Was told the nurse had to withdraw early from clinic and was asked if I would like to bring the appointment forward to 3 hours earlier . Unforseen circumstances , however picked up the cats flee and worming treatment on my lunch break However this only postponed the important treatment needed for the cat

Brilliant setup and Covid secure. Wear a mask when you visit and then your pet can either be passed to the vet over the top of a cage in the way of the door, or if you have a larger animal then they can go through the cage. You have to wait outside while your animal gets checked over. We waited about 10 mins :)

Amazing vets. Really kind and considerate, showed extreme empathy towards myself and my family as we said goodbye to our beloved dog. Let us take all the time we needed, even waited for my daughter's to get there. Explained things and options clearly. Highly recommend these.

Best veterinary surgery in Ipswich. The customer service is fantastic. Our vet Sam always goes the extra mile for us and you can tell she actually cares for her patients. We are very happy with her and both the practices in Cliff Lane and Ellenbrook.

Very good service regarding buddy our labrador,vet was superb and is buddy is back to his normal self after taking his medicine,superb service while we are under covid restrictions.many thanks.

The staff are all friendly and explain any procedures in depth and they are totally up front about costs and what they can do for the animals welfare. I've only been with this vets practise a couple of years and I wish I had moved veterinary practises alot sooner.
