The Staff are very understanding and helpful. I took my son with me to pick up our cat. He said it was the best experience in a veterinary clinic compared to other vets we have been to. The vet Andrew Carmichael is very thorough and honest about what he thinks would be best for the animal. It isn't always surgery first he would rather explore a less evasive clinical approach before major surgery.! My son + I felt so relieved that he fully understood our concerns. He quickly put our minds at ease and we had one happy relaxed cat! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Appsolutly fantastic. It was my first visit there. After 4-5 months of investigation with other vets why my dog has constant eye infection and many antibiotics which did nothing for him, Vet Andrew Carmichael spotted imidiaty what was the problem. Im so happy that my dog would not have to suffer much longer.

Best vet you can ask for. We brought our kitten for neuter last week, and Andrew’s skill is much better than the usual process we read about online. Our cat didn’t have to wear anything unusual after the neuter, and went back to being active again the next day. You can trust that he cares about the animals.

This vet is very very kind and friendly. You can tell he genuinely loves animals, unlike some which only do it for money and try to find ways how to charge you extra for their service. My cat felt very reassured with him, and she's afraid of everyone except for family members. I highly recommend this vet.

An independent vet. Who is kind open honest and affordable. Is not trying to push products on to you or your animals. The surgey is steep in history and absolutely magnificent. The staff are just wonderful. I am over joyed and would recommend this veterinary surgery most highly.

The best vet and most trustworthy I have been to. They don't overcharge or over medicate and all the staff and Dr's are super friendly and reliable! I totally recommend this veterinary clinic and it is a fresh of breath air from others I have been to in the past. I can leave my little sausage dog Casper there knowing he is in safe hands.

These guys are amazing . I was recommended by a friend and I just wish I had gone there a lot sooner . They are lovely and they genuinely care . They not only help my dog but put me at ease too. I can not speak highly enough of them

My poor dog had terrible teeth problems. Andrew ended up having to remove 7 of the rotting teeth, which he did most expertly. To my great relief he used the correct amount of anaesthesia required to make this painless for my dog who then recovered extremely well. Having had an older dog who died soon after being given an unnecessary amount of anaesthetic for a minor procedure at another practice this was a huge relief. As my dog is a Greek rescue (he also has a Greek rescue) he then only charged me for 2 teeth to be removed not 7! His staff are excellent too. Andrew is an immensely kind person who obviously loves animals and must be one of the few independent vets left in the country. I am dreading him retiring!
