Kristy and the nurse were so helpful. Nora is a very anxious dog however they made both me and her feel right at ease. Everything was explained in a clear manner whilst not being patronising and I was able to understand everything Kristy told me and the advise was perfect. The whole experience was as pleasant as an experience can be when your dog is unwell.

The staff here are Fantastical!! My Aunt and myself came here, as our beloved Snoopy was ill. Sadly we had to put her down. Staff their understood and left me alone to grieve. The staff arranged Snoopy as we where taking her home with us. Soon after a couple off weeks later, we received a card and Forget me Not seeds. With the card was Snoopy's paw print. We are truly thankful for the help, sensitivity and kindness that we received of them!

The vet that we visited with socks was really kind and paid plenty of attention on trying to make my cat as comfortable as possible whilst in the consulting room. She received treatment as fast as possible even getting a scan just to check on her organs just to make sure everything was fine there too. And was given advice and then medication for my cat also. The vet was so kind and wanted the best for my cat.

It was a quick response to my email. My appointment was within 2 hours. My cat got the treatment he needed and is making a good recovery. Itvwas an abcess and I caught it early so i am pleased Pablo was able to start antibiotics quickly.

I took my kitten (Oscar) here today to be neutered and microchipped. The staff were all professional, especially the nurse I spoke to when I dropped him off and picked him up. She was exceptionally knowledgable and reassuring. Quality service all around by caring and professional staff. Oscar has been home around 4 hours now and he is pretty much back to his normal self. I had my dog spayed and a hernia repair yesterday. Staff were very efficient and professional. The vets that I have been with for 30 years gave me an estimate that was double the price that vets4pets charged, so, it's a no-brainer who I'll be using in future!

Parking was not an issue. Easily sign posted as it was my first visit. Friendly staff, they are genuinely interested in the animals,not trying to give the hard sell just to get your money. Really informative and kept upto date with pets operation.Was called and given an update on phone aswell as face to face when I collected them.

My dog Scampi became suddenly ill and even though they were extremely busy they were able to fit see him within a few hours of calling. They weren’t too pushy with trying to force tests or procedures, but I did ask them to do blood work on him. I received the results that same day and unfortunately it was bad news and I had to make the upsetting decision to put him to sleep. They were patient and helpful with me on the phone and were flexible with appointments as I wanted one more night with him. When I brought him in everyone was helpful, friendly and professional (even though I was a blubbering mess!). They explained the entire process and prepared me for all possibilities. When they brought him through after putting in an IV I could hear the staff saying his name and telling him what a good boy he was, which truly warmed my heart and I’m sure helped put him at ease. They gave him a sedative first and the whole process was as peaceful and painless as possible. Afterwards, they continued to stroke him and told me they would stay with him for a few minutes while I left. Obviously this is a process that no pet parent ever wants to face, but the care and professionalism the staff showed throughout made the situation that much easier to deal with. Thank you so much to all the staff for helping us during this difficult time.

Why is this surgery still implementing wearing a mask to go into the vet room especially when I am exempt.. they are not mandatory anymore. People have a coffee together restraunts are open and clubs pubs etc. so why is the vet doing this. It was inhumane enough when people had to.

The vet who looked after Ruby my dog was absolutely lovely.. I'd already explained to reception that Ruby is anxious and would require a muzzle.. The vet (unfortunately cannot remember her name) was very patient and checked Ruby's history again and let Ruby be treated and examined in the socially distanced waiting area. I was able to calm my dog.. With encouragement from the vet to put Ruby at ease till her examination was complete.

My cat Zion had glaucoma. He received amazing treatment in professional environment. Before operation he had pains and was not energised much. He is now one eye short, but full of life after pain was gone. It is not the cheapest vet in town, but gets the job done perfectly.

