Absolutely amazing vet service. Quick and easy and you can really tell she cares about the animals she treats. The price is great compared to other vets I've visited. Would highly recommend to anyone with a pet looking for a skilled and passionate veterinarian. Couldn't agree more with the other reviews. :) For anyone wondering: To book an appointment all you need to do is call during the open hours. You will recieve a time and date. Once you arrive, you write down some basic personal information and you are set! Only takes about 5 minutes. Currently, only 1 person is allowed inside at a time.

I was recommended this Vet by a lady walking her dog in the local park and I wasn’t disappointed. Mena is one in a million, she really is. She is so amazing with animals, she has a wonderful sense of humour, caring and always has a smile on her face. She’s all about the animals and not the money. The receptionist are really nice too.

Dr Meena is a wonderful vet. She did absolutely everything she could to save our little dog Pablo, she spent 48 hours watching over him day and night. She was there for us at all hours, I just had to text and she responded immediately with updates or to put our minds at ease, even in the middle of night. All of this, 2 weeks into lock down, the hardest most painful time to lose a beloved pet. She was kind, consoling and so generous of her time. She was so understanding over payment, so concerned that she wasn't impacting our own financial needs, and offered us patience and a payment plan. I've never been treated so kindly by a vet. She went an extra 1000 miles to try and save our Pablo. I so greatful she was there when we were so desperate

Mina is a vet that seems to have devoted her life to the animals and their owners. She actually listens to you and answers all your questions with patience. She is a very experienced vet and I really trust her diagnosis and choices of treatments. She is also very fair and reasonable the way she charges. It is not about money for her, and people like that are rare and precious. Other staff members are also warm and friendly and the practice is small and personal. Very much recommended.

Sadly our family cat Tommy had to be put down today after having him for 17 years. Menna is a wonderful Vet who looked after him through out his life and you know she loves animals. Even at the end she was very compassionate and let my mum take the time she needed for this sad event to happen I recommend anyone who has a pet that this is the right surgery for you many thanks.

Mina has been my vet for the past eight years, and has always taking great care of my eight cats. I have complete trust in her caring for my cats,and she is willing to help me outside of hours when I have needed her in an emergency. She is not a money grabbing vet and I like her "tell you how it is" attitude. I witnessed the dog being hit by a car outside this vets. Such a shame the owner let go of the dogs lead

Mina looked after our old cat for years before he was PTS last year. He has a chronic medical condition (overactive thyroid) which mean he was very underweight despite a huge appetite and medication. Other vets would have pushed to have his thyroid removed but we were worried about the anaesthetic given his low weight and while she did mention this as an option, didn't push it. She was great when it became clear to all and sundry his time was up having reached the grand old age of 18. We now have a dog and of course once we got her, there was only one vet we would consider. She cares passionately about animals and will not bleed you dry, only recommending treatments that are absolutely necessary. If she was a GP, I'd want her to be my GP!

I am (my pets are) so lucky we found Mina. No nonsense advice (even if I don't like what I'm hearing) and will refer when it is outside her expertise. It is always about what is best for the animal - not her pocket. I don't think she even takes holidays...she is always on standby and sees them straight away or gives phone consultations free of charge. She is considering the animal as vet visits can be extremely stressful to one of my rescues.

The vet at APR is just utterly lovely. I have been involved with fostering/rehoming/rescuing animals for many years and wherever possible I will use home remedies to treat any minor ailment. With Mina though I don't have to worry as she is very, very fair with pricing. In fact, she has a tendency to be far too generous with pricing, and where she knows it is a rescue animal will not charge a single penny for her time. She really is the best vet I have ever met (and I have met LOTS!) and seems to genuinely care for not only the patient but also the patient's custodian. If ever you are at her surgery and witness existing clients' interaction with her it will be plainly obvious that she does what she does because she loves animals. First and foremost, she just loves her patients and will go the extra mile to make sure they're okay, even recommending supplementary treatment that she could charge £70 for herself, but that can be bought for £25 online. She will tell you the truth and save you money wherever she can. What a wonderful, wonderful vet.

She performed emergency surgery on my dog after another vet suggested putting her to sleep, a year later my dog is still enjoying life at 13 yrs old - she saved her life 😃 Meena has no hidden agenda and keeps treatment and costs to the bare minimum so you won't be ripped off. I wouldn't go anywhere else after the experience at Meena's surgery. 😃

Several times I have been to the surgery with my dogs and Meena, the vet has explained thoroughly what might be wrong and how it could be treated and in the case of expensive treatment she knew that I could not afford she recommended me to take my dog to a charity for help. I know very few vets who never overcharge for treatment and always consider pensioner's pets for treatment according to cost and ability to pay. She is an exception of the London vets I have dealt with in the past, who seemed to be purely interested in how much money they could earn by doing loads and loads of tests. I love this vet, and would recommend her to anyone in London who needed help.

I went to Meena on recommendation and even when I moved several miles away stayed with her. She is not money grabbing and will not do investigation after investigation just to increase profits. She cares not only about animals but also the owners. I have recommended her to my friends. I have never been concerned about door security as I usually keep Monty on the lead in the waiting area.
