I was very pleased with the service I received at Kings Veterinary surgery at Syston. They were getting my dog's paper work ready for a trip to France, unfortunately that is not to be, but I can't fault them. They were all lovely, thank you.

Superb - caring, conscientious - unlike other vets they don’t encourage you to have unnecessary (expensive) tests and treatments - they treat what they’re presented with. They care about the animals and the medicine - not the insurance co. / scheme behind the scenes

Arrived late for first ever appointment , explained the reason and was welcomed by the receptionist who allowed us to keep our appointment , did nt have to wait long before we were seen , ,very friendly and helpful team would highly recommend .

I used the vets to check over my dog who has developed an indoor limp. No problem on his walks but after a rest he limps quite badly. Vet examined him and gave him some anti-inflammatory tabs. If not OK in a fortnight to bring him back and they'll X-ray his shoulder to establish if he has arthritis. Staff very friendly and helpful. Vets advice given freely. Very happy after a first visit.

Can't praise the staff here enough! Weve got a 20 week old puppy and they've been there right since the day we homed him. No question or advice has been too much, I never feel like I'm bothering them! Pup has just had a bad tummy episode and they gave me an appointment within 20 minutes, everytime we've been in staff are extremely friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone!

Brilliant, my Charlie dog was taken in for his first vaccination and then his second. I joined a program to spread payments monthly for the cost towards worming tablets and flea treatment and he had his toenails cut that scared him so much he did a poop. But he was ok. They were very lovely to him. Great vets. Was recommended by my friend who's dog also goes there. She also thinks they're great.

This is the first time I have used Kings Vets, and already I am so pleased with the service,a lady called Kerry answers the telephone and listened to me and I was so stressed about our poorly cat Syd, she got me in straight away. When I turned up today with poorly Syd she sent a nurse out to me to collect a very scared cat. I felt reassured with the nurse that collected Syd, I can see a massive difference with this surgery in comparison to Vets for Pets At Beaumont Leys, who haven't looked after Syds interests at all.

Took a baby deer here that had been hit by a car. Considering that it wasn't going to bring in any fees, genuinely impressed by kindness & caring of vet & nurses. Sadly (for all concerned) the deer didn't make it... 😥

My recent experience of Kings Veterinary Centre has been very positive. Rebecca is kind, caring, professional and very easy to talk to, she is a credit to the practice. The reception staff were very helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend Kings to anyone thinking of trying them.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I was previously registered with the other Syston vet and did not have the best experience. I am yet to physically take my dog to see the vet but I have found the reception staff really knowledgeable and appointments seem easily obtained.

Our first visit to their new practice. Covid regs meant we all had to wait in the car park until the vet came to collect our dogs and then bring them back to us and the lovely Jen brought the card machine outside so we could pay. As usual, the staff were smiling, reassuring and fantastically kind to the dogs. This is an absolute gem of a vets - we're very lucky to have them 😊

Fantastic team. Small location but always with a warm welcome and a smile. I cannot fault the vets at all who take an actual interest in your pets, spending time to keep them calm and relaxed. Because it is small there also isn't a huge amount of other animals to stress any nervy pets out. Highly reccomend.

Nice small vet clinic, reception was lovely! Relatively well priced. A+ in all areas except maybe a C for hygiene practice. Vet dropped a cotton ball on the floor and picked it up and cleaned our dogs open wound with it.

Took my hamster here due to him having a skin irritation; the lady on reception (Jen) was very welcoming and made a fuss over my hamster, and the vet I saw (sorry; didn't catch her name) was absolutely lovely and made me feel very at ease. I suffer with social anxiety and struggle when faced with things like this but she was very patient and calm with my hamster and me. The whole place is clean and bright and I would absolutely reccomend anyone bring their pets here.
