I had Beth out to my unhandled shetland filly to microchip and passport her, Beth was very calm and collected and didn't rush me when the pony didn't want her rope on. She was sympathetic yet effective and it was done with minimal distress to my pony. Beth was happy to answer any questions I had in detail and was very professional in doing so. My first visit out since I registered with these vets and have been totally put at ease that my horses are in good hands! :)

Above and beyond our expectations, as we were away from home and we needed emergency treatment for one of our Labradors. Twice actually they managed to squeeze us in promptly and we received straight forward, no nonsense treatment and advice. Thank you so much for taking care of Lottie. Love Jeff. Nothing is too much of a problem. Always fits me in the same day. My horses are so relaxed around him. Never beats around the bush. Straight talking. Straight to the point. The animals always come first. Wish all vets were like him. Would reccomended him to anyone

Jeff came to vet a horse I was hoping to buy. The owners were a nightmare but Jeff was wonderful, he was professional and honest. He gave me extremely good advice. The owners were in denial that their horse was lame in both back legs. We walked away.
