Really good if you can't pay full vet bills because you live on benefits my dog may not be here now without them

After months of wasted money at my local vets, medication after medication wrong diagnosis every time ,One visit to the RSPCA vets £40 later my little dog is better and so much happier. Brilliant place to take your pets very reliable and very professional..thank you so much

I wasn't impressed by the cost of £15 for my dog to have a medication review which consisted of him being weighed, also he is on monthly medication & I,ve always paid £14.50 for a 100ml bottle but now they are charging me £38 for 2 30ml bottles which I just can't afford & is over double the price for 40 ml less. When I called in & asked about this I was told "I was just lucky to have been getting it alot cheaper for the time I got it. I found that extremely rude & uncalled for. I understand the RSPCA is a charity & relies on donations but I paid £52 last time I took my dog in & I just can't afford that amount, it's gone from £14.50 to £38 for 40 ml less which is absurd. I,ve been paying £14.50 for a 100,ml bottle for almost a year & a half & for me paying that amount for less medication is taking the majority of my benefit. Of course my dog is my life but is there anything anyone can do to help me pay the original amount I always have? & Get the 100ml bottle I always have, I understand that it went up a £1 or so over that period but to double in price for a smaller bottle is just ridiculous I& also I was disappointed at the way I was spoken to on the fone & in the surgery especially as it was in front of other members of the public. I would be grateful if someone could help me over this situation. Paying £14 to have my dog put on scales to be weighed is also ridiculous. I understand your a charity but I go there because I can't afford a regular vet as I'm on benefits with very very limited income.
Many thanks
Kind tegsrds

Cannot recommend enough. My elderly dog needed to be seen by a vet for persistent diarrhoea. I am currently on universal credit and my usual vet wouldnt let me pay the bill by installments. So went to RSPCS clinic and they were amazing and very good value. Great service
