Reviews of Liverpool (Kirkdale) PDSA Pet Hospital
S.
Love this place, thanking every single one of you for taking care of Domino. Will continue to donate to PDSA! Thank you!!
R. B.
My experience at the PDSA has been wonderful. Being on benefits they have given me the peace of mind knowing that they will do what is best for my cat and I have happily been able to give donations on each visit. I trust them implicitly!! Thank you
B. “. 1.
Great service and all polite and respectful, gave me puppy his jab and checked his health which was spot on, and can't fault the PDSA for what they do to help with your pets, great and friendly staff
D. B.
This is a must in evey town, country and city across the UK, it's an amazing place if your on a low income and budget and have a pet, donations are a must, I recommend this place to every pet owner, just donate what ever you can, it help them to help you and your pet.
J. M.
Made a appointment, was seen quickly, vets, kind and friendly, although they can't do everything my dog will need, they are offering the best care available to him at this time ( covid)I will gladly make a donation wish I could give more.
M. M.
Fabulous charity and the only gripe is they pick and choose who needs help ... There are millions of people who are on low incomes who get no support from system and would benefit from help more than those on benefits. They should means test every person like showing monthly income, etc. Should never turn ay a sick animal based on funding they should find a way of bringing in income from all who want to use the hospital. When I was working to wanted to use this and pay so to support but was refused. I was also at one time on low income and on desperate need and was refused. This time I lost my business through COVID and I qualified but still gave donation I couldn't afford. They only do set services and not the full service as COVID is a continued excuse. The attitude os staff I have found to be varied . However, the help they do give to those fortunate to qualify and receive, is very good and they have saved many lives. This is to be thanked. We need pet hospitals for ALL that does not discriminate. Should find a way of how income can be made to benefit all and have pdsa hospitals on all areas.
J. W.
Very caring staff looked after our Rufus and truly helped him out. Many thanks
J. C.
Excellent service and the staff was so caring and lovely. Would recommend anyone who has a pet to go to the PDSA and I would definitely pay full price for my dogs to be seen by the vets there.
J. O.
I didn't attend the pet hospital my self but my cat, Taschio, unfortunately did. I say Unfortunately because he was hit by a car and had to have his whole left leg amputated.
FORTUNATELY, Kirkdale PDSA was there to help where others wanted money up front. I intend to make a few donations when I can to say a heartfelt thank you to the staff there and Cat Protection volunteers. Please help these selfless agencies if you can.
PS, Taschio is on the mend and all through this horrible event never lost his appetite. So that's good.. Thanks again Kirkdale PDSA.
N. F.
Super, these people's are amazing, skipper is happy thanks to Pdsa kirkdale.
s. c.
Seen a lovely lady vet. Very grateful of the psda for taking care of people's animals always been able to speak to someone on the phone
A. J.
An amazing charity, my dog has had two major operations here and both times I was able to to make a donation which takes the pressure off panicking to find huge amounts of money. I allways donate as much as I possibly can as without these donations we would lose this fantastic service.
W. F.
so friendly and helpful, services so detailed, staff and vets are trully outstanding
D. W.
These people do an amazing job, please donate a couple of Quid to keep things going 🙏
M. C.

J. D.
Pdsa are an amazing association I don't know we're I'd be without them and everyone should give as much as they can they get no government funding, they save our furbabies
C. G.
absolutely fantastic tonight with my dog, squeezed in an appointment for us and done all treatment needed, thank you all
R. C.
All staff are welcoming friendly. Vets tell you how it is, and so understanding.
Sadly l left today with very bad news.
Lost my mate.
P. G.
Could never thank you enough for saying my bulldogs life thank you pdsa Kirkdale
D. K.
I don't know what I would have done over the years if this place didn't exist, that staff here are always so helpful and caring an the vets are so dedicated.
J. D.
I had my dog put to sleep and the vets were so kind and patient and very caring a
G. S. E.
Long wait to pick up medication. First time here so wasn't sure what to expect. To be fair there were a lot of people collecting meds & the staff were trying to get through them efficiently.
M. R.
Great place to treat your pets, very friendly.
c. s.
Visited P.D.S.A. with the cat. Virus infection. Vet was great, and all the staff. No cost, but made a donation.
C. H.
Perfect service my cats are feeling very well
R. L. T. L. O. A.
Staff are always lovely and helpful. No judgement for not being able to contribute yet. They were so grateful when I arrived a week later with a small donation.
