Staff here are friendly, and vets are knowledgeable and reassuring. Excellent place, and staff do appear to try make things easy. There is a really crazy policy at the moment though: those waiting for appointments are asked to wait downstairs, even though there is an ample waiting area upstairs. There were two of us, plus pets, waiting for our appointments at the bottom of the stairs, when this could have easily (and more safely) be done upstairs. Alternatively, we could have been informed beforehand to call ahead, and wait in our cars. Waiting at the bottom of a set of stairs, near the PetsAtHome counter doesn't make sense

Very reassuring knowledgeable staff. I trust them with my beloved cats and that is saying a lot! We had an emergency and they did everything they could for my cat and us. They explained everything very well and put me at ease during such a stressful time. Thank you guys!

Hate to rate it low, the staff is really nice however I've been waiting for over 10 months now for my cat's vaccination, there still no communication or update on when we can get it 😓

Huge thank you for seeing our Roxie x Appointment made on the day, all questions and concerns answered, vaccinations and health check given although appointment wasn’t for another week. Nothing was too much trouble. All staff were really friendly. A truly great first experience at the vets for a 1st time new fur baby momma ☺️

Nurse was brilliant at calming my 2 very anxious cats, she had a handy tool to administer the worming tablet to my cat after I had failed to administer it at home 6 times. She gave me some brilliant advice and recommendations to improve the health and wellbeing of my 2 overweight cats. Only thing that annoyed me was the yappy dog in the waiting room causing my anxious cat further distress, but I'm fully aware that nothing could be done to prevent this so it has not affected my responses or scores, overall very satisfied with the service and experience.

Everyone is so friendly and happy to help. I’ve never struggled to get my pet in for an appointment despite the pandemic. Brilliant care plan options that make care really affordable. Also love the text reminders!! And got a follow up call after his op to make sure he’d recovered well. Honestly can’t fault them

Had to change vets after my Shar Pei fell out with the previous vet and I was nervous of her meeting the new vet, but the staff were great and the vet was very understanding and formed an immediate bond with my dog. Value for money was great, roughly a third the price of her last consultation and treatment, which was done remotely, in a car park! I'm so impressed with her new vet and the Health Plan she's now on. Would highly recommend it.

Absolutely fantastic, my regular vet who I've used for over 30 yrs couldn't see one of my cat's who has sustained a bite and then an abscess, he was seen given the correct medication and now is really well and happy! Many thanks to all!

Always a good service, although forgot to pack a small tin of cat food. Rang store but said couldn't see, but was never asked who served me as I am sure they would have remembered. Sometimes feel rushed when doing own packing and easily done.

It has changed massively since the last time I went there, it now features a pet grooming area which I was tempted to use for my dog and it has such a great range of products available definitely recommended popping in to look

A great friendly atmosphere which made me and my dog feel at ease. Nothing was too much trouble even when I got a little confused over the medications to give my dog. The vet was happy to explain to me again until I knew what I had to do for my dog. Th care and compassion shown by the staff was eminent and genuine. I have changed my vets permanently to Vets 4 Pets now and I am glad as nothing is too much trouble for them. I therefore recommend them to anyone.

Really happy with the service from vets4pets. They have always been available when needed and very helpful, caring and professional. The receptionists are also always very helpful and polite . I find the pricing reasonable compared with some vets and the pet plan is a worth every penny.The waiting area and consultation rooms are always clean and tidy.

I have ticked some as N/A as such things are as they are ,i do not know to compare value,my Evie is recovering, and unexpectedly doesnt look a lot different inspite of the tissue that was removed, the stitching is most excellent, old Mr Bell could not have done better and he was one of the best there is. And way i was/am treated as a gay neurologically physically disabled person was most excellent unlike the current takeover at bb&b who are quite shameful these days, treatment of myself was appalling if Mr Bell is passed on he will be spinning in his grave. Now he is or was a gentleman.

We took our new puppy here, one of the main attractions to come to this vets was the fact they are open on sundays for no extra charge. The team is very professional, the vet (?Mark?) was very good with our little dog at his first vaccination, and the nurse James was really good and re-explained some of the information the vets gave us on our first visit at the second vaccination, which was very helpful as there was so much information. I was very nervous about getting neutering operation booked, but I feel a lot better now I have met and getting to know the team. Thank you.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Had a cat living in my garden with three kittens. Ended up homing the kittens and taking mother cat in. Wanted to get mother cat neutered to prevent more kittens. Vets4Pets work closely with cats protection and helped with the process which we really appreciated.

Can't fault the care received but wasn't impressed when I realised they had a mark up of over 150% on the cream dispensed. I seem to see a growing trend on massive overcharging for vet services across the board...I think this should be addressed and regulated as it's getting out of hand and preys on the insecurity of all loving pet owners who work are not on benefits but earn low wages
