We had to say farewell to our beloved Labrador, Hugo earlier this week and Clare and the rest of the people at Lincvet were extremely sympathetic and helped us through our very difficult time. Hugo lay on the floor (big dog) with us stroking him and just fell asleep. Many thanks to Lincvet and thanks for the lovely card.

just had my kitten neutered and had a very lovely experience, whilst sat in the waiting area, i could hear the receptionist on the phone and she was being really lovely and friendly and as helpful as she could. as soon as the operation was over i got a phone call keeping me fully informed and when i picked him up aftercare was thoroughly explained. all the staff i interacted with were friendly despite it being a rather busy day and my kitten is feeling right as rain already

Grateful for their help after my dog was attacked in the city centre whilst visiting on hols from Merseyside. They treated and stitched her up within 2hrs of arriving despite me not being registered with them. All staff were very friendly. Would recommend them based on my limited experience with them.

Very nice staff, always happy to help and support you on an extremely tough afternoon, our dog was very poorly....you can probably read between the lines a bit there but the staff were very compassionate and let us both go in so we could be with her. Absolutely ❤ broken!

Staff are so friendly and helpful. I must have asked 3 times when my pets worm/flea was due (I kept forgetting) and every time they were so helpful and kind. Had to use the delivery service for latest meds, so easy to arrange, emails were responded to quickly and the call to take payment was again, another one of their kind friendly staff. By far the best staff in the area, both reception and medical staff.

The vets and nurses here are really lovely and always explain things again if needed. I've taken my cat and dog who are both members of the health club as well. The reminder texts are really handy, and I've always been able to get an appointment when needed. They now offer an emergency service as well.

I have been visiting this vet for several years, all of my rescued kitties have had their little grown up ops here as has my rescue staffie, I've had sad times with them with my older boy and they were so good with me. I can honestly say I would never use a different vet . And there is a closer one but all of the people who work there are fantastic.

Very friendly and caring service. They have looked after our car at short notice. Reception staff are very welcoming. Very reassuring. Waiting are is small, as is the car park. But given the central location having a car park at all is impressive. I would recommend them.

We taken a fair few emergencies here and have always been pleased with the standard of care taken. Each of our cats has been neutered/spayed here too for the last ten years and we’ve never had a single complaint to make.

Cat had some issues and they helped us as much as they could given current circumstances. Really friendly and explained everything and how to use the medication we needed. Would have rated 5 star, but the parking at the Friars Lane is very problematic, not many spaces for visitors.

Honestly the best vets I've ever been to! Such a shame we moved out of the area. They're all so caring and don't try to sell you anything you don't need - a rare find for a vets. They really looked after my little puppy when he had his operation & jabs. It's one of the few things I miss from Lincoln having such a loving pets. They say you don't know what you're missing until it's gone and this is very true with this vets. Best vets ever!!!

A first class vetinary practise. The staff are all exceptional. They really are extremely professional. They have looked after our cat, who has an ongoing problem, with such care I can't speak highly enough of them. Five stars isn't enough.

After being with a well known vets within a pet store and having a bad experience we decided to go with Lincvet. We was so pleased we did, they are so friendly and helpful. The vets them selfs seem like they actually know what they are talking about and again very friendly and helpful. I have in fact all ready told people how good a service we get here at Lincvet. The only thing I would love to see them do is there own out of hours instead of going all the way to the other side of the city. Apart from that well worth changing vets. Keep up the good work.

I have used LincsVet for a year with my rats and they have always been great. Yesterday I had to have one of my older boys put to sleep. Staff handled the situation so well and were really lovely and made me feel at ease.

Clean and friendly vets, reception staff are great and quick to assist. Love the separate areas for cats and dogs to avoid stress for pets. Only downside is the limited parking area.

This bit of the practice is a little difficult to get to if you're on the fringes of the city. Not a lot of parking area, although there is a small forecourt. The inside has recently been refurbished. The vets are kind and considerate, as I recently lost one of my cat's and they couldn't have been more caring. There are other branches in Birchwood and Wragby Road.
