We love going to this vet service. Our fur babies really enjoy going. The staff are friendly and really make a fuss of animals that go in. It is s really is a nice experience for both pet and owner. Keep it up pet vet! ☺️

We had a really good experience with this Vets, the waiting room has seperate seating for cats and dogs which I must say is really well thought of. Our visit was for our two little 10 week old kittens first check up and the Vet Olivia who we saw and administered their first vaccinations was lovely, and genuinely cared about our little two. We thoroughly recommend using these vets!

We use the pet vet for our 3 beautiful fur babies. The vets, Sam, Olivia, Emily were absolutely amazing with our beautiful baby who sadly passed away in May. This kindness and consideration shown to us and our beautiful fur baby was heart warming. When we return with our other dog the pet vet team remembered our lost baby and looked after us so well. This team is a credit to Lincoln veterinarian circle and we highly recommended the whole team to look after your beautiful babies.

Every single vet at this practice cares so much about their profession and providing the best possible care for all animals that come through the door. I came to them for a second opinion after finding a lump on my dogs chest and having it dismissed by my usual vets. Victoria recommended a short procedure to get it checked out which I’m so glad I did and my dog is now having treatment that will save her life. I have since switched to this practice and I cannot recommend The Pet Vet enough & I hope they have all the success in the world because they truly deserve it - thank you 🤩

I was quite impressed by the interior.plenty of space to separate the pets. Staff at front were friendly and interested in my pet Budgies.The Vet was knowledgeable and was nice to chat to ,about my birds.I had changed from my former vet's to try them , on the whole, will go back as when I need too. Really happy so far with the Pet Vet. Booking appointments is easy and the staff are so lovely. We took out the pet plan which means we get a discount on services and toys. The Kong toys are the only ones that last more than a week with our puppy!

I cannot say enough praise for this vets,super modern and the staff from the receptionists to the nurses and vets themselves amazing unfortunately my guinea pig had to be put to sleep and it was done in such a respectful kind caring manner...any problems with my piggies in future I wouldn't go to any other vets..RIP little man

What a fantastic vet to have your pet registered with! The whole team are so welcoming and the facilities are fantastic, from the separate cat and dog waiting areas and the quiet seating room for those that are nervous (which is brilliant as my dog isn’t keen on cats) to the technology available to the vets onsite. We went to the open day where we met vets Sam, Liv and Emily who are so friendly, caring and knowledgeable. We’ve been in for our free first consultation with vet Sam who was so good with my dog, who can be a bit nervous as she’s only young. I can safely say that my dog is happy to go to the Vets and I would highly recommend The Pet Vet.

We made our first visit to The Pet Vet with our three Chihuahuas for health checks and vaccinations. The location is great, parking is super easy and on entering you can tell straight away that it has been designed with both pet and owner in mind. Our vet Sam was absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly. We were lucky to have been given a little tour and were blown away with the “behind the scenes” aspect of the practice. From the light and airy patient rooms to the advanced surgical facilities it all felt very relaxed and “zen”. We are so glad to have Sam and the facilities of The Pet Vet. Thank you.

This is a lovely vets practice. My dog Whitby enjoys going in for appointment s as they always have time to make a fuss of her. They seem less focused on getting you to do unnecessary things and more focused on what my dog needs.

I would like to highly recommend Dr Olivia Mawson at The Pet’s Vet. I have a young Labrador-Cross dog and a 7/yr old cat. She has helped me on so many occasions when making decisions regarding hip dysplasia, raw food vs dry food, feline skin disorders and many more. I can honestly say that on each occasion, I have received an immediate, in-depth, wise and professional response.

As owners of a Kennels & Cattery, having good vets on standby at all times is a must, also for our own pets, we registered with them about a month ago when our border collie had a very nasty accident on a Sunday, we contacted them around 2.30pm unregistered at this point, we took him straight up, bearing in mind they close at 3pm, they took him straight in & started work on him, the vet & nurse caring for him stayed until we went to pick him up at 6.30, the nurse left at about 18.40, whilst the vet Olivia stayed to explain exactly what she’d done & why, went through the aftercare, then before we got Buddy our dog we had a full tour of the hospital. It’s amazing we never felt rushed & any questions we had were fully explained. We actually left the vet at 19.45 on that Sunday, that vet was nearly 5 hrs late going home, total care & dedication. Buddy has now made a full recovery, Thank you so much Olivia, not forgetting the rest of the team, nurses & receptionists a truly amazing bunch. Will recommend all day long, the kind of practice Lincoln has been lacking for sometime. Again thank you all

Have now had both one of my Guinea Pigs and all three dogs seen by Sam and the team. They are really attentive and fantastic with the animals. The vets talk to you and involve you in decisions and I haven’t once felt lie, an income stream as you can at other veterinary practices. Highly recommended.

First real visit here with our dogs. Both are now 8 and their free health check was a great option. One of our lads is very vet squeamish but the vet was very understanding. Had to find a vet yesterday Sunday for my elderly cat who was distressed and in a lot of discomfort .Rang The Pet Vet got booked in by caring Receptionist .Arrived, from walking in the door I felt very welcomed ,the vet Sam then greeted me carried my cat into consultation room and was extremely knowledgeable, polite , gentle and caring with my cat and explain choices of treatment .I felt the welfare of my cat and I were really important to him. I took my cat today for follow up appointment fortunately she is so much more comfortable ,again I was treated and my cat with such a caring nature from Sam a proper gentleman who also is going the extra mile looking into something else for me .When I came to pay I was so shocked as it was Sunday ,my first consultation was free just paid for medication my follow up appointment was really reasonable very competitive price . For a vet to open on a Sunday and charge a standard consultation fee is outstanding ,as I believe first consultation free at the moment is an offer they have at the moment . I feel a sort of piece of mind knowing I have access to a local good vet seven days a week at reasonable prices . Thank you so much for your help Sam and I must just add their reception team are first class .

Lovely welcoming staff! All of which put our little George at ease (he’s very shy and not great with new people normally). We popped in to register George as this is a new practice and everyone was so helpful. From the point of walking in to the moment we left all were great. I took my lovely ex-racer greyhound in to see Dr Emily and she took such good care of him! He had his full MOT, xrays of his poorly leg and she sorted out his nasty rotten teeth! 10/10 will be bringing him back for his boosters!
