Absolutely fantastic service & care provided by Hannah. My dogs are my world & they only deserve the best treatment. My previous experience with the surgery is second to none. Even in the saddest of times. The empathy & compassion exceeded my expectations.

Orwell's is a fantastic vets. Before my pets were registered, the vet was happy to provide emergency information - quite obviously had the best interests of my animal in mind, rather than their bank balance. I've registered every pet since with them, and not been disappointed yet.

Really easy to make an appointment through their website, super friendly staff and great prices, especially if you have a pet health plan. I came to my appointment almost half an hour early, and was seen to straight away. Highly recommend them, it is very obvious that they deeply care for animals :)

We have been with Orwell vets for over 13 Years and would never go anywhere else. They always have time to speak to you, explain and answer any questions. Sadly we had to take our dear boy last March and they totally looked after him till the end. I couldn't recommend this vet practice any higher. From reception staff to the vets always friendly and welcoming. We've just taken our little puppy Ralph to have his first injection, they loved him and gave him lots of tickles!!

I have used Orwell vets for many years they were so very helpful with my last dog right up to the very end of his life always caring and considerate. When it was time for him to go the vet came to the house and was very sensitive and caring it made a difficult time a little easier. The team really get to know the pets and treat them as a part of your family which, for us, they most definitely are. My grandmother had a long succession of dogs and cats which Charles and James cared for immaculately and she always held them in the highest regard. I have known Zoe for many years, both personally and professionally, and there is no other team I would trust to take care of my pet.

Highly recommend Orwell Vets who took on our wonderful Mr Purrkins who suffers with the calici virus. He had all teeth removed except for his canines and is transformed, he eats, grooms, plays and is no longer in pain, James, his vet, was caring but honest, and guided us through the process with no rush. Our 2 year old boy finally has a chance of a decent life after his horrific beginnings in Cairo.
