We unfortunatley had to take one of our pets (wicker) to be put to sleep yesterday, And whilst incredibly emotional one of the nurses there was incredibly professional, polite and went absolutely above and beyond anything we expected the paw prints were really a touch we didn't expect. They were seemingly holding back tears themselves, you could tell they had a true passion to care for animals. Whilst we both left in tears, we never properly got to say thank you for giving us one last momento of our pet, nor did we ever get their name. I hope whoever it was see's this, and again from the bottom of mine and my partners heart. Thank you.

I've been going here for years as it's local and convenient for me. Pleasant staff if high turnover. You never get the same vet from one year to the next. Vac for life was a good incentive to keep coming back year on year. Used to have the dental plan too till they discontinued the offer as it wasn't financially viable for them.

I rang for advice and the receptionist asked me to hold the line whilst he spoke to the vet. Within 10 minutes I was at the vets as she wanted to see my dog. She gave him a thorough examination, an anti sickness injection and medicine to take home. It took him a good 48 hours to recover from the viral gut infection but is now back to his old self

I want to start by saying all staff were completely respectful. We had to bring our very old cat in to be put to sleep. This was such a difficult situation for us and we were devastated. The receptionist showed us into a private room which was thoughtful. It wasn't long before we were seen. The vet was very gentle. I cant imagine this part of the job is nice for anyone and they have my utmost respect but the next thing said after the decision was made was that they would go and price it up. I know there isnt a nice way of doing it. I know it isn't feasible for them to discuss payment after incase people can't afford it, but I just felt like while he was sat there on the table spending his last moments in an unfamiliar place that working out whether we wanted to spend the £150 before or after wasn't the most important thing to me. Its not a criticism just an aspect I remember most about the situation. The staff were very gentle and accommodating letting us stay with him, pay in privacy and leave without having to go through the waiting room while I was crying. I cant say this was a great experience because it wasn't but they made it as bearable as they could and I'm grateful.

Through out the whole pandemic Vets for Pets have always been very helpful. I had to completely shield during the biggest part of the pandemic and they posted out my dogs monthly medications. There is plenty of parking spaces, the waiting rooms are clean, with plenty of hand cleanser and water for your pet. The reception staff are alway friendly and helpful. I have 3 friends with pets and we all use this vets.

After poor communication from a locum vet on my first visit, I reported my experience through a satisfaction survey and received a phone call an hour later. Helga, a nurse at the practice was extremely professional, friendly and reassuring. She explained everything I needed to know as a new dog owner and put my mind at ease. Because of her, I will be staying at the practice.

I couldn't be more happy with my overall experience. I've been very anxious about taking my two female kittens in for their spaying surgeries, so much so that I've been delaying it because of my fears. When the time finally came, I was so distraught and upset dropping them off but the nurse couldn't have been more lovely. The receptionist staff didn't mind me phoning to see if they were okay and the Vet who carried about the procedure gave us loads of information, so much that we had to phone back later to understand a few things better and again, the receptionist was so lovely about answering our questions. For the price we paid which was roughly £160, we got both female kittens spayed, chipped, pain killer medication supplied, cones and two check up appointments to follow up. Also they didn't have to but we received a phone call the next day by the Vet asking of they were okay which was really nice. I also have to add that their incisions are so neat aswell! They don't seem to be in any way uncomfortable and they were neatly stitched together on the inside. They seem very happy and content and loving as ever which goes to show they were taken great care of. Even the Vet made a little joke about not wanting to give them back because they were the perfect little patients :)

Took my cat to be spayed.. they went through all the details when I arrived and they took her inside.. they gave me a check up call once she was out of surgery and then a time to collect.. once collected then gave me more information and medication. I rang the next day due to a possible mistake and hey corrected it straight away no issues... Brilliant!

Over the years I’ve been to various veterinary practices with differing levels of service. I find the Bramley Vets4Pets to be one of the best I have been to. Not because it has a beautiful reception area or the cheapest prices the best vets in the world! (They are good by the way!). It is because of their friendly staff and their willingness to help AND they actually seem to care! About both me and my pet!

We have used Vets for Pets for the past 10 years , with many of our different pets. Always have they received the best of care. The staff are just fantastic and caring, and always have a great welcome. Recommend them to anyone who has animals that they love. We have had two English Bull mastiffs, that were rescue dogs, and Vets for Pets have been gentle, loving and so patient with them both. Our first sadly had to put to sleep after 28 months due to cancer, and our second that we have now, can be a difficult with strangers, but they have shown her nothing but love and patience, so much so, that she now does not mind her visits to the vets! We have no issues collecting regular treatments such as flea and worming medication, and always greet Bella our current dog, with such love.

Sadly I had to take the decision to have her euthanized (Poppy, not the vet 😱😉) Sophie could not have been more professional and kind despite Poppy giving her a nasty nip. My dog has been going to the Bramley vets for pets for years. They have always been the most amazing people. They have always gone above and beyond for Bobbie. Can be a pain when you quickly run in to grab some food as they'll never seem to rush finishing up any previous queries, but that in itself is a strong point for them. We rang the vets as an emergency as our dog became unwell and was crying in pain,the staff made us an emergency appointment and we were seen very quickly,they gave our dog pain relief and an appointment was made the following day for xrays and an iv drip with more pain relief the staff were very helpful and couldnt do enough for our dog who thankfully is on the mend and getting back to her normal self.

Absolutely brilliant service my pet greyhound Oscar hurt his leg and was limping badly I brought him in and the staff were extremely helpful he was diagnosed in a matter of minutes given and injection and some medication, plenty of after care advice was given, Oscar was showing signs of major improvement on the second day and after just 3 days was fully recovered im so glad I took him here.