R. M.
Long waiting times but staff are very professional and capable
T. W.
Caring and considerate staff. Everyone makes you feel welcome and cared for with your pets.
You can make a voluntary donation so long as you're eligible and still these vets just keep giving..
#. M. C.
Gave the best treatment to us while having to make the hardest desicion to have my dog put to sleep. Thank you for making it as stress free as posable. Sad time but he went with dignity 💔❣️
P. J.
Today we had to let our beautiful cat Sassy go for her big sleep.
Staff were so professional and very compassionate. Even to go as far as to sit with me when I was in a mess crying. It was greatly appreciated.
Thank you all at the Kirkdale PDSA.
Xxx
C. G.
Hi i would like to thank all the staff has they do a fab job, you were great with me and my princess lulu, when I was there I seen how hard you all work, I know that you need more money, and you need more kitchen paper, so come on Liverpool help this fab charity, with kitchen paper, I'll be getting some and thank you so much you were my Angeles that day so a big thanks from me and if lulu could say thank you she would so thanks and keep up the good work
l. i.
I had to take my lady to be put to sleep, they were very good with me and her.
E. C.
The staff here are wonderful and attentive you your pets. But due to not taking any non emergency cases even some animals slip through and get alot sicker then can be treated.
K. G.
Lovely.clean .staff very helpful.been treating my dog a few yrs now he need his meds.
H. O.
Daughters dog was I'll and they were ok. But beware of the queues, she stood for nearly 2 hours waiting for script, could do with a window to pass the tabs through. Just a thought
G. G.
Giving hospitals star ratings may not be totally appropriate so I will focus only on the facilities and the staff. It is a very clean venue with constant cleaning operations in place. Much more than in human hospitals in my opinion. The staff were friendly and polite and even though they see worried owners all the time with similar problems with their companion animals, each animal receives the most thorough care and attention. No charge is made for treatment and if cost is an issue for medication or investigations then they will happily waive them. This is a place that is full of love and dedication.
M. B.
Excellent treatment of animals. Fantastic vets don't give up on any animal. My dog was really poorly but they operated on him twice in a couple of days and saved his life. I have nothing but praise for all the staff.
J. S.
The staff were really lovely. My visit, however, was not a happy one. My much-loved little buddy had to be put down. They couldn't have been nicer, checking him over and giving me the bad news.
J. G.
Following guidelines to a good standard. Staff were mostly welcoming. The vetinary nurse (blond hair) was very professional and comforting considering my cat had to get put down, I really appreciate everything she done for me that day, she helped make a horrible situation bareable so thank you!
K. M.
Friendly staff, always do their very best to assist you
From reception to the vets themselves.
P. M.
Due to Covid 19, I was not in a position to seek help from our usual vet practice infact are normal vetinary practice was too put off by the virus and kept putting me off, so for the first time ever, after 25 years of owning pets, I sought help and advice from the PDSA, they where professional and caring, understanding and most of all 'they understood!' We thought out 10 year old DDB (Dogue De Bordeaux) who have a life span of 5 to 8 years, had dislocated her left hock, sadly was not the case, I paid £130 pound expecting her to have an operation and come back to us, within two hours they phoned and advised it was Osteosarcoma, what we thought was a dislocation was a tumour, we brought her home and spent a few more weeks with her, when we had to say goodbye (for the record the PDSA refunded me £110 pound), sadly due to covid, we could not stay with her but the PDSA nurses held her and gave us time with her and afterwards, that was in January, sadly in May this year her 11 year old sister sufferred congestive heart failure, once again during these hard times the PDSA where there, once again I could not be in the room to say goodbye and hold my girl but the nurse and vet assured me they where not alone, going in after death to see they had placed a pillow under her head and a blanket over her body, showed me they cared. Previously other vets have pts my older dogs, had nurses hold them in headlocks to be pts and then told me they would of passed without the needle within hours, 'so how would you like to pay?'! Seriously, When I get back on my feet when the world goes back to normal, the PDSA I will always be grateful too and make sure I donate too! I am sorry at the time of dealing with my fur babies loss I wasnt in a position to post earlier but I really do want to thank the staff, the nurses and vets at Kirkdale for your compassion and understanding! Run Free Sasha and Skye! Rainbow Bridge is where you can wait until we meet again xxx
P. C.
Appointment ONLY. My cousins dog was diagnosed over the phone, but had to pay a visit to pick up tablets exellent and professional service and staff.
