The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and they always take the time to talk to you about the issue. I feel confident in their interest in my pet being treated in the best way possible. They really care and we would use them again for more animals we may have care of in the future.

The reception staff are quite honestly lovely people. Always pleasant and helpful. I think Megan is one of their namesake I know one is Cristian? They are just a pleasure to deal with. I can’t remember the other ladies name I spoke to but she was so helpful!!!! Melissa?? The locum vet was concerned about my dog and turned out that she was right. He has lymphoma and without her concern I would never have known. My only concern is the lack of appointments at the moment and I hope that will change soon. Also told the reason X-rays could not be done was down to no staff…and I had to be referred to an animal hospital. But overall I love and appreciate vets for pets Aintree

Very professional and friendly staff. Vet was excellent and really went the extra mile for my greyhound sonny who had been attacked by another dog. Having plenty of checks to see how wound is healing. I am really pleased with this. Paid nearly £1000 for trearment but had to pay more money today for extra pills. I am at the limit of what I can spend now. Expensive but had to be done.

Our puppy has been really poorly & has been diagnosed with a seious condition called Megaoesophagus which has been really upsetting . .especially for our 2 little girls(5 & 6yrs)& we have had to take a lot of information & advice in quickly.The staff here have been so good wether its an appointment or an operation ur pet needs they are always on hand. In particular " Richard ".He has had to repeat things to us and even explains Tillys condition to our little ones.We never feel 'rushed' and if we just dont get something he will explain it til we do.The staff at Aintree VETS4PETS treat the animals like they are their own. Cant ask for more than that. .

This is a very lengthy review. Jeanette is by far the best vet I have had. She wasn't my pets vet, she only had his test results and she had a lengthy, honest and informative conversation with me, over the phone, so I could make an informed decision about what was best for my pup (he was 12, but still my baby, he was very poorly and we had him put to sleep). I am only giving 5 stars for Jeanette, and not for the practice! I spoke to one vet over the phone, when his test results came back, who just booked him in to get blood tests done, then took him in to see a different vet at the practice, who couldn't take his bloods and made another appointment for 2 weeks time (he didn't have 2 weeks left in him) she even had the cheek to sell me more items!! Which I'm appalled at!! I will continue using this practice, for my other pooch, but will be requesting he sees Jeanette. She cares 100% about the animals, and I wish all vets could be like her. Also the receptionists are great here! They are very friendly! The nursing staff are also amazing, great with the animals, and very kind. The opening hours are the best I know for vet practices, and before covid they were open till 7pm in the week, open Saturdays, and even open on a Sunday! Excellent when you work full time, and don't have to take the day off for routine appointments anymore. Opening hours have been reduced during covid, but they are still open until 6pm in the week, and still open on a Saturday which is great.

Excellent vets, we visited recently with a poorly rabbit and not only did we get an appointment within 30 minutes but the vet was very kind and gentle with our rabbit. She was able to treat her straight away and our rabbit is now much better. All the vets are lovely here as well as the nurses and reception staff, very friendly and helpful with any questions or worries.

The vets and receptionists are lovely. When we had concerns with our kitten post vaccination we were seen that day, reassured and charged as a follow up visit rather than a separate visit. They have always treated both our animals and children (who are very inquisitive and ask a lot of questions when people are trying to work) with kindness and respect. Very happy to keep coming back here.

Just Bought Mylo who is a 14 week old Cocker Spaniel Puppy The previous owner registered Mylo and we had to change all the details and Micro Chip Number. I was very pleased with the help and how polite the Nurse & Vet Where. Everything was changed over in a smooth and professional manner. Very pleased.

Joined the practice in July 2016 and needed their services for one of my dogs in November 2016 who consequently required an operation. Thanks to vets Camilla and Richard who explained everything every step of the way and nothing was too much time or trouble. All of the staff are great and I cant recommend them enough. Our dog is currently here. Had no problems, always seen and can sometimes be fitted in early. Both vets and admin staff lovely. Vets and nurses have a great way with our dog.

Brilliant vets. Lovely welcoming staff and looked after my cat amazingly. I went there for as they opened as my cat had a large open wound on his neck. I apologised for just turning up without an appointment but asked in I could be seen that day I didn't mind waiting. The lovely girl on receptionist said she could fit me in within an hour or so. I waited I was called in within 10 mins. Very reasonable rates and excellent service. Will now be my permanent vets.

Although it is slightly pricey there (I suppose as you would expect of a private vets), they did a great job as always and would highly recommend them. They always have friendly and informative staff that, even if they didn't know the answer to your query, will always find out for you. Very muxh appreciate the help.

I attended the practice with my little Shih Tzu Daisy. She had been really poorly. I was really worried about bringing her in as she is getting older. Laura was fantastic with me, I couldnt stop crying. She really put my mind at ease regarding the treatment options. Daisy had to have surgery but she is doing brilliant. I cant thank Laura and the team enough. They really knew their stuff and give the best cuddles x

well normally id rant about somthing, this is a vets so first an foremost is always the price.. my pooch only had a general check up and his nails clipped.. took up alot of the vets time because he is a wimp lol.. they treat the pooch and me very well, cost was 30£.. very fair.. id defo go back if needed
