We've just picked our two cats up from a ten day Christmas and New Year stay and they have had an absolutely fantastic time. Dawn was a pleasure to deal with both before and during their stay, arranged for us to visit before we booked to see the location and ensure we felt comfortable - The Haven is a wonderful and relaxing place, and our kitties Odie and Leo were relaxed and happy when we picked them up. We received photo and video updates during their stay which was really reassuring and they received plenty of love, cuddles and attention whilst they were there - as well as Christmas treats and their own stockings! We'll definitely be booking them in next time we need to go away.

Our boy Geralt stayed here with Dawn for the first time this week and he absolutely loved his stay! Dawn went above and beyond to reassure me when I was so upset dropping him off. We recieved photos and video updates that he was having a good time and we even picked a few meals from the available gourmet menu for him to make him comfortable (such a lovely touch) he was so well looked after and recieved treats, cuddles and plenty of attention 😊 thank you so much haven cattery! I would highly recommend to any cat mummy or daddy ! Xox

Our Luna stayed at the Haven luxury cat hotel this week for four days. Dawn is clearly a cat lover and a true professional. When we transitioned Luna on the day we were bit nervous as it was Lunas 1st time staying in a cattery, however Dawn made her welcomed straight away and went through all the inportant details. After myself and my wife left we felt Luna was in very good hands. Whilst we were away we recieved updates on how Luna was doing of photos and videos which where so lovely 😍 Luna is abit trimmed and shy but because of how amazing The haven luxery cattery were with Luna she was great and had the best time lots of fussies and treats. I would like too thank Dawn and her husband for looking after Luna and what truly amazing place you havry ou don't just looked after the cats but you do it as there your own and that's what truly counts thank you.

The Haven lives up to its name in every sense. Dawn and her husband look after your cat as if they were their own. The suites are all clean, tailored to your cat's needs and provide a wonderful view of the garden so they can see all the goings on, day and night. It was Ron's first time in a cattery since I rescued him and I was worried he would find it hard to settle, I was wrong. Dawn made sure he settled in all ok, felt at home and had endless hours of fuss. The daily updates of photos and videos meant that I could fully enjoy my holiday knowing that he was being well looked after. Thank you :)

Our 2 cats recently spent 10 days at The Haven Luxury cat Hotel and I couldn’t be happier . They were so well looked after I’m surprised they wanted to come home 😀 . Dawn sent us regular updates with videos and pictures and took the time to really get to know our cats . It was Tilly’s first visit and she is more timid than our other cat , Dawn took the time to allow Tilly to get used to her surroundings and she has definitely come home a relaxed and happy kitty . Very highly recommended and worth every one of the 5 stars .

We feel very lucky to have found The Haven for our cat, Bella. She has just spent her first week with Dawn and her husband and has clearly been very well looked after. We had regular updates and Bella immediately warmed to Dawn when I first dropped her off. The cat 'rooms' are very well kept, clean and are of lovely quality. The setting is peaceful and it is clear that Dawn and her husband both really love cats. We already have her booked back in for holidays next year. I can highly recommend using The Haven.

I have used many catteries over the years having owned cats all my life, never have I been so impressed with all the care and extra attention Dawn and her husband give to ensure your cat feels safe and well cared for while staying there. My cat stayed there for Christmas whilst we visited family up north, I received photos and videos so could see she was relaxed and eating well. She was given steamed fish and chicken and even came home with her new toys, which she loves. I will definitely be using Dawn again in the future, I was very impressed with everything 😊

The Haven is quite literally just that. The perfect place for my cat while I am away. Dawn and her husband made our cats first stay away relaxing and like a home from home. The Haven Luxury Cat Hotel is the most perfect cat hotel, Our fur babies, Molly & Alfie, both suffer from serious illnesses which can be triggered by stress and we were so worried about taking them to a cattery. We really had nothing to worry about, within 5 minutes they had settled right in and loving their luxury suite with full view of the beautiful gardens. Molly & Alfie took to the owners, Dawn & Rob, immediately, we received regular photos which reassured us they were relaxed and happy, in fact we were more concerned they wouldn't want to come home!!! We cannot rate Dawn & Rob and their amazing cat hotel high enough, Molly & Alfie can't wait to pack their bags and stay again 😻

After a bad experience with another cattery I thought I was never going to get a holiday again! But thankfully I found out about The Haven Luxury Cat Hotel, and after meeting them I new this was the right place. Dawn and Rob definitely go the extra mile to make cats feel safe. I was kept in the loop with how they were both settling in with pictures and messages. When I picked them up, Dawn even sent them home with their favorite toys and sleeping mats (Marshall won't leave his alone now lol)

The Haven Luxury Cat Hotel is so much more than a cattery. From our first visit it was clear how much the owners care about all the cats that are staying with them. They take the time to ask about all the cats needs and likes / dislikes. During our cats stay Dawn sent us photos of our cat relaxing and playing in his pen. We won't take our cat anywhere else now that he's stayed here.

The Haven is perfect and Dawn and her husband are the perfect people to run it. Changing catteries can be traumatic especially if you have high-maintenance cats like ours. But Dawn took all their foibles and daily meds in her stride and we returned to find relaxed and happy cats who were reluctant to leave their cat suites. This luxury cat hotel is spotlessly clean and beautifully organised. The cats get masses of attention and play and I received photos of my cats, from Dawn, during our holiday. Leave your cats here and you can have complete peace of mind while you’re away. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

What a fantastic cat hotel. Our two girls happily settled in and were pampered throughout their stay. The attention given to Pip and Squeak by Dawn and Rob made it a home from home for the cats. I cannot recommend more highly! Dawn knows everything about cats, and how to make them comfortable! I sent my cat over Christmas so that I wasn't worried about her, and I definitely wasn't! I had daily communication from Dawn, with photos, and she gave me updates as to how Lana was! Lana was also given a stocking for Christmas with some toys and Dreamies, and she even got to try turkey (although she's an odd cat and only eats biscuits!!). Would recommend here to anyone!