L. E.
Lovely vets and really love the animals they look after
J. B.
Despite coronavirus they are doing their best, they were very helpful on the phone.
L. W.
Brilliant with my little chi and helped out inan emergency I'm with a vets but couldn't get an appointment fablous
j. e. h.
Very good service highly recommend. . Always helpful team. May cats Says THANK YOU FOR TAKING CARE OF MY CATS. MANY THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.
Y. C.
Love this place because the staff are brilliant! My 3 pets are registered here, always felt they have my pets best interest at heart. Yes you might have to wait a while but so what when you're only making a donation that is probably a tenth of what a private vet would charge. I totally respect the staff here. They put up with a lot of grief from some people and are so busy all the time. I know my pets are safe in their hands.
J. H.
My gizzy had teeth out the vets and staff very caring, with my little dog
A. W.
As ever, the vet took great care of my dog & took the time to explain everything to me. Social distancing was adhered to & everywhere was sprayed & wiped down with afterwards. Massively grateful to the PDSA. Donation given 👍
N. J.
Kind and friendly place a much needed community vet
h. m.
Essential help for fur friends when needed and money's tight. They do a great job and are not appreciated enough
T. W.
Amazing organisation and the help they give
L. C.
All staff were brilliant from reception to vet's,they were very patient and understanding and gave me the best care and advice from beginning to end... these vets are amazing,be prepared to wait a while in these times and remember BE KIND.
M. K.
Unfortunately on arrival, the pdsa was shut for training, but once we where seen to, the vet put my mind at rest
P. A.
This is a fantastic charity and as a nation of pet lovers we should help them out with donations for their charity shop as well as give as little or as much as we can in money. The staff are fantastic, so helpful and knowledgeable. They are currently desperate for soap powder to wash the animals bedding, so if you're passing or needing to take your pet, please help if you can.
P. A.
Excellent well run surgery. I owe them so much for the help and well-being of my pets. I have used them a number of times. From the pleasant welcome at reception to the conduct, advice and professionalism of the veterinary staff. I would also like to thank so very much all the contributors to this charity for their donations that help fund these establishments. Thank You So Very Much.
s. c.
Very helpful and caring to my dog
J. H.
I'm so grateful to the pdsa. My dog needed a lump removing from his toe. The procedure and his aftercare have been second to none. I always try and give as much as I can for the donation. It's only fair because they still have the same costs and outgoings as private vets. Thank you so much from me and Willy. X
G. “. B.
A great place for most, but not everyone can use it, because it's only inside a certain area which I think is 5 miles away, something like that, maybe 6, but no more. The only problem is there's not enough of them. You would think there would be a lot more of them, & seeing as most are poor you just make a donation which is great if your in that area, but most are not, like my sister who has 3 dogs & can't use the facility so she has to go to the vets & their prices are sky high & half of them are rubbish. Even the consultation fee is enormous especially when you can just about feed them. Anyway it's a great place & we need a lot more of them, so every poor person with a pet can get the same help as the ones in the area that is included in their range.
p. w.
It's difficult because of the pandemic...but...never ever been let down in over 30 years...
T.
Amazing job there doing here to save our pets life as a charity I m quite amazed how they treat your pets without charging for it if u have income problems. I donate to them so they can save more pet lives unfortunately tho when I took my Guinea pig to them he had to be put down because he couldn't be treated. The staff is very nice tho but the receptionist do have quite an attitude
D. M.
Appointments are about 2 and a half hours behind probably due to the COVID-19 restrictions and there was only 1vet and himself was not that hospitable receptionist was nice and friendly though
H. B.
The vets here are fantastic & nice along with it. I know I can bring my dog anytime & he will be seen usually on the same day. If you are on certain benefits all they ask from you is a donation on the day , as much or as little as you can afford, they are so grateful for every penny & do not pass judgement. It really is the only place I will come.
J. M.
Vets really care about their animan patients. Extremely knowledgeable and not there to bleed you dry of money like so many other vets. Appointment booking by telephone has also become much easier in recent times.
M. J.
Take my cat and dog they are really friendly and caring to my pets 😁🐈
V. B.
Very friendly staff, lovely dedicated people. Clean and tidy. Very good service. Please remember to contribute with a donation so they can keep their good job treating pets as if not they will end closing up!!!
g. s.
