Fantastic team at this Vets, every member of staff is kind and helpful…. We normally see Brian the main Man, but due to absence saw a lovely young Vet Hannah, who was brilliant dealing with a very difficult issue with my spaniel …. What she lacked in age she made up for in professionalism and kindness. Can’t recommend this practice enough, unlike other local Vets who rinse your money and insurance to the max !!!

Brian and his team went above and beyond for our poorly puggle Bruno. Brian made himself available whenever we needed it to talk on the phone and was amazing throughout the difficult few weeks we had whilst Bruno recovered from surgery. The very best vetinary team we've used, they provide a sincere and compassionate service, the reception staff are understanding and efficient, the nurses are caring and polite, the vets are second to none, the very best. I'm lucky enough to work with my dogs everyday, they're not just a crucial part of providing my income, they're members of my family, I've used many vets but after taking my dogs here I wouldn't go anywhere else. We’ve been to many vets over the years and Aldeburgh is up there as one of the best. Brian has diagnosed our dog correctly for two issues that we’ve been trying to figure out for over a year - in less than a month. Not quick to suggest medication or surgery until he’s sure there’s a better way. Our dog is happier and we understand him more. All the staff are lovely and make us feel at home when we’re there.

Jess, Brian and team are incredible! They always make sure our boy is well looked after and the standard of care is impeccable. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Everyone is so nice, friendly and reassuring in an emergency. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Our giant schnauzer, Robson, developed an infected toe nail while we were on holiday in Suffolk. After reading the reviews for Aldeburgh Vets we phoned for an appointment. Despite being fully booked, Brian was able to see Robson the same morning and removed the nail the following day. The treatment Robson received was first-class and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the practice.

An excellent veterinary practice - not only do they put pets first and really know their stuff, but the service is impeccable. I recently had to have my dog put to sleep and they couldn't have been kinder or more professional. I think anyone who knows Brian and his team will be surprised that they are ever perceived as rude, and I'm sure most people in the area would think the complete opposite.

Well... where do I start??.. The care and love the aldeburgh team especially Brian have shown my children and I by saving my 2 year olds cocker spaniel life , has been utterly amazing..words of thanks dont come close. All the team are kind, dedicated and care... it's not all about making money.!!! I have never in all my years of owning pets ever found the BEST... i have now found the BEST of the BEST.!!! The mind boggles when negative posts are written about good caring ppl. A million billion thanks for all you have done and are doing for my beautiful boy.
