantastic touch and just for that I really appreciate them. 💛💛💛💛💛💛

I highly recommend it, professional and friendly service. My cats were helped professionally even though there was a problem with my cat's medical history and I couldn't express myself meaningfully due to stress (English is not my first language). The receptionists were very helpful 😊

Refreshing i was allowed to stay with my fur babies throughout exam ( no restrictions like some vets still not allowing you in with your precious babies, at a time where you and they clearly want to be with them) everything explained clearly and no meds prescribed unnecessarily but all that was actually needed. Staff and vets lovely kind and caring cannot reccomend enough. Thank you all saved my fur babies life alongside my home i tensive care.

Lovely staff with great advice, must be sick of hear from me being a new puppy owner again I’m a bit of a hypochondriac when my dogs not feeling well 😂 every time I call they are more than friendly and don’t mind being pestered about trivial things. Great advice about freezing carrots for teething puppies, a lot cheaper than buying new chews!

Our mixed jacairn terrier Alfie, born with an under bite was unable growing up to chew bite toys ect and ended up at age 11 requiring extensive dentistry. We got him back all sorted as though he'd had a spa day ! Cannot thank them enough. People who wonder why his vet is in Hull, when he lives in Bridlington ? see above 🐕

Thank you Sam and your team for the prompt and courteous service you gave us this morning when we brought our aged cat, "Boots" into your surgery. We were completely happy with your expert assessment in respect of our cat. After removing the offending claw she seems to be much more comfortable and is doing what she does best and that is sleeping in her basket. We do understand that at her age your advice regarding her mobility issues would not warrant any surgery. The vets at Haven Veterinary Group, Holderness Road, Hull, were very helpful and so caring when it came to diagnosing and looking after my cat Barney McCarthy right up until the end. Nothing was too much bother for any of them. A big thank you to Phillip the vet who first diagnosed Barney with Lynphoma and all the other vets who looked after him throughout his treatment. Finally to Sam and Ruth who came down to see Barney in his last days on Sunday 23rd August 2015. Keep up the great work. You are all wonderful.
