t. d.I had a bad experience with Kingston vets
So i changed to Vets4Pets and so glad i did!! Vets4pets are outstanding vets, they have time for your pet, consultations are very thorough and they are all so considerate, polite and helpful. Very reasonable priced unlike the last vets. Wouldn't use anywhere else!
N. W.From the beginning before we had our puppy, the staff on reception gave advice on what to look for and ask in terms of health, then they have been nothing but patient, caring and polite when as a new puppy owner I have rang for advice. The Vet we saw was wonderful and gentle with Lola, she also answered various questions again in a very caring and polite manor. So far all have been an absolute credit to the surgery. Excellent!!
V. S.Initially I took my dog for his booster, but was told by the vet that his previous booster had only been the type 2 and not the 4 which gives much more protection.I therefore made a follow up appointment to have the extra booster. I feel very grateful to the vet as I had no idea that the yearly injections my dogs are getting were not up to standard, and feel confident that when I next visit with my other dog that she will be getting the same excellent service that I have received with Freddie.
A. J.Amazing vets, cannot help you enough. We have 3 kittens and have used them for our journey and they’ve been amazing.
J. N.I got seen to at the appointed time ,the vet ( David, I think ) was very good and knowledgeable about Buddy and put him at ease for his vaccinations and kennel cough
T. F.My dog came in for neutering. Filling the consent form was through the phone and was very thorough. The nurse explained that they would offer him food once he woke up. I said that recently he has been fussy with food so may not be receptive to this. She then proceeded to give me advice on the best techniques to get him to stick to one particular food. I didn’t ask for advice but found this valuable as I’ve been struggling with this for a few weeks. I was also told that the procedure itself was about 30 minutes. I informed them that I would be going to the gym later and they asked when so they could accommodate the phone call with my workout. I signed a consent form in a consultation room that was immaculately clean and gave me no doubt as to the impeccable condition of the theatre. They called to arrange a pickup at 5:45pm but I asked if it was possible to do it for 5pm and they agreed. When picking up my dog he was so full of energy and love. He came out looking like he spent the day at doggy daycare rather than the wars. The nurse who came out was the same as I spoke to in the morning and I appreciated the continuity of talking to the same member of staff. She was very insightful and answered any and all questions I had. She gave me the pain relief, explained when to give it and gave me an information sheet. She also provided an email address so I could send pictures of the site so I could get confirmation as to if it was healed or just generally in good condition. As this is my first dog it was a great relief.
i. j.The vet was so friendly with my robo hamster, he was gentle and managed to handle her well given her tiny tiny size. He was really helpful and it was an overall pleasant experience!

C. L.I got my puppy on friday 31.12.21 and noticed immediately that his nails were overgrown and one appeared to be ingrown/red. I took him straight vets4pets anlaby and registered him. I explained my concerns with the receptionist regarding his nails and that I was not confident cutting his nails myself as it looked painful. The receptionist was very helpful and offered me an appointment at 5pm the same day which I accepted. The receptionist also explained that she would ask the vet to give his first vaccinations if they have them and also have me 2 leaflets to look at the healthcare plans that are offered. It was a hectic day and I did not get chance to look at the leaflets before I returned at 5pm. The receptionist was lovely and patient, she explained all of my options so I was easily able to pick a healthcare plan that was best for me and my puppy. She also gave me tips on using the vip app to get discount which I really appreciated. The vet and receptionist answered all of my questions and was very helpful.
P. R.We were apprehensive as the previous vet Sarah had left. However, the new vet, Mihai Belosinschi, proved to be exceptionally good. He was considerate to our dog who is elderly & blind and he talked to him to reassure him. He explained the blood test options and telephoned us the next day with the results of the test we chose. Discussed clearly the future options which are available to manage our dogs diabetes. Very pleased.
M. E. R.Great vets. Friendly staff. My dog really loves going there. She has several complicated medical problems, and they have really helped her. Without their rapid treatment for her severe allergies, she would have died. She owes them her life, several times over. Thank you.

