Everyone who came in to contact with our old boy Eric the Cat were very loving and gentle towards him and he wasn't at all unhappy to be there. I am so grateful they helped my baby even if it was a claw issue. I had to leave the room whilst the vet and nurse sorted out the sore part as I hate seeing my baby in pain. He is much happier now so I am very grateful.

Exceptional service from the phone call enquiry, through to our first appointment for our puppy. We couldn't have wished for anything more. Reception were very knowledgeable, informative, friendly and professional. The vet was an absolute delight and Kim our puppy was immediately calm and at ease and didn't even flinch when the injection was administered. We were given all the information and time to consider it and plenty of time to ask any questions we may have. 10/10 would highly recommend.

This was our first visit. The receptionist was professional and friendly. Our appointment was on time. The Vet was wonderful with our twelve year old Border Collie and he put my husband and I at ease too. His examination of Ellie was thorough and he answered all of our questions in a way that we could understand and I would definitely recommend.

I was very worried as my dog was not her usual self, the vet did a full examination and assured me she was ok. She had a small problem with her right front leg (I assume a small sprain of some sort), which she was given an injection for. She also seemed to have a full stomach (I assume she was a little constipated), I told the vet we were giving her something, which the vet said was fine. My dog is fine now and back to her normal self.

We registered with Vets 4 Pets during lockdown as they were willing to vaccinate our rescue dog. As the surgery is no where near where we live, we had every intention of moving Maggie one things opened up again. However, we aren’t going anywhere! The vets, nurses and reception staff all go out of their way to help and all genuinely care about your pet. They have been wonderful and for that reason the longer journey is worth it!

If it wasn't for this vets my 2 year old dog wouldn't be here. At 10 months old he got meningitis which I never thought dogs could get. My dog was really ill . Thanks to the vet David and his quick thinking our fur baby is sill here. Staff are lovely all really caring and helpful. First vets I've been in where I haven't been ripped off. Staff handed over my cats prescriptions and explained what it was and also organised my cats vaccination card to be signed as I had forgotten it on my previous visit. Nothing was too much trouble.

The Vet and receptionist were really nice. After Soxs visit, eventhough the reason why we went, had cleared up. It was treat time, we got a few...not keen on any clothes. Outside was a homeless or so it would but allegedly he has a flat and turns up early to beg for money. We were warned that he can be rude and aggressive to people. Just letting you know...but otherwise successful trip.

The vet came out to speak to me about the vaccination as with my cat being an indoor cat she gave me the option of the leukemia vaccine or not. We opted for yes when I told her about my cat going into a cattery so we decided it would be best just incase. Also as I wasn't in the room with the cat, she was highly anxious and they worried about her heart so used a calming spray for her which was great.

I have used the Lincoln South branch of Vets for Pets since January but apart form routine appointments I had never had to go in for anything else. This was until last Friday. We adopted a new kitten and it turned out he was very sick. Unfortunately he had to be put to sleep. Vets for pets have been amazing throughout this horrible time. The kindness and love they showed my kitten, Ragnar, and the compassion they showed myself and my husband was very much appreciated and helped make a horrible time a little more bearable. They have helped me since as I had a request which they fulfilled straight away. I've phoned them up again as I'm worried about my other cat and they were so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They explain everything fully and reassure me that my concerns are valid given what's happened and said to ring back at any time. I would recommend this branch to anyone. I don't write reviews as often as I should but credit where it's due, I can't put into words how grateful I am for their help. Unfortunately I can't remember specific names as it's been a bit of a whirlwind but all the receptionists, vets and nurses I've spoken to have been so compassionate and understanding. Thank you

Even though it is emergency appointments due to the pandemic, the reception staff were very polite and helpful over the phone. I had a phone appointment with the vet who went through everything as thoroughly as I would expect if I took my dog into the practice. Medication was prescribed and brought to my car quickly in line with currently regulations. Very satisfied.

I have used Vets4Pets lincoln south for the care and treatment of all 4 of my rabbits. On every occasion, the reception staff have been really welcoming and shown a real interest in my 4 buns and also myself. The nurse and vet I have seen on previous visits have all been really friendly, welcoming, display a good level of knowledge around rabbits and are really caring and compassionate. I have yet to find a fault in any of my experiences, with all the staff going above and beyond.

Most of the vets are friendly, some can be a bit snappy but I imagine it being a very stressful job. Helpful and quick with appointments. Quite expensive though.

We were slotted in at the near end of the normal working day, reception staff were caring to our needs, nurse very helpful. The star of the night was the vet. She took my wife through our options and then repeated them to me separately. We came up with a plan that was okay and had an X-ray appointment following morning, but thankfully. This wasn't needed in the end. Elsa passed four stones in her first poo and a further 2 stone thereafterwards. She is now fully recovered.

Very good vets would recommend to anyone. If it wasn't for this vets my dog wouldn't be here. My dog at 10 months old got meningitis , which is rear. Thanks to vet David and his caring team I'm lucky we still have a dog . His now 2 years old and made a full recovery. And they do not rip you off . 100% happy and they are open 7 days a week which is really helpful! !!!!!!

My dog was involved in an incident that was very traumatic for him and us as his owners. All staff were very professional and supportive in what was a very traumatic experience. They were brilliant with my dog when he was in an awful lot of pain and very sympathetic to us too. Without their brilliant service, I don't want to imagine what could have happened. A great place , Lucy (dark hair) is in the perfect job, she has a lovely gentle way with our dog who is a nervous, shy little fellow.. but she does her absolute best to put him at ease. She makes a nervy situation much calmer. Very understanding. She’s fantastic at her job! I’ve given 4* because as usual we waited half an hour longer than our given appt time.