Wonderful staff. Wonderful service.
a. g.
The care and attention that the staff here put into looking after sick and not so sick animals is amazing.
It costs over 60 million pounds a year to run the PDSA, all of this money is raised by donation and some benefactors. This then allows the PDSA to provide care for the pets of less advantaged people in our society.
If you need to use their services please try and make a donation to support them.
They are a very worthy cause.
A. T.
One of the best! Great PDSA Hospital, Jean Marching Centre. The staff are all amazing, caring, helpful people and so are the Vets. Would HIGHLY recommend.
p. r.
I was ten minutes late getting there & so worried about it. They were lovely with me. Friendly reception staff & vets. Large clean waiting room with toilet facilities & ample parking. Plus of course a now healthy happy cat!
a. f.
good service but feel sorry for people who cannot afford to take their pet due to the new fee's.
not very pleased with the reception my elderly parent had....was made to feel like a fool.i won't mention any names but i'm still thinking of making a formal complaint.
be a little nicer to people no matter what age they are, most of them will already be stressed over their pet & whatever other personal issues they have.
also elderly people deserve RESPECT !
patience,friendliness & politeness costs nothing!
d. c.
Just had to have my rabbit put to sleep and they were honest with me that the best thing was to put her to sleep and the staff were kind and considerate in every way they could be
S. H.
The amazing vets here saved the life of my daughter's cat for a donation. The only other option was to put him to sleep as our old vet wanted over £1200 to operate. They can do no wrong as far as I'm concerned.
P. D.
It's come along way from the pdsa it was 20 yrs ago. They do a lot of good work for pet owners on low income or unemployed and even provide veterinary care for full paying customers. Unfortunately the knock on effect is extremely busy waiting room and extraordinary long hold times when calling them. Should only be used as a must to try and take the pressure off the charity. Too many people abusing their care like it's an entitlement.
P. H.
So grateful for the care you gave to my mums cat. It was lovely of you all to work through lockdown, you clearly put animals at the forefront - and I can't thank you enough for being there throughout x
L. F.
Amazing vets great staff all very friendly and on time! We arrived and everything bead explained as it was our first time there. Then we only waited for about 5 mins if so and it was very busy. Definitely recommend!
R. V. J.
It's outstanding the staff r very hard-working I found them very helpful and understanding and the work on donations so if you have a spare dog cat rabbit bird food
f.
A nice, pleasant PDSA Hospital with friendly staff and good facilities. New look reception area now much more user friendly and welcoming.
Always very busy so appointments are necessary.
Can occasionally be prone to running behind time by more than an hour so best to allow plenty of time after your booked appointment time.
R. V.
R tigger had his eye operation Kirkdale pdsa the staff were absolutely outstanding and are very professional very helpful and they looked after him
P. W.
Best place to bring ya dog or pets. Even if u are not on benefits it's still cheaper by a mile and the care they give us so good. Wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. Keep up the good work guys.
S. D. J.
Excellent service with care, helpful and reassuring.
R. D.
Really lovely people and very helpful
J. W.
They provide an excellent and valuable service to pets that are in need of treatment. Vet bills can be very expensive and this organisation provide people and pets with care they may not be able to afford. What they do here is precious and the people that keep it running are angels.
D. B.
Been coming here since it opened, vets are truly amazing cant give them enough credit for the work they have done for my family over the years.
Friendly and helpful staff, always managed to find a parking space, building is clean and spacious
J. S.
Brilliant staff great service as always. Went with my girlfriends dog 🐶 and had to wait but as always it's a charity the wait is part of the free service
Donated £10 on entry as always. And surprised how many don't even donate towards this great cause.
People should Search PDSA and read what Wikipedia has to say about the charity. Amazing people amazing charity.
T. B.
The help was great and I haven't actually had to wait longer than half an hour (bare in mind that its a medical vicinity, for animals, and charity funded its not going to be like mcdonals since there's no notices or anything saying fast service) but the reasons it's lost a star is because of the receptionists. I've spent over an hour on hold waiting for them to pick up and when I've been there they've always seemed too busy chatting to each other rather than doing their job. I'd understand if they talk when they haven't got people waiting to be seen by them, but they have.
G. G.
The vets there are brilliant and of course extremely professional. They take what ever time it takes to explain to you the problems you pet has. I like to donate what ever I can. They really are worth every penny and more.