We have both of our british shorthair cats registered at this veterinary practice. Our 1 year old cat Keyser unfortunately contracted calicivirus and deteriorated rapidly over the space of a few hours. I was able to get him an immediate appointment and we were seen, blood tests taken (which thankfully showed him to be healthy with nothing underlying) and we were sent home to monitor him overnight. As he was no better and wasn't eating or drinking we returned with him the next day and he was admitted for fluids and observation, we were allowed to take him home overnight (as he finds the vets extremely stressful and it was thought it would make him more comfortable). He was admitted again the following day, remaining there all day for more fluids and observation, then discharged in the evening with antibiotics and anti-inflammatories to take at home. This is a scary illness, I could not believe how unwell he had become so quickly, being such a big cat it was heartbreaking to see him so listless and uncomfortable. Six days later and he is back to his usual self which we are delighted about, as he was in such a state less than a week ago and we were worried we might lose him. He saw vets David and Sarah throughout his treatment and I cannot thank them both enough for all that they did for our lovely boy. All of the staff were brilliant, the veterinary nurses we saw gave us lots of great aftercare advice too as we were totally in the dark in relation to this illness. I would recommend this practice without hesitation, they were reassuring and very honest with us. The treatment Keyser had was excellent and I am sure his recovery was so successful thanks to the early intervention he had.

As an owner of an elderly cat I was a little upset at the consultation, having to have the conversation about the future of my cat. Although the vet appeared to understand my fears he disappeared to collect medication for the cat but did not return. The nurse was then left to continue the consultation and discuss a plan of care. Unfortunately I felt like he couldn't be bothered to complete the consultation especially as we were discussing if my cat should be put to sleep. I have been happy with previous visits to this practice but unfortunately this was not a satisfactory visit and I was very disappointed in the poor attitude of the vet - clearly he had better things to do.

The appointment I was offered was exactly what I wanted, when I arrived the receptionist was extremely friendly and the waiting room very clean and precisely laid out to maintain social distancing. Buddy tends to be anxious at appointments however both the vet and his assistant were extremely welcoming and attentively looked after buddy throughout his appointment. I purchased the monthly care package at this appointment, it was explained to me throughly and it seemed the best option for us going forward. Overall I highly recommend Walton vale Vets4Pets. My 5year old cat recently developed a water infection and I rang them in the morning and booked me in for later that day, however her symptoms seemed to get worse so I rang again as they advised and I was given an earlier appointment. The vet who carried out the consultation was absolutely amazing. She was so informative and you can tell she loves her job. I love the separate cat/dog area and the little touches with the cat tree to put the carrier on to reduce stress and even towel to put over the cage. Can't stress how amazing they were.

Good vets with caring staff. Very accomadating allowing my daughter to carry out clinical work experience there when others had turned her away because she hasn't quite turned 18. Car park outside for the sole use of the vets customers. Only downside is the traffic in the area can be very busy and backed up but as this is no fault of the vets I haven't marked it down.

The staff are fantastic. Our German shepherd has developed a lump. One phone call to vets 4 pets Walton Vale and the ball was rolling. Lovely practice, very helpful and friendly. It's never too much trouble to explain things to you. All the staff are amazing with the animals, and the place is spotless. Blankets to cover your cat carrier and cat trees to place them on, all in a separate section. Groomers and they sell food, toys and collars etc. Highly recommend!

Visited the vets yesterday as a new client to the surgery. Friendly nice place I must add. Didn’t have medication in that my dog required, the Vet told me it would be in today, when I went to the desk to pay the receptionist, she told me it would be here by the weekend? Two different stories? I did however have a nice follow up call from the vet yesterday who told me the medication would be ordered and should be in today. Having checked the website it says open until 20:00pm. I have been trying since 19:00 to get through with no answer and at 19:30 I got an answer phone message on dialling telling me the surgery was closed. Should this be made clearer on the website? Also having just transferred my pet from a Vets4Pets surgery in Yorkshire, the bill for exactly the same six month check and the same two lots of medication is significantly dearer, £93 in Liverpool as opposed to £69 in Yorkshire. I find this hard to understand with the same company and the same medication. However the surgery did fit me in so was greatly appreciated, and they were lovely with my dog.

Without a doubt these are the best vets I have used. They have looked after my dog so much and made him so much better. They even waived a fee today because they made us wait for ten minutes longer which is amazing for any vet to do as it shows that they care more about the pets then the funds.
