We have been taking our dogs to The Park vets since they were puppies, they’re now 9 year old puppies! This week one of them was suddenly very poorly, when I called the Vets I was able to get him seen within an hour. The reception staff were friendly and polite, as they always are. The vet didn’t keep us waiting long, she listened to us and fully examined our dog. She quickly put us at ease, she explained what was likely causing his symptoms, and prescribed medication. Blood tests were also needed and the vet called the following day with results and further put my mind at ease. This is an excellent Vet practice which I highly recommend.

Always so friendly and professional. Vet takes extra time with you and explains everything so clearly; puts me at ease every time. Reception staff also very friendly, super helpful and always try their best to get you booked in asap. I would recommend this practice to anyone; Whetstone is our local, but I’m sure the staff throughout Leicester are all lovely.

We have been with the Whetstone practice for years now and always had excellent care. We really value the Glenfield branch 24 hour service which we had to use in the past for a badly injured cat. It is good to know it is there.

I took dog in as an emergency, the staff were amazing, they were waiting for us when we arrived and took my dog straight in to the treatment room, I was kept fully upto date on what was being done, I couldn't recommend park vets whetstone enough.

Have been using this veterinary practise for over 20 years now with various pets, and have received very good service for the most part, barring one or two occasions with vets who have now left. Would recommend this practise. Receptionists are always polite and friendly, overall a decent vets.

Took my two dogs for Kennel Cough Vaccinations. The Vet, Alison, came to my car to help me bring my dogs into her surgery. So helpful. She did a thorough job checking my dogs over before their Vaccines were administered into their mouths. She also gave advice regarding their weight gain since their last visit.

We have been with Park Vets for the past 10 years with Tommy our ragdoll cat and always found them reliable. Unfortunately our last visit was not so good. Tommy needed a blood test which needed to be sent away. They were very quick to send the bill, but the blood test appeared to be lost in transit. So another test had to be done again. Obviously we were not at all happy. So we can only award the four stars. Thankfully we are not being charged again, unless a bill is sent which certainly would not be payed.

Good afternoon, My cat (Bounty) came in yesterday, and I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone that looked after him! He has had 2 traumatic experiences with other vets in the past where they have cut him during de-matting, which as you can imagine was just as traumatic for me as it was for Bounty ☹. I have never met such welcoming vets like yourselves, where you can see just how caring you all are! This is the first time I have been able to pick Bounty up from the vets, to take him home, and he is not stressed or upset at all, and I couldn’t be more grateful! You’ve all done a fabulous job & I’m so pleased with the outcome. Again, thank you for fitting him in so quickly, and looking after him 😊 you are definitely the only Vet’s that I will take Bounty to now, I can’t believe the difference you have all made. Outstanding Vet Care on Easter Sunday - our dear elderly hamster had rapidly deteriorated and our local veterinary practice in Market Harborough's ansaphone advised contacting Park Vets in Dominion Road. The receptionist was so kind and vet Susie Newton having thoroughly examined Harry, advised euthanasia. The care, compassion, friendliness and efficiency was exemplerary. Thank you so very much for helping us.

The practice is Covid-19 safe. The system has changed so you do not see the vet which is a concern but they are usually extremely professional in their approach. Your pet is collected and delivered back to you promptly and with care.

Previous vet knew my dog's issues, but went on maternity leave. She did hand over to another vet, who checked him out properly, took her time and made sure all was well. She offered me their deal, so he was vaccinated and I cdudnt have to pay consultation fee., which i really appreciated. Clean offices, friendly staff and has a wheelchair ramp.

I have been taking my dog here since he was a puppy - he's now 12. Every one has looked after him with total care. They have diagnosed illnesses that I hadn't even gone in about such as an imminently rupturing spleen, pancreatitus which involved a 2 day stay in their hospital. I have the utmost confidence in the vets abilities and that they really care and want to do the best for my dog. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

During current covid measures, we parked on the road as car park was full. Walked my dog around the local street for 15 mins untill we were called by staff member coming outside. Good distancing in place. Vet treated dog with care and put her at ease.

After rescuing 2 dogs from Leicester animal aid in March this year I was fortunate enough to not have to bring one of mine to the vets until now for a bit of conjunctivitis, I got an appointment that suited me quickly and was seen to by a lovely lady, sandys eyes are already clearing up after less than a day! I have booked a further appointment for a spay and will be coming here for any future appointments that are needed. Thank you 😊

The best vets ever... I even travelled from Norfolk to keep them as my main vet for many years. Sarah and Yvonne are wonderful on reception and Beverley the vet is so loving trusting and credible she always gives you reassurance. They're available at any time day or night...they might not be the cheapest but what price can you put on your most wonderful friend.
