c. b.Absolutely first class care. No other vet would risk surgery on our cat due to her breathing problems but surgeon here said yes !
Did operation straight away and removed a polyps from between nose and throat. CURED
Their care plan is good value too

Have had other procedures done here too and would recommend.

C.Was so worried about leaving Blu, the staff were all so caring and didn’t make me feel stupid for getting upset. D. P.Our dog had been very poorly the previous day which was a Sunday and was still not well on Monday. I was offered an appointment later in that day but was so worried that I asked if it was possible for an appointment sooner. I was offered an emergency appointment which I gratefully accepted. The vet was excellent, extremely knowledgeable and very reassuring. A great team.

It was our first appointment with your practice and I felt like we were the lucky ones to have it with Pablo! As a newbie cat mama I had lots of questions and Pablo explained everything in detail and made sure I actually understood the lingo. Very warm and gentle, made me and my Girl feel less stress and anxious about our first appointment. I was possibly more stressed then my kitten as I suffer from depression and anxiety and had withdrawn from social life a little bit, however Pablo attitude and young blond girl on the tills (sorry, didn’t catch the name) made me feel so at ease that I immediately ask if you are hiring by any chance 😀

The staff have always thoroughly and clearly explained every bit of information to me regarding my cat's care, and they've always been happy to answer to any questions (no matter how silly they seem). My cat received what can only be described as a 5* hotel experience after his procedure which I was very impressed with. More impressive was the fact that this is clearly their standard level of care rather than a one-off special treatment, which is amazing. I'd recommend any and every pet owner to register with this veterinary practice.

S. B.Absolute brilliant experience! Thank you so so so so much Javier for looking after our Cat. You went above and beyond in every aspect!! We brought our cat in after he had emergency treatment with another veterinary surgery not related to this surgery, over the weekend which we had weren’t happy with as the vet was non compliant.. But this is another story and pretty much a nightmare. Javier did everything he could to sort our cat out and give us as owners absolute reassurance!! 5 Star plus review from us and we are over the moon to call you our vet. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts xx

On my puppies 2nd vaccination visit, we met Rob who treated my pet with lots of genuine professional help. He also gave me all the advice I required. The first question he asked was, do I have any worries about the puppy? rather than just do the vaccination and let me go.
Honestly, this puppy REXY means a lot to me and to be able to get the relevant help and advice all in one place was very useful. He was also very patient and understanding towards the puppy.
Joe in reception was also friendly, helpful & informative.

M. H.The range of toys and pet living stuff us great. The actual store is very good with friendly and helpful staff however the vet is not quite so. It is very expensive and after going once them not having medicine in stock I had to go again the next day and had to pay £60 just to have an appointment to pick up the medicine. Vet is not very good. Overall great shop.
d. v.Today we had to face the heartbreak of having our beautiful cavalier King Charles spaniel put to sleep. The caring nature of all the staff was amazing and made our final moments with our pooch more bearable. They took fur clippings for our children and left us alone with him afterwards to say our final goodbyes. They said we could have as much time as we needed. They were so loving with him also. We already miss him so much but know that he received the best care until the end. Thank you

A.My dog does not like strangers therefore can be quite aggressive the vet was very nice I do not have a problem with him I do feel he is a little bit soft and needs to be a lot firmer with aggressive dogs as they can smell fear. Iv never had a problem when taking my dog 2 other vets they muzzle him and get the job done I just feel the vet I saw was a little soft.
