Always helpful and friendly and my Dog actually loves going to see the vets here. They saved her life during an emergency when she developed unexpected pyometra at only a year old, and if it hadn't been for Thier swift intervention she would not be alive. They provided all the help and support needed to claim through our insurers and it was all very easy to do. Everytime we have needed Cady to see a vet they have always accommodated us and fixed what every problem or aliment she had.

My rabbit was showing signs on gi statis, his normal vet couldn't fit him in he would of gone on a waiting list, I called you guys at off chance he could be squeezed in as I didn't want to wait as this can be fatal to rabbits, he was fitted in, given treatment, sent home with medication, vet checked him over and explained everything to me The cost wasn't as bad as I thought I loved the fact there was a price list in waiting area to give you idea of what to expect and I love the fact there is 2 separate waiting areas for dogs and small animals to reduce stress for the animals as much as possible Would definitely come back if needed

I wish to thank everyone who helped me and my little dog Tiny. They have made arrangements for tiny s flea and worm medication to be delivered . Also as I could not find tinys food on line she is used they have found some in store and one of the Vets has kindly offered to deliver it. You have gone out of their way to help as we are in our 80s we are obeying and will stay in for the time we have to already stayed in for 10 days. We are new to the practice and Bonnie the vet gave Lola a thorough health check. She explained in great detail her possible prognosis while giving me the available options. Lola is an older dog with some potential health issues, Bonnie was both supportive and realistic with her advice.

Staff knowledgeable and friendly. My dog was spayed here on 02 Agust 21. All went well, and we don't have to return. All we have to do is take a photo of the operation on day 3 and 10. If all looks good we don't have to stress dog out by returning. Helped enormously with paw issue.

Very outdated hamster care knowledge, hamsters need bare minimum 80x50cm, and the vet here seemed very surprised when i showed my bare minimum enclosure. The receptionist wasnt that kind and kept making us worry and worry, which wasnt very helpful in the situation.

We contacted the vet 45 min before they were due to close as our dog had got bitten by another dog and had a significant wound. Even though they were busy they were able to find some time to see him. Our cocker spaniel Saffy has just been under the care of Emma for an abscess to be drained under GA. Her care has been second to none and we honestly feel so thankful for all she has done. She kept us informed at all times and has given thorough follow ups - reassuring us along the way how Saffy is getting on. We booked an appointment with Jo ,who is the only professional qualified to serve a health document for taking an animal abroad.He was so helpful and knowledgeable .The documents were received promptly too,bearing in mind our normal vet practice is in Ipswich who unfortunately didn't have anyone to complete the documents and so Jo helped us by agreeing to see our dog ,thereby enabling us to travel again with our pet.Thanks to Jo for all his time as this is now a very lengthy complicated process.

From the initial call to vets for pets I felt welcomed and that me and my cat were important. Friendly, polite, understanding and reassuring! We were offered an appt within 2 hours and had the process explained to us. I called on arrival and had it explained that they had a full waiting room and someone would come out to the car ASAP. A lovely vet came to collect our cat and had a chat and put both me and my daughter at ease. I was very impressed to receive a call on my mobile whilst they were treating Tink to let us know all was OK and that they didn't want us to be worrying as it was taking a little while. (so kind and ment so much) Tink was returned to us at the car and vet was again wonderful with explaining what they had done, how he was etc and what to expect over night. I was I formed they were open from 9am the following morning and to call. Such kindness and compassion the whole time. Wonderful. Many thanks

Really lovely staff. Handled my cat with the utmost care even when he peed in his carrier they supplied me a pad and a bag for his blanket. They were good with his needs and really gentle with him. The vet was very clear in explaining my options.

We moved from our old vets (v4p Handford road) as the customer service and overall care for our pets had declined. We have visited Vets4Pets Martlesham twice with our cats and Bonni has been so great considering my cats have a large medical history and we have a lot to say as worried owners! Bonni is calm, gentle and patient with my nervous kitties and does very thorough examinations to make sure nothing is missed. She explains all the options of care clearly which is so important. Both of my extremely nervous cats really warmed to Bonnie in the first few minutes of meeting her, even they can tell she is a kind person!

The vet came out to adminster the injection in the waiting area as she could see that Watson was nervous and he didn't want to go into the consulting room. She also explained that the previous vaccine wasn't the same as they use at this practice and why they used a different vaccine and that he would require a booster in 4 weeks.

Best Vets in Suffolk. Our Puppy is now 10 months old and has only been seen by these Vets. The Vets are qualified from South Africa and I hear out there they get to train with all kinds of animals which makes them more experienced. My boy Jasper feels very comfortable with the Vets at Companion Care Vets. A special mention about the receptionist Jemma Daniels, she is very polite whether it is over the phone or face to face.
