This was my cat's Phobos first experience and, although he's a very shy and skittish cat, the owner tried to do everything to make him comfortable. My cat was well fed and sweet as usual when we picked him up, and I'm sure the second experience would be even more comfortable.

We been with this cattey for over 20yrs we would never go to anyone else Stan is now our friend he loves animals very caring he goes out of his way to make sure your cat or dog is happy first time we introduced smitten the kitten he was very stressed so was Stan walking up down with in his arms just give a cuddle only for Stan we would lost smitten he had a blockage in bladder and Stan told us we collected him took to our vet he had operation to relive the blockage second time it happened we found out he was abandoned by owners his sister and mother when we adopted him form animal sanctuary he never got over it produces crystle in his bladder he on meds now to relive the stress and special veterinary food to stop it only for Stan we wouldn't of known he been twice to cottage kenals he always come back happy healthy we won't use anyone one else you can go enjoy your holiday and your beloved pet enjoy theirs his prices our very reasonable also he always fit you in thank you Stan

Been using this kennels and cattery for a few years now. Stan has always looked after our cat Rossi and my daughters cat and dog. Never had an issue here all our pets have been well looked after, would recommend to anyone

From the outside, this place does look a little basic and in need of a refresh. However, Stan keeps it spotlessly clean and one of the our cats was so comfortable it tried to stay there. The cats were obviously well cared for / fed etc. So would thoroughly recommend this place and we'll use them again.

Highly satisfied! This was a first for me and my cat Karma. As soon as i got him back i could tell he was very well taking care of. The owner was very nice and calm while i was starting a panic attack:)) took a lot of toys for him to feel comfortable. And the best part is Karma.s not traumatized, after one day he was back to normal. Was really afraid of that considering he.s a house cat and this was a big change for him. Absolutely no complaints! Boarded my cat here, it's the first time she has had any experience of this (or myself for that matter) we have always used a house sitter in the past. I didn't know what to expect or how my cat would react as she a very nervous cat, the kennel area was clean and there was no lingering smell that I was expecting, they appeared secure. The owner was very reassuring and flexible with drop off and pick up, I was given feedback re her stay which I found reassuring, I now have more confidence for future use and expectations, As previously stated it can be difficult to find on the first visit as it is set in a farming area but the owners directions where great as my sat nav didn't take me all the way. Have been using this cattery for about 6 months. Only found it by chance but what a stroke of luck it was. A bit difficult to locate first time around but is fairly easy to find after that. Very reasonable rates and my cat oscar always seems to come home spoiled rotten. Have booked more stays for my cat and won't be going anywhere else. The owner is a really nice, helpful guy who does his best to help if you have any problems or questions.

Really great service, Luna came back happy and healthy and the pick up/drop off service made all the difference. Very reasonable rates and Stan really knows his stuff and how to look after the animals. Would highly recommend!

This is a great kennels - lots of space, clean and lovely places for dog walking. I have just collected my (very nervous) dog, Maisy, this morning after leaving her in kennels, for the first time, over a two week period. She was happy, content and clearly enjoyed her time there. After previously looking at some kennels - this is definitely the best I have found - I shall definitely be using them again in the future. What was particularly helpful was that the owners of the kennel were extremely flexible and helpful. Maisy says thank you!!!

Have used this many many times dogs and my cats are well cared for. The dogs come back happy and muddy......and cats dont see. Bothered or show any stress, nice guy knows his stuff and is very reasonable will continue to use again and again.

Slightly difficult to find...... but well worth it. Tucked away surrounded by fields with great views and walks. The owner was very helpful and flexible with drop off/pick up. Definitely be using again.