G. B.I use the vets here for my dog and the vet nurses are so good with her when she is nervous. They come down to her level and talk to her and spend time winning her trust. She now loves going here and I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. She also loves going to see the rabbits and small rodents and her appointment which I think calms her down a lot. The staff are wonderful here!

K.The vets at this surgery are top class, they have looked after two of my dogs until a recent loss of our youngest pup, taken to soon at the age of 5, the vet who helped with our little ones health couldn't have been any kinder, more compassionate and understanding when the hard decision was made to let our pup sleep. They have taken care of everything for me, the staff sent a card and the vet Sarah rang two days after loosing our little one to make sure we where okay. Sarah looks after my 11 year old Collie and now our new addition,, 5 year old greyhound. Words cant express how wonderful the full team are at this practice. I would recommend to anyone, they are truly a dedicated team. Thanks guys

S. E.We got an appointment on the day for our dog who was sick which was good. However. The vet did not really explain his treatment options, the pricing structure, the actual problem with my dog- instead I got a £60 charge and medicine that I don't really know what for. There was no suggestion of a follow up appointment - in my opinion he needs one- and I'm just really disappointed. I'm usually very impressed with the receptionists and nurses here but my first experience with a vet was a bad one.

F. M.Wonderful.....I've never had a vet that I trust with my cats. Sarah and reception staff make you feel comfortable and secure. The vet Sarah is the ONLY vet that I trust with Jasper. She is friendly, polite and respectful but most of all I trust her and so does my mum who has 4 cats which she takes to Sarah. Sarah is a god send from heaven and an angel in disguise as a vet. I would never ever take my little jasper to see anyone else other than Sarah. When I went with my mum and saw how kind Sarah was and the reception staff, I was surprised by the kindness and compassion of you all at Vets For Pets. I Immediately changed my vet and took Jasper for a health check because in the back of my mind I was not comfortable with my previous vet and didn't trust him with my little cat. And then ofcourse when I saw the amount of compassion and kindness with the staff and most of all Sarah I desperately wanted my cat to be cared for by vets for pets. Amazing.... What more could you ask for and I would highly recommend vets for pets without question. Ive never known anyone or any other practice to care so much for my cat and my mum's cats while also caring for people too. I'm so lucky to have you all xx

J. T.The Staff at Vets4Pets are really friendly. The vet has been looking after our dog for a number of years so knows him well. I don't think you will find better value or service anywhere else.
J. L.I was nervous to attend my appointment as my dog had attempted to bite a vet on a previous visit (which was very out of character for him). We asked to borrow the muzzle at reception who happily obliged.
As soon as we entered the room with the vet she instantly read my dogs body language and proceeded to take the muzzle off. Straight off the bat both me and my dog were put at ease. He was happy throughout the visit (the abundance of treats probably helped) and it was a much more enjoyable experience than my last visit.
I could not have been happier with the visit and the vets professionalism.

C.Service is good but you're better off getting a prescription for your pet and buying any drugs online as the markup here is well over double the price that they are from an online pet pharmacy. Ie. Vets for pets price for the best 1 year cat spot on is £180 not including examination, but only £80 online.
M. C.I think the arrangements for appointments during this time was well set out, clean with sanitiser for you to use. The vet was very good she gave me clear instructions on how to use the worm and flea treatments and Ralphy quite liked his treats once we left the building 😀

K. M.We were very relieved to find this practice. Everybody shows a level of care, concern and are highly skilled, all of which warrants 5 stars. Time is taken by the vets, nurses and nurse assistants to explain procedures. The practice is open 7 days a week, so even if your pet needs a vet on Sunday it'll be seen. On Wednesdays there is a 10% reduction on cost. There are very good offers for immunisations too.
C. F.Everyone at this centre have been so lovely to me and my elderly cat! I feel they've gone above and beyond to treat my girl, kept me informed every step of the way, offered extra advice and also looked after an emotional me... I'd like to thank all of you for your support and care and so would Lady!
E. J.The waiting area and consultation room s could do with non slip flooring, so that it is easier for elderly animals to get up from the floor so that their paws don't slip on it
