So far so good. Only 2 parking spaces in front of the shop, however, another 6ish on a road, extra spaces at the rear. Mask required if you want to go with your pet, otherwise everything else is outside. They do have a good covid policy in place. With payment, registration taking place over the car window. It was first visit for our kitten and she wasn't scared at all. I haven't seen but they must of been very gentle with her as she was so good after the chip and vaccine, and the trip. Good offer for a kittens now too. So pleased with our first experience!

The best Vet I've ever used, I have taken my dogs to Trinity for the last few years, they were recommended to me by another owner which is always a good start. Trinity Vets is run by Martin, he has been brilliant ever since I started taking the dogs to him, he will always explain the issue your pet has along with the other possibilities and consults you on the most sensible course of action to take for your animal. When one of my dogs was close to the end of her life Martin really helped me put everything in to perspective for the dog and us. When I was laid up at home Martin did a house call at an exceptionally reasonable price considering I'm an hour away from the surgery. Will I continue using Trinity and Martin.... Absolutely YES, well worth the drive for the sensible great value advice and welcoming warm reception. Don't hesitate to sign up with Trinity, I'm glad I did. During and now post covid the service was and is still great.

Martin is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He is totally professional in his approach but explains everything in neutral layman’s terms so any decisions you make are fully informed. I mostly used Trinity Veterinary Surgery for my children’s rats and the quality of care they received was second to none. When the time came, their final journeys were made easier by anaesthetic gas before euthanasia by injection, so they didn’t feel a thing. Highly recommended, competitively priced with easy parking.

I have three dogs and moved to this vet a few years back. Martin is great and always takes time to talk and explain things thoroughly. I feel like Martin knows my dogs and I don't have to keep explaining their history every time I go. I would definitely recommend Trinity Vet and I also think the reception girls are wonderful too. Martin and the team at Trinity vets have been amazing with our dogs. Martin always Explains the options available clearly when dealing with our dogs and gives us all of the information required and time to make our own decisions. Trinity offers a very friendly and welcoming environment which is reassuring for us and our dogs. They genuinely do have a love for animals and their health first and foremost. My dogs, (3 of them), cat, tortoises, and parrot have all been under Martin and his teams' care since we moved here 9 years ago. Just today he got one of the dogs in for treatment requiring sedation at an hours notice. You cannot pay enough for that sort of care, and fortunately don't have to. Not only is Martin refreshingly honest, knowledgeable and professional, with the animal's welfare the prime consideration, his charges are very reasonable. Thank you all.

Martin was my vet when I lived in Ipswich, that he remains my vet whilst I have moved to Colchester speaks volumes. Always willing to explain what is going on with my dogs, what the options are and most importantly what he would do if it was his dog. His advice and counsel has saved me money with a rescue dog that needed knee surgery and referred me back to Battersea, when he could have easily recommended that he carry out the treatment. Always has the dogs best interests at heart.

We have been using trinity vets since being recommend by a friend and of all the years we have taken our dogs to the vets this one is by far the best . Martin is very friendly and professional and always explains things clearly to you and never rushes you. Over the years he gave us advice about one of our dogs that without that advice we wouldn't have had our dog for the 17 years we had him. We had to have him put to sleep 3 weeks ago and even then martin done it in such A peaceful way there was no stress to our little dog what so ever. The one thing I must say is that I always felt a lot of vets would give you this and that and charge you a small fortune but martin only gives you what your animal needs. highly recommended.

I know this is a bit late but just to say a massive thank you to Trinity Vet's! It was just after "lockdown" on March 26th that we had to have our wonderful dog Chico put to sleep. Of course we were dreadfully upset but Martin and the team handled it brilliantly. We first met Martin when we had to call a vet out one Sunday many years ago when Chico suffered a major dog attack and it was touch and go for her survival. Without Martin she would not have had the wonderful life she had with us.With Trinity you always see Martin except of course when he is on holiday. This is SO important as he get's to really know your pet. I think Martin to be a first class vet who would NEVER treat an animal for pure financial gain or ever put a healthy animal down. If you have need of treatment for your pet then go to Trinity you would be a fool not to!

At last, a vet who is more interested in my pet than my insurance policy. Good no frills, sound advise, clear instructions and lovely diagrams - they really do help.