C. K.
One complaint i have and i hear others have too, is about the phone system. Unless they've changed it in the past few weeks, here's what happens if you're calling to make an appointment (i may get minor details wrong so bear with me) when you first dial the number, you're greeted by quite a long recorded message/menu but it's only AFTER you choose the appointment option AFTER the message that you'll get the engaged tone! So, you now have to start all over again, hearing the message THEN the engaged tone.. and again.. and again - sometimes many times - this is frustrating enough for those with unlimited minutes on their mobiles but it must be a lot worse for those with limited minutes/credit - and there will be quite a few of these people due to the fact that the PDSA is - supposedly - there to HELP poor people - which makes this issue rather thoughtless on PDSA's behalf, i think.
My friends and I have also had various other issues with PDSA over the years but it probably wouldn't be fair to post most of them as I'm almost sure that the vets concerned have moved on...
C. M.
I cannot praise enough the staff and vetinary care that I have received for my dog Rocky, especially in these difficult times very grateful for the service and care provided Thank you
K. B.
Always feel reassured after visiting this place. I never donate money as I have no money and I feel buckets of guilt every time they ask if I can help. I wish I could assure them I collect for animals charities all the time but I wouldn't believe it either.
G. C.
The staff are amazing & caring, spoke to my family with the greatest of respect before & after our daughter (pet boxer) slept for the last time. Respect to them. Thank you guys. Means a lot.xx
F. L.
Left a message on phone as the dogs ears are in a bad way we need the repeat meds aswell shes itching till bleeding its heart breaking watching a dog go thru this i understamd there very busy but
C. K. L.
Every 1 in kirkdale are very kind and supportive and understanding with you and very helpful thank you to all the staff on kirkdale vets.
P. W.
You have to be prepared to wait after your appointment time, obviously animals can't tell the vet what's up! Also full of stinky, barking dogs. Not their fault, they're dogs, but phew. A god send if you need to see a vet and have a limited income. They need donations, food, and paper towels too.
S. F.
Fantastic Service from staff and Vets, but its impossible to get through on the phone to book an appointment......People although they love their pets, have busy lives and can't always just turn up at the Centre, and wait for hours for an appointment....I suggest to improve your service you employ more phone operator's!!!!!! When you connect to the phone line you have to wait about 10 minutes of information that has no relevance to your enquiry...Would have given 5 stars but the phone line just let's the whole service down.
E. B.
Would just like to say thank you so much for getting my dog better
R. A.
Even in these difficult times quite a quick visit and vets are very good
N. N.
People who work there are 100% best service, people who love animals and help.🐶🐈⬛💯
M. X.
My dog aged 14. had to be put to sleep , they let me stay with her, I owe her that, Thank you Carla and Becky and all the staff, at P D S A Kirkdale , for being so kind , and not letting my dog Poppy suffer any more , they even clipped some of her fur , for me to keep, also we are getting her Ashes back xxxx
A. L.
They where fantastic with George on Saturday
C. P.
Fantastic Veterinary staff.
Receptionist on the other hand, one in particular, ignorant, rude, abrupt, I have others complaining about her, whilst waiting to seen, she has no people skills, gives filthy looks to those who dont leave a donation, ( I pay for our treatment), oh discommonde her huge chip on shoulder, she runs like a kid to a teacher. If shes like this to ppl, I certainly hope shes not like to pets, those who frequent here, will know exactly who I am mean, but you cant say what feel for fear of slanderous allegations, be careful of despicable individual.
VETINERARY STAFF A**********
E. P.
Excellent service for reduced vetinary fees for people in receipt of Housing Benefit as the qualifying benefit. You must bring proof of up to date receipt of benefit, and you are expected, and need, to make a substancial donation towards the cost of your vetinary consultation before your pet is seen by the vet. You must be registered with the pdsa and your pets details be held by them. This must be updated every year alongside your proof of annual receipt of Housing Benefit. The waiting room/area is quite small, and can get very busy and crowded. There is plenty of outside space for your dog if behavioral problems with other dogs or barking or fear means they cannot wait in the indoor waiting area. There is a small car park, and a quiet road adjacent to the building for car parking when pdsa parking is full. There is a small grassed area for your pet to relieve themselves, and a bin for bagged dog waste is provided. The vetinary treatment is second to none and no different from seeing a private vet. Neutering/Spaying operations are done at a vastly reduced rate compared to private vetinary care. Flea and Worming treatments are also available at a reduced rate. You can pick up repeat prescriptions for your pet at reception and all other treatments eg. Flea and worming tablets are available at the desk, after prescribed, where you then pay for them. Friendly, helpful staff on reception, and the vets are all knowledgable and experienced.Repeat appointments to have your pet seen again in the near future for further treatment are available . Always financially donate as much as you possibly can before your pet is seen, as this service relies on charitable donations, and without which they couldn't operate.Excellent and much needed charitable/voluntary service thats necessary for pet care in the community, at a drastically reduced/subsidised rate compared to private vetinary bills. If you can't afford private vet care, and are eligable with the benefit required, then this is the number one place to bring your pet for a voluntary donation for expertise vetinary care.Five stars for a much needed service.
