We've been using The Park vets for years. The staff their are always so friendly. The practice is clean and well organised and if you have to make that horrible decision to have your pet put to sleep they go above and beyond to be kind and compassionate. We don't even live in the area any longer but still travel to go there because its so good.

Only aware of this practice due to the sudden loss of our dog Molly, I met my other half who had brought the dog as an emergency. I have to say that although I was too late to say goodbye to Molly the staff were absolutely brilliant especially the lady on the desk, they treated our old friend with such compassion and respect and we were not rushed when saying goodbye. A few days later absolutely unexpected we received a card from them with sympathies from all the staff which was very much appreciated, they completely looked after us from the moment my other half arrived to when I collected Molly's ashes. Amazing service and kindness I will never forget, cannot rate them highly enough. Thank you.

First used Park a couple of years ago to get a second opinion on a diagnosis from the practice I was currently using and had used for 20+ years. Was so impressed I transferred to them and have been going ever since. You can get same day appointments, the vets, nurses and reception staff are all welcoming whilst maintaining professionalism. I consider the pricing to be very competitive and don't get that feeling of being called back unnecessarily just to keep hiking up the bill. The place itself is spotless, easily accessible with plenty of car parking. Highly recommend.

When our greyhound decided that she wanted to be a cliché and chase a squirrel, only for the squirrel to bolt up the nearest tree, we found ourselves needing to get her stitched up. The vets were helpful, happy and understanding. Pocket (the aforementioned greyhound) was well cared for and all of the aspects of her treatment were explained to us clearly. The after care appointments were fun to go to as the staff remembered her. The vet nurse gave us some excellent advise about buster collars which led to the joy of trying to get a disgruntled longdog into a butchered pair of childrens joggers!

Luna is on life time medication and visits The Park Vet group each month,the Vets and staff are very caring and give you plenty of time to ask questions and clarify areas that I do not understand.The animal hospital in Glenfield leicester,is also second to none. Luna had been extremely poorly and at a critical stage,the hospital out of hours Vet was very caring and Luna was diagnosed quickly and put on the correct medication. Which saved Luna.
