Our son was upset and worried the first time he left his kitten at Milford Mews. Diane was so caring and took the time to send him photos and updates whilst we were away, which meant so much to our son. Our cat has now stayed a number of times and everytime we collect him he is looking great and settles so quickly back into our home. Our cat is a large playful, vocal BSH and Diane goes above and beyond allowing all his toys and home comforts to be with him, Diane clearly bonds with him. I would recommend this 5 star feline Hotel stay and so does our cat. Thank you Diane 😊 💓

This is a lovely cattery. I dropped Willow off in the middle of a severe cold snap & the cattery was ultra warm & cosy. It gave me great peace of mind knowing Willow was secure and comfortable. Diane, the owner, also posted pictures of the cats every morning on Facebook which was very reassuring.

I have been sending my cat here for years, she is well looked after and nothing is to much trouble for Diane. She will go out of her way to accommodate you and is very flexible if your holiday plans change. The accommodation facilities are amazing.

Picked Donny up after a week & she is so happy. Obviously been spoilt rotten & enjoyed her time here. Although my cat doesn't do people she was immediately comfortable with Diane. Diane is clearly cat mad & you only have to see her in action to see that she loves what she does. Wouldn't leave my girl anywhere else 🌟

This is definitely a little holiday camp for kittys. It really is the best place to send ur furbabies . I picked up my furbaby woobies this morning. And I really can't thank Diane enough for looking after her while I was away.she was looked after so well. Came home happy an cheerful running around playing u would never think she had been away from home. U can tell Diane loves each and every kitty that stays with her. I Would highly recommend this place. Thank u diane. Xx

My cat Asher has been going to to Diane for 2 years now since she wastiny and I am always more than happy leaving her there. Asher is a complex cat and Diane gives her the love and time she needs . Asher always comes home happy and content and I love that Diane will send videos and pictures while your away so you can see you furbabies whenever you want. Milford News is fabulous 5*****

This is a fantastic Cattery,no nasty smells,this is the 3rd time Tuppence has stayed and she loves the place,Diane treats the cats as her own,they get lots of cuddles and are very well looked after,so I have no need to worry about leaving Tuppence there,would recommend Milford Miews Cattery everytime. What a lovely woman. The place is immaculate and you can tell she loves cats. I have always taken my cats to kennotel but it closed down and iwas worried the cats wouldnt like it, they didnt want to come home. Thank you for making my mind at rest.