H.
Saved my dogs life, had a splenic torsion that we didn't know about and wouldn't have survived the night. Wouldn't have been able to afford the surgery without them. He's still here 5 years later thanks to them.
D. R.
The vets don't get enough credit. Right thru the week I was making a choice to put my dog asleep they were there for me. The hour it happened they are so supportive. Excellence In staffing
S. B.
Fantastic expert help and advice very happy puzzy cat 🐈 and customer and dads happy also 😀
P. M.
Had to take Mathilde back for follow up treatment and she was her normal unsociable self with other animals! 😈As usual we were seen as soon as possible, and everyone was their usual friendly & caring
selves! 😊😇
i. m.
Can't get an appointment and my dod needs help I am really upset for her but what can I do wish I had help
D. M.
Always fantastic service can not fault anything with this pdsa , always go above and beyond to help pets
C. D. M.
Beautiful people thankyou for your professional Conduct and helping us with our beautiful dog polly
C. M.
The staff are friendly and your pet always gets seen to but it's impossible to get through on the phone, there needs to be an easier way of making appointments at least for non urgent cases, like email appointment's or online appointment forms.
A. A.
Thae PDSA is a great place to take your pet if you need to see a vet but cannot afford normal vet prices. They are professional and always ready to help you with any problems your pet has
E. W.
Love the new look. The Vet was awesome he spotted things other vets had missed and came up with a more cost effective, better treatments for our Westy.
J. G.
Great for people on low budget like myself (pensioner). Great staff and great vets who do a remarkable job under enormous pressure. Please donate generously.
S. O.
Everyone pays the upmost attention to your pet. So reassuring and helpful. Lovely people cannot fault anyone from start to finish. Thank you to all.
S. S.
Great service for people with pets to help keep animals healthy without the sky high costs just a small donation
S. C.
What would some dogs do without the PDSA.
J. G.
I would like to thank all the staff at the pdsa kirkdale for looking after my best friend Bella Gill, sadly Bella took a fit in the practise, the staff reacted fast!, I can't thank them enough for being there for my Bella, it was an honour and a privilege to be apart of such a truly amazing dogs life, the help and support you gave at the end of her life, I can't put into words.... it is the worst part of being a pet owner and a vet, she was the happiest of souls and you made it so in her final moments she was not in pain she was so peaceful and calm, it takes a special person to do what you do...and on behalf of Bella and all her family and friends thank you very very much for having the strength and courage to keep on going in everyday, from pup to old lady she was the best dog I have ever had the pleasure or knowing and you gave her so much dignity at the end we will always be indebted to you for the service and emergency care you gave her, brilliant staff I can't praise enough even at such a devastating time thank you so much for helping us... Bella Gill 11th March 2009- 21st December 2018.. please donate what you can if Bella didn't have this service her death would have been unimaginable and a torture she would never have deserved the pdsa need donations and even tho our pet isn't with us anymore we will still be donating, so yours don't have to endure any pain and help this service provide much needed welfare for all pets!
l. s.
Great service for price of donation ,be prepared to wait an hour at least to see a vet and pick up a pet .clean has toilet and nice waiting room full of dogs, you can only have 1 pet free now,bit worried how much it will cost if my other cats get ill.then it's reduced price.glad they opened one near me .
L. C.
My dad went to see the vet and the team was very helpful and caring RIP Ted 🙏

MEOWTASTIC My first time at PDSA and WOW is all I can I say. I was diagnosed and operated on within just 2 HOURS. They saved my life. I am still a young cat but from what I see on the news you humans could do a lot lot worse than give the NHS to the PDSA. If my human needed a hernia op they'd be waiting 12 months. Much gratitude, respect and love Yeti Bigfoot
